Chapter 1
Area
§ 1. The notice includes the payment of tax for the financing of controls, including supervision, authorization, registration, approval, review, certification and examination in the context of food, live animals and enterprises as well as equipment and products, including non-food products and no animal products.
(2). Payment for checks, etc. pursuant to the Ordinance concerning the international carriage of perishable foodstuffs are not covered by the notice.
(3). For the Danish plant Directorate exercises control in accordance with food law and regulations issued thereunder as referred to. section 2 of the Ordinance on the delegation of certain tasks to the Danish plant Directorate, pays the controlled primary producers for control after rates in order on payment for the control of feed and feed business operators.
Chapter 2
Charges for checks on live animals and certain products, etc.
§ 2. For certification, supervision or control, etc. in connection with live animals, farms with livestock production and animal non-food products, is paid, with the exception of import controls see Chapter 6, in annex 1, nr. 1, listed rates, see. However, sections 3-13.

§ 4. There shall be paid in accordance with Annex 1, nr. 3, for registration and in accordance with Annex 1, nr. 4, for the ordinary supervision of a plant, an enclosure or a holding
1) with breeding of ratites,
2) with breeding of foxes,
3) with the rearing of wild game,
4) with the rearing of wild deer or
5) with animal husbandry, which is registered in accordance with the Ordinance for authorization to the rearing of certain animal species.
§ 5. For veterinary checks, etc. pursuant to the Ordinance on the control of certain infectious diseases in freshwater fish are paid in accordance with Annex 1, nr. 5.
§ 6. There shall be paid in accordance with Annex 1, nr. 9, for authorization, approval, registration, certification, supervision or control, pursuant to European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002 of 3. October 2002 laying down health rules concerning animal by-products not intended for human consumption (by-product regulation), as amended.
§ 7. For health documents for cattle and kvægpas, is printed automatically from the Central Farming directory, paid for in annex 1, nr. 6, listed rates.
(2). For health documents for sheep and goats that are printed automatically from the Central Farming directory, paid for in annex 1, nr. 6, listed rates.
(3). § 8. Cover pursuant to § 7 para. 1-2 and 4-5, collected taxes, not the cost of the registration system, the Food Agency recognise the missing amount to determine the tax rates for the following fiscal year.
(2). Exceed the taxes charged the cost of the registration system, the Food Agency to include the excess amount in determining the rates for the following fiscal year.
§ 9. For ordinary control of milk production holdings shall be paid in accordance with Annex 1, nr. 8. Duty shall be charged with the respective milk-producing farms once a year in the second quarter, or the can on the terms agreed with the Food Agency paid by an industry association or similar.

§ 13. For control, etc., in connection with the export of live animals direct from a crew paid according to annex 1, nr. 14.
Chapter 3
Charges for the inspection of food establishments, etc.
Meat establishments with frequent supervision
§ 14. Companies, which according to the law on food is authorized for slaughtering, cutting, processing of meat products, wholesale storage of meat and meat products, etc., and where the food the region provided control frequency means that veterinary checks are present on a daily basis or at least once a week, must pay a fee to cover the costs of veterinary controls.
(2). Establishments covered by paragraph 1, which also exerted control of the labelling of beef and beef products in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 1760/2000 by 17. July 2000 establishing a system for the identification and registration of bovine animals and regarding the labelling of beef and beef products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 820/97, shall also pay the fee to cover the costs of this control.
§ 15. The charges referred to in section 14 shall be calculated on the basis of observed direct and joint control expenses.
(2). Direct control of expenditure on each activity includes salary, etc. for inspection staff, including the AM-checks carried out at the slaughterhouse, as well as the costs of laboratory testing of samples, transport and administrative costs in connection with the implementation of controls on the individual company.
(3). Common control costs for several companies are paid in accordance with Annex 2, nr. 1-10.
(4). Meat establishments approved for export to the United States pays in addition to those in section 14 referred to direct and common control costs also costs of operation of the Food Administration audit unit.
(5). Payment in accordance with paragraph 4 shall be distributed on direct and joint audit costs. Direct costs include salary, etc., to audit the audit unit staff in the time required for the processing of individual companies. The joint audit audit device includes other costs and expenses are allocated between the connected undertakings in relation to the direct audit costs.
(6). For control staff, who are employed by a food region, but which is not permanently assigned inspection by any business, cost control is calculated in accordance with Annex 2, nr. 11.
(7). To cover pension obligations for control staff, covered by a State pension scheme without payment of pension contributions to a pension fund, paid a fee calculated on the basis of the pensionable salary relating to such staff.
(8). Small slaughterhouses and game processing houses
§ 17. For control of small slaughterhouses as well as in wild game processing companies pay a fee calculated on the basis of the rates indicated in annex 3.
(2). By small slaughterhouses shall mean slaughterhouses not slaughtering over one year, as the number of animal units 15,500 animal units is calculated as specified in annex 4. Each quarter is calculated the number of animal units slaughtered in a company over the last four quarters, and a slaughterhouse in the four most recent quarters has had a production that exceeds the limit of 15,500 animal units, be regarded as from the following quarter not more like a small slaughterhouse.
(3). In the following situations increased the rates listed in annex 3 with the following factors:
1) when checking on the company's request is performed in whole or in part on a weekday between kl. 17 and 22 increased rates by multiplying by a factor of 4.

(7). The tax shall be levied monthly with payment deadline 30 days after account is sent. Tax amount, which represents less than 25 k-r is not charged.
Duties regarding. circulation and processing of fish and fishery products, etc.
§ 18. For the monitoring of production areas for bivalve molluscs and molluscs, produced in the areas of pays fishermen who have obtained permission to fish for bivalve molluscs, a fee, as set out in annex 5, nr. 1.
(2). The charges referred to in paragraph 1 shall be collected on a quarterly basis.
§ 19. For the control of fish and fishery products, with the exception of bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates and marine gastropods, iland brought from vessels, including factory ships, a resident of The European Union, Iceland, Norway or the Faroe Islands, for consumption, processing or transhipment, paid a fee per tonne or party, as indicated in annex 5, nr. 2.

§ 20. The levy referred to in article 19 are charged in connection with the landing. However, the duty shall be charged at the time of the first placing on the market, if charging by the landing is inappropriate. The tax payment is the responsibility of the first buyer or its representative.
(2). Tax amounts under 100 USD is not charged.
§ 21. Approved establishments, including factory vessels, pays a Danish tonnage tax as specified in annex 5, nr. 3. the duty shall be charged on a quarterly basis.
(2). For the control of manufacture or processing of fisheries products, in which the tax referred to in paragraph 1 will not be able to cover the actual cost of the inspection, the tax is calculated instead as listed in annex 5, nr. 5.
(3). For authorized and approved establishments only chilling, freezing, packaging or storing fish and fishery products for factory vessels that freeze and frost stores only fish and fishery products, for tank cooling vessels for dagbåde with the cooking of shrimps and molluscs and for businesses, are approved for the treatment or the movement of live bivalve molluscs must be taxed by derogation from paragraph 1, as stated in annex 5 , nr. 5.

§ 22. The section 19 covered companies, as well as fish auctions, fish sorts, collection centres, fish sales associations and similar shall deliver information about the quantity of fish brought ashore, including information about first-time buyer, after the control authority's detailed instructions.
(2). The of section 21, paragraphs 1 and 2, included companies submit to food the region no later than one month after the expiry of one of the region issued a quarterly reporting form with information about the amount of fish and fishery products supplied to the company.
Other companies
§ 23. For control of the companies, which are not covered by the provisions of § § 14 – 22, see. However, article 21, paragraph 5, shall be paid for in annex 1, nr. 15, and Chapter 9 of the basic regulation. Annex 11, stated charges.

(3). For ordinary control of retail sale, including treatment of food, etc., and for ordinary control exercised in accordance with ecology legislation paid only charge when checks at the same time are covered by the voluntary labelling scheme pursuant to article 16 or article 17 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 1760/2000 by 17. § 24. The inspection authority shall submit by 31 December 2006. December to the individual company a control activity for the following year. (2). Control activity plan referred to in paragraph 1 may be modified in cases where controls need is found to exceed it in the control plan estimated needs, or where control is found to be less than planned.

(4). The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3 shall apply only to retail establishments for inspection relating to the voluntary labelling system pursuant to article 16 or article 17 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 1760/2000 by 17. July 2000 establishing a system for the identification and registration of bovine animals and labelling of beef and beef products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 820/97.
Chapter 4
Charges for supervision of laboratories
§ 25. For the supervision of laboratories authorised to carry out investigations in connection with the food companies ' own checks paid a duty as set out in annex 1, nr. 15.
(2). For the supervision of laboratories authorised to carry out pathological anatomic, microbiological, parasitological, immunological or serological studies for detection of animal diseases, zoonoses or zoonotic pathogens in animals, products of animals or in foods paid a duty as set out in annex 1, nr. 1.
Chapter 5
Charges for the control of certain substances and residues in live animals and certain animal products
section 26. To cover the costs of control for certain substances and residues in animals for slaughter and meat as well as fish, milk and eggs, which are carried out in accordance with the Ordinance on certain contaminants in food, order about pesticide residues in food and animal owners ' use of drugs for animals and food companies ' own checks with residues in the annex 6 said charges are paid.
(2). Payment of the charges referred to in paragraph 1 shall be the responsibility of the following companies:
1) establishments where slaughtering of domestic animals or farmed game takes place, or where dressing of hunted game takes place.
2) aquaculture, where fish are bred with a view to be used as food.
3) companies receiving milk of livestock directly from dairy farmers with a view to their use as food.
4) packing centres as well as farming, from which eggs sold directly for human consumption.
§ 27. The companies referred to in article 26 shall submit to food the region no later than one month after a quarterly expiration, one of the region broadcast reporting form with information about the production volume in the prior quarter. Chapter 6
Fees for import controls
section 29. (4). For controls on the import of a consignment of meat products manufactured from or with meat, see. paragraph 1 and paragraph 3 shall be paid in accordance with Annex 1, nr. 1.
(5). However, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 shall be paid-4 at least in annex 7, nr. 2 amounts.
(6). When control under the law only consists in the document or an identity check, payable notwithstanding paragraph 5 for inspection of meat or meat products within the scope of paragraphs 1 to 4 only after annex 1, nr. 1.
section 31. For control of injection into and removal from storage in free zones or free warehouses, skibsprovianterings Edition of animal products, etc., which do not comply with the rules for free circulation in the EUROPEAN UNION, shall be paid in accordance with Annex 1, nr. 1.

(2). However, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 shall be paid for checks on live animals at least in annex 7, nr. 2 amounts.

section 33. For checks on live animals and animal products, etc., with the exception of fish and fishery products originating in New Zealand are paid regardless of sections 30 and 32 of annex 7, nr. 4 listed rates.
§ 34. For checks on live animals and for documentary and identity checks on products of animal origin, etc., except for fish and fishery products originating in Canada are paid regardless of sections 30 and 32 of annex 1, nr. 1, listed rates.
(2). In addition to the document referred to in paragraph 1 and identity checks will be there for food of animal origin with the exception of fish and fishery products and products listed in annex 8 to be payment for physical checks, including plug prøvemæssig plug prøvemæssig laboratory study, for each lot. section 35. For the control of fish and fishery products originating from countries outside the EU except Iceland, Norway and the Faroe Islands, and which are imported from countries within the EU or from Iceland, Norway or the Faroe Islands shall be paid in the event of staggered veterinary checks as referred to in annex 7, nr. 6 of the basic regulation. However, paragraph 4.

§ 36. The in section 35, paragraph 1, the tax shall be levied in connection with landing. However, the duty shall be charged at the time of the first placing on the market. The tax is paid by the first purchaser or his representative.

section 37. For import control, which cannot be implemented because of the applicant's circumstances, shall be paid in accordance with Annex 7, nr. 9.
section 38. For mandatory laboratory tests shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9 of the basic regulation. Annex 11.
(2). For mandatory laboratory testing of products listed in annex 8, category III, nr. 14, for content of salmonella is paid, however, in accordance with Annex 7, nr. 10.
§ 39. The cost of handling and eventual storage of products, as well as stabling and storage of live animals in the control and Food Administration is irrelevant.
Chapter 7
Review and approval, etc., in accordance with the law on food
§ 40. Establishments for veterinary and Food Administration reviewed the addition of nutrients to food in accordance with the rules laid down pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the law on food, pay a fee as specified in annex 9, nr. 1.
(2). Companies that ask the Food Agency for approval of flavourings in accordance with rules laid down pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the law on foodstuffs, or requests the extension of an authorisation for the use of flavouring, pay a fee as specified in annex 9, nr. 2.
(3). Companies that ask the Food Agency for the approval of an additive, including a nutrient, in accordance with the rules laid down pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the law on food, or who requests the extension of an authorisation for the use of an additive, pay a fee as specified in annex 9, nr. 3.
(4). Companies that ask the Food Agency for approval of inspection and monitoring equipment, etc., in accordance with rules laid down under section 35, paragraph 1, of the law on food, pay a fee as specified in annex 9, nr. 4.
(5). Companies who notify the bacterial cultures, molds and yeast fungi to the Food Agency in accordance with rules laid down under section 9 of the Act on food, pay a fee as specified in annex 9, nr. 5.
(6). Companies who notify the enzymes for the Food Agency in accordance with rules laid down under section 9 of the law on foodstuffs, or as the reviewer changed the use of an enzyme, to pay a fee as specified in annex 9, nr. 6.
(7). Companies which, in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 258/97 on novel foods and novel food ingredients an applicant for authorisation of novel foods and food ingredients, pay a fee for veterinary and Food Administration as set out in annex 9, nr. 7.
(8). Companies requesting evaluation of analytical methods for NordVal system, pay a fee as specified in annex 9, nr. 8.
(9). Companies that ask the Food Agency for approval of a disinfectant, teat product sprays means or means used for udder hygiene, pay a fee as specified in annex 9, nr. 9.
Chapter 8
Certificates
§ 41. For the issue of certificates (certificates) and terrestrial animal health declarations for use on exports to third countries of food, including food additives, paid a fee as specified in annex 10.
(2). Certificates for use in exports to Norway and exports of fish and fishery products to Iceland and the Faroe Islands are not covered by the fee referred to in paragraph 1.
(3). Where the issue of a certificate will require special studies, etc. are paid for the time spent in accordance with Annex 1, nr. 15.
Chapter 9
Charges for laboratory tests, etc.
§ 42. For laboratory tests carried out by the Danish food or food regional laboratories in connection with regulatory control of food and animals for slaughter, etc. are paid, as specified in annex 11.
section 43. For the control of protein content in hams to exports pay the registered companies according to annex 11.
§ 44. For quality control with supplies of canned food under WFP (World Food Programme) paid the analyses in accordance with Annex 11.
Chapter 10
Charges for extra control, reminder fee and interest, etc.
§ 45. When a company or a holding with primary production within the scope of the law on food or by the law on keeping of animals carried out additional checks (follow-up control) after the identified non-compliance with the said laws, decrees issued thereunder or of EU rules in the field, shall be paid for the extra costs associated with the control in accordance with Annex 1 , nr. 10, and annex 11. The payment shall be charged in accordance with the rules laid down in article 28 of the control regulation (regulation 882/2004).
(2). Establishments covered by articles 6 and 14-16, however, pay for the extra control within the meaning of paragraph 1 in accordance with the provisions of sections 6 and 14-16.
(3). In addition, in the cases referred to in paragraph 1 shall pay the dairy supplying crews with control related additional costs in accordance with Annex 1, nr. 10, and annex 11 extraordinary control as a follow-up to the visit from the Dairy Association/Danish Cattle quality advisors in connection with possible violations of food legislation.
(4). When a company made a requested oversight, pay the company the associated extra costs in accordance with Annex 1, nr. 10, and annex 11.
§ 46. Payment obligations laid down by regulation, or as a result of the rules laid down or maintained pursuant to the law on the keeping of animals, the law on food or økologiloven, and which cannot be met in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the tax authority, conferred on the demanding, unless otherwise provided by regulation, an annual interest rate equal to the interest rate under the interest Act § 5. The applied interest, however, is at least 50 us $.
(2). For a fee paid on reminders 100 DKK, as adjusted pursuant to section 3 of the Act on a rate adjustment percentage.
§ 47. There is udpantningsret for those in sections 2-7, §§ 9-19, § 21, § 23, §§ 25-26 and §§ 29-46, see. Annexes 1-11, referred to amounts.
Chapter 11
A derogation
section 48. Food agency may, in compliance with Community rules on the financing of veterinary studies, etc., in exceptional cases, set up, including completely exempt of payment of control taxes.
Chapter 12
Entry-into-force provisions, etc.
§ 49. The notice shall enter into force on the 2. February 2008.
(2). Executive Order No. 1475 by 14. December 2006 on payment for the control of food and live animals, etc. shall be repealed.
§ 50. So far, will be charged the following forms of payment for checks, etc. do not:
1) payment for special ecology cross-checks as well as for exceptional checks in accordance with økologilov of the basic regulation. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 761 of 29. 5) payment for exceptional checks in accordance with § 23 and § 42 in small dairy firms, which produces on the basis of less than ECU 2 million. kg. milk per year.
6) fee for the issuance of certificates under section 41 (1).
(2). Taxes and fees, etc. for the period before 2. February 2008 will be charged according to the existing rules.

1. For certification, supervision and control, etc. pursuant to section 2, paragraph 1, and article 7, paragraph 3, supervision pursuant to section 25, paragraph 2, and control pursuant to section 30, paragraph 1, paragraph 3, paragraph 4 and paragraph 6, section 31, paragraph 32, paragraph 1, and section 34, paragraph 1, shall be paid:
a) A basic fee of DKK 139 in addition to 237 DKK PR. District on weekdays. 6 and 17.
(b)) A basic fee of DKK 139 in addition to 304 DKK PR. District on weekdays. 17 and 22.

8. For ordinary control of milk production holdings, see. § 9,

9. For the approval, authorisation, registration, certification, supervision or control pursuant to section 6 shall be paid:

11. in the case of inspection pursuant to section 10 shall be paid:
a) A basic fee of DKK 139 plus 165 DKK PR. District on weekdays. 6 and 17.
(b)) A basic fee of DKK 139 in addition 211 DKK PR. District on weekdays. 17 and 22.

14. For inspection, etc. pursuant to section 13 shall be paid:

16. For supervisory work in connection with the voluntary labelling system pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 1760/2000 shall be paid without prejudice. section 17, paragraph 6, and article 23, paragraph 2, after no. 15. 3. Costs of replacement personnel by inspection staff participation in continuing vocational training as well as courses and meetings as mentioned in nr. 1 and 2 and to the replacement staff for inspection personnel who are granted freedom with salaries of other academic work.
4. Additional costs for replacement staff for inspection staff loaned to other companies.
5. Additional costs conditional on the difference between maternity pay and actual labour costs as well as additional costs for replacement staff for inspection staff on maternity leave or parental leave.
6. the administrative contribution to industrial injuries and rendered reparations in connection with accidents at work.
7. Other expenses as: Moving allowance, AER, AES-contributions-contributions, BST, Flexjobpulje-contribution and non-contribution of replacement personnel attributable ATP.
8. Additional costs conditional on the difference between sickness and actual payroll cost for control staff, who are on sick leave, and where the employer is entitled to reimbursement for medical dagpengelovens section 54 (1).
9. Additional costs as a result of payment of rådighedsløn or wait for money to the dismissed the control staff.
10. Costs associated with the administration of the control.
Calculation of control cost for staff, who are employed by a food region, but which is not permanently assigned inspection by any entity referred to in article 6. section 15 (6):

Annex 3
Control charges for small slaughterhouses and game processing houses (charges pursuant to § 17)

(a) carcases of domestic swine) by a weight less than 25 kg: 3.73 DKK per animal.
b) carcases of domestic swine of a weight of 25 kg or more: 9.70 € per animal.
c) carcases of boar: 11.17 DKK per animal.
(d)) the amounts shall be increased by the cost of Trichinella control, if the amounts are insufficient to cover this study.
4. For meat of sheep, goats and wild ruminant:
a) carcases of ovine and caprine animals of a weight of less than 12 kg: 1.31 USD per head.
b) carcases of ovine and caprine animals of a weight exceeding 12 kg: 2.61 DKK per animal.
c) carcases of wild ruminant 3.72 € per animal.
5. in the case of poultry, rabbits, birds and ground game:
a) For animals of a weight of less than 2 kg: 0.07 € per animal.

Control duties relating to fish, with the exception of imports
1. The surveillance referred to in article 18 shall be paid on the basis of the real costs incurred as regards algae monitoring. In addition to the coverage of the administration of the monitoring scheme annually 7,485 DKK PR. clam permission, whilst for fish farms and for håndbrejlere only paid 1031 DKK annually.
2. The article 19, paragraph 1, the said charge constitutes 7.45 DKK (1 euro) per tonne in the case of fish and fishery products iland brought directly from the Lake from a vessel, when it comes to quantities up to 50 tons, and 3.72 KR. (0.5 euros) per tonne for the quantities above. For herring and mackerel may levy, as stated in 1. paragraph shall not exceed 372.97 KR. (50 euros) per consignment unloaded.
3. In article 21, paragraph 1, the said charge constitutes 7.45 DKK (1 euro) per tonne and charged for fishery products that are delivered to a company that obtains or processing such products, as well as fishery products coming from a factory ship.
4. The article 19 (3) of the said levy is fixed at 1066 USD per hour.
5. In article 21, paragraphs 2 and 3, the said levy is fixed at 1066 USD per hour. In connection with the supervision of a factory vessel of a third country will be charged all expenses in connection with supervision.
Annex 6
Control duties relating to residues (charges pursuant to section 26)
1. Establishments where slaughter takes place pays 16.48 € per tonne of meat.
2. Farm Marketing fish of aquaculture origin for slaughter or export market alive, pay 33.39 DKK per tonne of fish measured as live weight.
3. undertakings receiving milk direct from the dairy farmer, pays 0.19 € per 1000 litres of unprocessed raw milk.

Annex 7
Import inspection charges
1. For inspection under section 30 (2), be paid DKK 190 per lot on weekdays. 6 and 17, 243 USD per lot on weekdays. 17 and 22, and 297 USD per lot on weekdays. 22 and 6, on Saturdays after 8 pm. 14, on Sundays and holidays, 1. may, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve and new year's Eve.
2. Who paid for the checks referred to in section 30, paragraph 1-4 and for checks on live animals to see. section 32 (1) and section 34, paragraph 4, however, at least the following amounts:
For a batch of animal products (except fishery products) as well as for a lot of live bovine animals, equidae, pigs, sheep, goats, poultry, rabbits, or of small game birds, game animals, wild boar or wild ruminant paid the following rates:
-409.70 KR. (55 euro) per batch of up to 6 tonnes, and
-67.04 KR. (9 euros) per tonne, up to 46 tonnes, thereafter, or
-3,128.62 KR. (420 euros) per lot over 46 tonnes.
For a lot of other live animals other than animals belonging to the following groups: ornamental birds, aquaculture animals (including fish), rodents (including leporidae), reptiles, insects or other aquatic invertebrates, however, must at least be paid-the following rates:
-409.70 KR. (55 euro) per batch of up to 46 tonnes, or
-3,128.62 KR. (420 euros) per lot over 46 tonnes.
When a consignment of products of animal origin other than meat and fishery products for human consumption consists of a number of small single batches, there must at least be paid:
-4,469.46 KR. (600 euro) per vessel, with a cargo of products up to 500 tonnes
-8,938.92 KR. (1200 euros) per vessel, with a cargo of products up to 1000 tonnes,
-17,877.84 KR. (2400 EUR) per vessel, with a cargo of products up to 2000 tonnes,
-26,816.76 KR. (3600 euros) per vessel, with a cargo of products of more than 2000 tonnes.
3. For control within the scope of section 32, paragraph 3, and section 34, paragraph 3, paid 124 USD per consignment. For the first 10 lots or as regards imports from Canada the first 6 parties paid however, 1,227 DKK per consignment.
4. To cover expenses in connection with veterinary checks on live animals and products of animal origin etc. from New Zealand see. § 33 shall be paid for:
(a) live animals): 37.25 DKK (5 euros) per tonne, and
(b) products of animal origin, etc.) except for fish and fisheries products: 11.17 KR. (1.5 EUR) per tonne.
(c)), however, are paid regardless of (a) and (b) at least 223.47 kr (30 euros) per party and a maximum of 2,607.19 DKK (350 euros) per consignment.
5. Fees for review and approval, etc. of substances, equipment, methods and products in the food sector
1. Fee for the notification of the addition of nutrients to foods, including dietary supplements, see. section 40 (1):
(a)) for the notification in accordance with individual authorization shall be paid a fee of DKK 6,000
(b)) for the notification of electrolytes to sports drinks (electrolyte drink), IE. kulhydratholdige drink with added electrolytes, however, only be paid a fee of 1,600 USD.
(c)) for the notification pursuant to the general authorisation referred to in article 6. the positive list is paid a fee of 1,600 USD.
(d)) for the notification of flavours and identical products marketed under different names, paid 1,600 USD, however, is the fee of DKK 6,000 for the first product.
2. Fee for endorsement of an aroma, etc., see. section 40 (2):
a) Fee for the approval of an aroma: 4,800 kr.
b) fee for extension of the permission to use an aroma: 1,600 USD.
(c)) for the notification and authorisation of flavourings with same aroma substance (s), but with different excipients, as well as an expanded use of a røgaromastof paid $ 2,400., however, is the fee at 4,800 DKK for the first product.
3. Fee for the approval of an additive, including a nutrient source for this purpose, see. section 40 (3):
a) Fee for the approval of an additive: 19,600 kr.
b) Fee for the approval of an additive, which is evaluated by JECFA or the SCF/EFSA: 8,800 kr.
c) fee for extension of the permission to use an additive: 1,600 USD.

7. When applying for approval of novel foods or food ingredients referred to in article 6. European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 258/97 of 27. January 1997 concerning novel foods and novel food ingredients, see. § 40 paragraph 7 paid a fee to cover the actual costs of these proceedings are calculated on the basis of applied assessment time. The fee may not exceed 150,000 DKK Before proceedings can begin, there shall be paid a deposit of DKK 10,000.
8. Fee for the assessment of analytical methods, etc. after NordVal system, see. section 40 (8):
(a)) For the evaluation of a method of analysis applied to two or more matrices, paid 75,900 USD.
(b)) For the evaluation of a method of analysis applied to one matrix, and for the assessment of new matrices paid 38,800 kr.
(c)) For the evaluation of a method of analysis, covering a single analysis step (URf.eks. verification), paid $ 28,000.
(d)) For the evaluation of a method of analysis with a view to the extension of the method's approval are paid us $ 16,600.
e) For reassessment of a method of analysis as a result of changes in method paid for (a) to (c) depending on the method's scope. For small changes can the fee be reduced to the amount referred to in point (d).
9. Fee for the approval of disinfectant, teat product sprays means or medium, which is used for udder hygiene regulation. § 40 paragraph 9 constitutes 3,100 us. where approval only relates to the name change, parallel approval or similar that requires no further toxicological evaluation, however, 1,100 USD fee represents Annex 10
Fees for the issue of certificates and certificates (Fees pursuant to section 41)
1. For the issue of a certificate for use on exports to third countries of food except meat and meat products have to be paid a fee of 50 us $.
2. For the sending of meat establishments with real oversight of certificates for the export of meat and meat products have to be paid a fee of 25 € per bundle à 100 certificates.
