Publication of the amendment of the announcement on holiday

(Electronic reporting to FerieKonto and other.)

§ 1

Notice no. 1285 of 14. in December 2004, on holiday, as amended by publication No 1. 1283 of 8. in December 2006 and in the notice of publication No 1140 of 1. In October 2007, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 15 (3). 1, the words ' special ` shall be deleted ;

2. Section 15 (3). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. At the same time, the employer shall have to notify the CPR No, the number of earned holidays, the amount paid and the date on which the employer shall be paid for each payday. The employer shall also provide information on new employees in the alert. 6. I section 24 (2). 1, a person ' s salary is wholly or partially severed from the severing of a holiday if the earholder has one of the following holiday barriers : " Special conditions under the section 38 of the law, '

7. I section 24 (2). 1, no. 4, the words ' shall not be deleted ` and after ' which ' shall be inserted `.

8. I section 24 (2). 5, is deleted as follows : ' during the holiday season ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. -February 2008.
