Publication on the amendment of the notification of food hygiene

§ 1

Notice no. 773 of 6. July 2006 on the hygiene of foodstuffs as amended by publication No 2 ; 938 of 12. September 2006 shall be amended as follows :

1. I § 10 inserted after paragraph 1. 4 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 5. Primaries where raw milk is not collected or processed by a company in Denmark and who want to make use of the possibility of marketing raw milk for a period of tighter surveillance, cf. paragraph 1 shall ensure that the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Article are 1-2 of the said single samples shall be taken and analysed. The primary producer must inform the food item on the analysis results in accordance with paragraph 1. 4. "

2. I in Annex 2, no. 2 shall be deleted from the approved laboratory of one of the Food Management Laboratory. `

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 27th. January 2008.
