Chapter 1

Area

§ 1. Chapter 2

Expenses for the control of live animals and certain products, etc.

§ 27. Paragraph 2. For the laboratory testing of products listed in Annex 8, category III, nr. However, 14, for the contents of salmonella, shall be paid in accordance with Annex 7. 10.

§ 39. The costs of handling and possible storage of products and the housing and storage of live animals in the control of the Food Authority shall be inapplicable to the Food Authority.

Chapter 7

Notification and approval etc. in the matter of food

§ 40. Entities notified to the Food and Food Authority the addition of nutrients to food according to rules laid down under Clause 8 and 9 of the Food Safety Act shall pay a fee as set out in Annex 9 (s). 1.

Paragraph 2. Entities requesting the Food Management Board for the approval of flavouring substances pursuant to rules laid down under Clause 8 and 9 of the Act of Food, or Requestor for renewal of the use of aroma, pay a fee as set out in Annex 9, no. 2.

Paragraph 3. Entities requesting the Food Management Board for approval of an additive including a nutrient in accordance with rules laid down under Clause 8 and 9 of the Food and Food Safety Act, or requesting an extension of a permit for the use of an additive ; additive, shall pay a fee as specified in Annex 9. 3.

Paragraph 4. Undertakings requesting the FDA for approval of the control and surveillance equipment and so on under rules laid down in section 35 (3). 1, in the law of foodstuffs, shall pay a fee as set out in Annex 9 (1). 4.

Paragraph 5. Entities notifying bacterial cultures, mold and feral mushrooms for the Food Authority pursuant to Article 9 of the Law on Food, shall pay a fee as specified in Annex 9 (s). 5.

Paragraph 6. Entities notifiable enzymes for the FDA pursuant to rules laid down in section 9 of the Act of Food or in the notification of which an enzyme is amended shall pay a fee as specified in Annex 9 (s). 6.

Paragraph 7. Companies which, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No, of the European Parliament and of the Council, The 258/97 on novel foods and novel food ingredients are applying for the approval of novel foods and food ingredients, and shall pay a fee to the Food and Food Service as set out in Annex 9 (s). 7.

Paragraph 8. Businesses requesting the evaluation of analytical methods after the North Valet system shall pay a fee as set out in Annex 9 (s). 8.

Niner. 9. Entities requesting the FDA for approval of a disinfectant, mammals, mammals or medium used for yverhygiene, shall pay a fee as specified in Annex 9 (s). 9.

Chapter 8

Attester

§ 41. For the issuance of certificates (health certificates) and zoosanitary declarations for export to third countries of food, including additives, a fee shall be paid as listed in Annex 10.

Paragraph 2. Tests for the export to Norway and the export of fish and fishery products to Iceland and the Faroe Islands are not covered by the levy in paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 3. Where certification is subject to special studies, etc. shall be paid for the co-walking time of Annex 1. 15.

Chapter 9

Testing for laboratory examinations, etc.

§ 42. In the case of laboratory examinations carried out by the Food Management or Food Regulation laboratories, in the context of the regulatory control of food and slaughter animals, etc. shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of Annex 11.

§ 43. For the control of protein content in skins for exports, they are paying the enlisted undertakings in accordance with Annex 11.

§ 44. For quality control with deliveries of canned food products under the World Food Programme (World Food Programme), the analyses carried out in accordance with Annex 11.

Chapter 10

Charges for extra control, ry-over fee and morarente etcetera.

§ 45. Where, in a company or holding of primary production, the rule of foodstuffs or the law on animals of animals is subject to additional checks, the following checks shall be carried out after notification of the said laws, issued by notices issued ; the additional costs shall be paid in accordance with the additional costs referred to in Annex 1 (2), in accordance with this or by Community rules in the field. 10, and Appendix 11. Payment shall be levior in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 28 of the Regulation (Regulation 882/2004).

Paragraph 2. However, undertakings covered by § § 6 and 14 to 16 shall pay for additional checks as referred to in paragraph 1. 1 in accordance with the provisions of section 6 and 14-16.

Paragraph 3. In addition to the provisions of paragraph 1, 1 cases shall be paid in accordance with Annex 1, in the case of milk deliveries, the additional costs shall be paid. 10, and Annex 11, in exceptional monitoring as a follow-up to visits by the Mejeriunification / Danish Kiss Group, in the context of possible infringements of food law.

Paragraph 4. Where an undertaking is subject to a requisition, the company shall pay the additional costs as set out in Annex 1 (s). 10, and Appendix 11.

§ 46. Payment obligations laid down by Regulation, or as a result of rules laid down or maintained in accordance with the law on animals, the law on food or the eco-law, and which are not fulfilled in a timely manner to the taxable authority, be attributed unless otherwise provided for by Regulation, an annual interest rate corresponding to the interest rate in accordance with Article 5 of the Interest. However, interest shall be at least 50 kr.

Paragraph 2. For memoirs, a 100 krat fee shall be paid for in accordance with section 3 of the Act of a Rate Adjustment%.

§ 47. There is a panting right for the sections, section 2-7, section 9 19, section 9, section 23, § § 25-26 and § § 29-46, cf. the amounts of the Annexes 1 to 11.

Chapter 11

Pensation

§ 48. In compliance with Community rules on the financing of veterinary examinations, the Food Authority may, in particular cases, reduce, in particular cases, the payment of checks on the costs of inspection.

Chapter 12

Entry into force and so on.

§ 49. The announcement shall enter into force on 2. -February 2008.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 1475 by 14. In December 2006, the payment for the control of food and live animals and so on shall be repealed.

$50. For the time being, the following types of charge for the control and so on shall not be charged :

1) Payment for special eco-cross-checks, and for ordinary checks of ecology law, cf. Law Order no. 761 of 29. June 2006, cf. sections 14, 17 and 23, except for the controls at the same time as the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 2020/20. 1760/2000 of 17. July 2000 establishing a system for the identification and registration of bovine animals and the labelling of beef and beef products and the repeal of Council Regulation (EC) No (EC) No 2 ; 820/97.

2) Payment for registration and ordinary supervision in accordance with section 4.

3) Payment for ordinary checks and so on in accordance with section 5.

4) Payment for managing the monitoring of production areas for bivalve molluscs in accordance with section 18.

5) Payment for ordinary checks pursuant to section 23 and section 42 of small dairy companies producing on the basis of less than 2 million. kg (b) milk per Years.

6) Payment for the issuance of certificates in accordance with section 41 (4). 1.

Paragraph 2. Charges and fees, etc. for the time period before 2. February 2008 is required according to the existing rules.

General time rates and charges for the control of live animals and certain products

1. For certifying, supervision and control, etc. in accordance with section 2 (2). Paragraph 7 (1) and section 7 (2). 3, supervision in accordance with section 25 (1). 2, and checks pursuant to section 30 (3). Paragraph 1 (1). 3. 4 and 7. 6, section 31, section 32, paragraph. Rule 34 (1) and Article 34 (1). 1, Papayas :

a) A basic fee of $139. to which is 237 kr. per started 15 minutes on weekdays between : 6 and 17.

(b) A basic fee of 139 kr. Where's $304 crowns? per started 15 minutes on weekdays between : 17 and 22.

c) A basfee of DKK 139 for which DKK 371. per started 15 minutes on weekdays between : 22 and 6, on Saturdays after 9 p.m. Fourteen, son and Holidays, 1. May, the day of the day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

(d) For control, etc., cf. Section 2, which is not possible because of the requestor's circumstances, is paid for 4 quarts of intime. the basic fee.

The quarterlies referred to in (a-c shall be used for the period of time in which the authority is present in the controlled undertaking or the herd and so on for certifying o.l. that is carried out on the home of the food court without being associated with any one ; the inspection of the requestor shall not be subject to the basic fee.

2. In the cases referred to in section 3, DKK 124 kr. for each processing operation.

3. In the cases referred to in section 4, DKK 412 is paid. for registration.

Four, in the in section 4, no. Two-four, mentioned case is $665 kr. per year of regular supervision, and in the section in section 4. In the case of 1 and 5, 1 325 DKK shall be paid. per years of ordinary supervision.

In the cases referred to in section 5, a $717 DKK fee is payable. In addition, the production of livestock farming living fish, apart from eels, must also be paid a half-yearly fee of 2.387 kr.

8. for ordinary checks on milk-producing agricultural holdings, cf. § 9,

(a) the quality advice of the Mejeria / Dansk Kwall as part of the self-control is paid an annual charge of DKK 267. The tax shall cover the calendar year and shall be paid by all holdings which are milk-producing the week 22 the year in question.

You, under (a), no. i-iii, and C-e mentioned quarterlies shall be used for the period of time in which the authority is present in the controlled undertaking. The amount referred to in (d) shall apply to both the time spent in the establishment and the time spent on casework.

11. for checks pursuant to section 10, the following shall be paid :

a) A basic fee of $139. for which DKK 165 kr. per started 15 minutes on weekdays between : 6 and 17.

(b) A basic fee of 139 kr. for which DKK 211 kr. per started 15 minutes on weekdays between : 17 and 22.

12. for the registration and control of the movement of pigs and so on, cf. Section 11 is paid an annual charge of 265.25 kr. per herd, and for each relocation of pigs, a fee of 0,76 kr.

13. For glacial company animal passports, cf. § 12 is paid $15.05. by paragraph,

14. For checks and so on under Article 13 :

a) A basic fee of 403 kr. to which DKK 190 per started 15 minutes on weekdays between : 6 and 17.

e) The issue of a TRACES certificate shall be paid out of the amount of ECU 355 referred to in (a-c) for the late delivery to the food registration of the necessary information on the export of the goods to 7 10 kr. For the submission of information, the operator shall not, in respect of exports, not within the 4 business days prior to the export period, cf. Notice no. 774 of 29. August 2001, section 10, section 18 (1). 4 as well as 20 (20). 1, together with the prior notification, an electronically completed copy of the document ' TRACES del I-Information on the consignment, together with the prior notification, have submitted an electronically completed copy of the consignment, cf. Commission Decision 2003 /623/EC and Commission Regulation 599 /2004/EC, for certification in the food-region region.

The quarterlies referred to in (a-c) shall be used for the period in which the competent authority is present in the controlled herd.

15. for supervision and control in accordance with section 23, paragraph 1. Paragraph 25, paragraph 25. Paragraph 1, and section 41 (1). Three, paid for :

(a) For establishments before the date of the date 1. July 2006 was exempt from payment due to them until 1. In January 2000, or would have been subject to the rule of foodstuffs (non-animal business), the following shall be paid :

ii) A basic fee of 403 kr. to which comes 547 kr. per started 15 minutes on weekdays between : 17 and 22.

(iii) A basic fee of 403 kr. to which DKK 668 kr. per started 15 minutes on weekdays between : 22 and 6, on Saturdays after 9 p.m. Fourteen, son and Holidays, 1. Day of May Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

(c) In addition to the charges referred to in (a-b), companies that are not covered by section 24 (3) shall be paid to undertakings. 3 to 4, in part, to the partial financing of the FDA's travel team with a specialty in investigation and accounting auditing an annual tax of 422 kr. The levy shall be recharged on : 1. April every year.

The quarterlies referred to in (a-b) shall be used for the period in which the competent authority is present in the supervised establishment. For certifying o.l., which is carried out on the home of the food court without having to be associated with a requisition, no basic fee shall be paid.

For supervisors in connection with the voluntary labelling scheme in accordance with Regulation (EC) No, 1760/2000 is paid in, cf. § 17, paragraph 1. 6, and section 23 (4). 2, after no. 15. for the processing operations in connection with the voluntary labelling scheme under Regulation (EC) No ; 1760/2000 for more than 20 minutes per hour. Case is 155 kr. per Fifteen minutes. In establishments not covered by tax exemption for ordinary food controls, in accordance with section 50 (4). The following shall be paid in accordance with the compulsory labelling system in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No (EC) No (EC) 1760/2000.

Seventeen, of section 23, paragraph 1. 5, included elites, pay for special random checks, an annual charge of DKK 346 kr. The levy shall be charged to the establishments registered as elite undertakings. 1. On April of that year.


Appendix 2

Joint charges for slaughterhouses and so on with firm supervision in accordance with section 15 (s). 3, and the calculation of the cost of the expenditure on staff who are not firm affiliate with section 15 (s). 6

The following joint cost, cf. Section 15 (3). 3, shall be distributed between undertakings in relation to their direct control expenditure :

1. Direct expenditure related to the participation of the monitoring staff in the following-and further training.

2. Direct expenditure related to the participation of works representatives, representatives of trustees and of the security representatives at courses and meetings necessary for the functions of the functions concerned.

3. the cost of replacement staff at the participation of the on-board staff in training and further training and courses and meetings as referred to in point (2). 1 and 2 and to the replacement staff for inspection staff who have been granted freedom of pay for other professional activities.

4. Merexpenses for the replacement staff for auditors shall be checked out to other undertakings.

5. Merexpenses subject to the difference between maternity benefits and actual payroll costs and additional costs for the replacement staff for maternity leave or parental leave.

6. Administrative contributions to the Board of Work and the compensation payments made in the case of accidents at work.

7. Other expenses as : Move Allowance, AER contribution, AES contributions, BST, Flexjobpool contributions, and not executed ATP-contributions for replacements.

8. Merexpenses subject to the difference between sickness benefits and actual payroll costs for inspection staff, which are on sick leave and where the employer is entitled to reimbursement after the sickness benefits section of section 54 (4). 1.

9. Merexpenses resulting from the payment of on-call pay or the waiting money to be made redundant to the auditing staff.

10. Expenditure associated with administration of the control.

Calculation of inspection staff for staff employed by a food registration, but not firmly attached to the meat inspection by any undertaking, cf. Section 15 (3). 6 :

11. The check cost is calculated as 451.46 kr. per an hour for veterinarians and as 294,13 kr. per time for supervisory technicians.


Appendix 3

Controlevies for small abattoirs and game-processing undertakings (charges under Section 17)

The following flat-rate amounts shall be required for the costs of examining and checking the slaughter and slaughter processing :

1. For beef :

(a) For adult bovine animals : $37.25 kr. per Animals.

For maidens : 18,65 kr. per Animals.

2. for meat of equidae and the meat of ostrich birds : 32.82 kr. per Animals.

3. for meat of pigs, including wild boar :

(a) The carcase of porcine pigs of less than 25 kg : 3.73 kr. per Animals.

(b) The carcase of guinea pigs of a weight of 25 kg and more : 9,70 kr. per Animals.

(c) feral root of boar : 11,17 kr. per Animals.

(d) The amounts shall be increased by the cost of trichinaudits, if the amounts are insufficient to cover this investigation.

4 for meat of sheep, goats and ruminants game :

(a) The carcasses of sheep and goats of a weight of less than 12 kg : 1.31 kr. per Animals.

(b) The carcasses of sheep and goats of a weight exceeding 12 kg : 2,61 kr. per Animals.

(c) The carcasses of ruminant game 3.72 kr. per Animals.

5. for poultry, rabbits, feathers and pigmeat :

(a) For animals of a weight of less than 2 kg : 0,7 kr. per Animals.

(b) For animals of a weight between 2 and 5 kg : 0,15 kr. per Animals.

Appendix 5

Controlevies for fish other than import

The surveillance referred to in section 18 shall be paid on the basis of the actual costs incurred in respect of algeal monitoring. In addition, it is paid for the management of the surveillance scheme annually 7.485 kr. per shell authorisation, however, for breeding and for handblasts only DKK 1031. a year.

2. The one in section 19 (1). 1, mentioned fee amounts to 7.45 kr. (1 euro) per tonnes for fish and fishery products which are directly from the sea from a vessel when it comes to quantities up to 50 tonnes, and 3.72 kr. (0.5 euro) per tons of crowds over here. In the case of herring and mackerel, the charge shall be as set out in 1. Act. however, no more than 372,97 kr. (EUR 50) per unloaded lot.

3. The one in section 21 (1). 1, mentioned fee amounts to 7.45 kr. (1 euro) per the tonne and levior of fishery products delivered to an establishment which works or processed in such goods, as well as fishery products coming from a factory vessel.

The fourth paragraph of paragraph 19 (4). The tax referred to above shall be EUR 1066. per Hour.

The fifth paragraph of paragraph 21 (2). EUR 2 and 3 shall be set at 1066 kr. per Hour. In the case of the supervision of a factory vessel in a third country, all expenditure incurred in respect of supervision shall be charged.


Appendix 6

Controlevies on residues (charges under section 26)

1. Companies where slaughter takes place will pay 16.48 kr. per Meat.

2. Aquaculture of aquaculture animals for slaughter or export in live mode shall pay 33.39. per A ton of fish made up as a live weight.

3. Companies receiving milk directly from the milk producer shall pay 0,19 kr. per A thousand litres of unprocessed raw milk.

4. EGGs and coats, from which eggs are sold for human consumption, pay 10,96 kr. per tonnes of eggs produced or packed in the establishment.


Appendix 7

Import Control Charges

1. for check by section 30 (1). Two, $190. per lot on weekdays between : 6 and 17, 243 kroner. per lot on weekdays between : 17 and 22, and 297 kr. per lot on weekdays between : 22 and 6, on Saturdays after 9 p.m. Fourteen, son and Holidays, 1. May, Anniversary, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

2. The check shall be paid after section 30 (5). 1-4 and for the control of live animals, cf. Section 32 (1). Rule 34 (1) and Article 34 (1). 4, however, at least the following amounts :

For a batch of products of animal origin (other than fishery products) and in the case of a batch of live bovine animals, equidae, swine, sheep, goats, poultry, rabbits, or small birds wild, wild, wild boar or ruminant, the following rates shall be paid :

-409.70 kr. (EUR 55) per lot up to 6 tonnes, and

-$67.4. (EUR 9) per tonnes thereafter up to 46 tonnes, or

However, for a batch of other live animals other than animals belonging to the following groups : ornamental birds, aquaculture animals (including fish), rodents (including animals of the hareg), reptiles, insects or other invertebrates shall pay at least the following rates :

-409.70 kr. (EUR 55) per lot up to 46 tonnes, or

-$3,128.62. (EUR 420) per lot over 46 tonnes.

Where a batch of animal products other than meat and fishery products intended for human consumption consists of a number of smaller individual batches, at least the following shall be paid :

4,469.46 kr. (EUR 600) per vessel with a cargo of products of up to 500 tonnes,

-8:9,98.92. (EUR 1200) per vessel with a cargo of products of up to 1000 tonnes,

-17,877.84. (EUR 2400) per vessel with a cargo of products up to 2000 tonnes,

-26.816,76 kr. (EUR 3600) per a vessel with a cargo of products exceeding 2000 tonnes.

3. For the control covered by Section 32 (3). Article 34 (3) and Article 34 (3). Three, paid $124. per Party. However, for the first ten lots or in the case of imports from Canada, the first six parties shall be paid 1.227. per Party.

4. To cover expenditure in relation to veterinary checks on live animals and animal products, etc., from New Zealand, cf. Section 33 is paid for :

(a) Live animal : 37,25 kr. EUR 5 (5 euro) per tonnes, and

(b) products of animal origin, other than fish and fishery products : 11,17 kr. (EUR 1.5) per tons.

(c) However, it shall be paid no matter (a and b at least 223,47 kr.) (EUR 30) per lot and no more than 2.607.19 kr. (EUR 350) per Party.

5. For the control covered by Article 34 (1). $2 is paid 95. per lot on weekdays between : 6 and 17, 122. per lot on weekdays between : 17 and 22 and 148 kr. per lot on weekdays between : 22 and 6, on Saturdays after 9 p.m. Fourteen, son and Holidays, 1. May, Anniversary, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

6. The one in section 35 (1). The payment shall be 2 and 3 :

(a) 744 kr. per started the hour for the total time spent at the working time interval between at 9 p.m. 6 and 17.

(b) 1215 kr. per started the hour for the total time spent at the working time interval between at 9 p.m. 17 and 22.

(c) 1486 kr. per started the hour for the total time spent at the working time interval between at 9 p.m. 22 and 6, on Saturdays after 9 p.m. Fourteen, son and Holidays, 1. May, the day of the day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

The one in paragraph 35, paragraph 1. 1, mentioned fee amounts to 7.45 kr. (1 euro) per tonnes for fresh fish and fishery products which are directly from the sea from the fishing vessel of a third country, when it comes to quantities up to 50 tonnes, and 3.72 kr. (0.5 euro) per tons of crowds over here. In the case of herring and mackerel, the charge may be the charge listed in 1. pkt., however, shall not exceed 372,46 kr. (EUR 50) per unloaded lot.

The one in paragraph 35 (5). 4, the charge that is at least required to be charged amounts to the following amounts :

-409.70 kr. (EUR 55) per lot up to 6 tonnes, and

-$67.4. (EUR 9) per tonnes thereafter up to 46 tonnes, or

-$3,128.62. (EUR 420) per lot over 46 tonnes.

Where a batch of fishery products consists of a number of smaller individual batches, at least the following shall be paid :

4,469.46 kr. (EUR 600) per a vessel with a cargo of fishery products on up to 500 tonnes,

-8:9,98.92. (EUR 1200) per a vessel with a cargo of fishery products on up to 1000 tonnes,

-17,877.84. (EUR 2400) per a vessel with a cargo of fishery products up to 2000 tonnes,

-26.816,76 kr. (EUR 3600) per a vessel with a cargo of fishery products exceeding 2000 tonnes.

9. For control, cf. § 37, which cannot be carried out because of the requestor's relationship, the following shall be paid :

DKK 2,036 kr. on weekdays between time 6 and 17.

(b) 2,572 kr. on weekdays between time 17 and 22.

(c) 3.108 kr. on weekdays between time 22 and 6, Saturdays after 9 p.m. Fourteen and the son and the holidays.

10. For the control covered by section 38 (4). Two, paid $1,227. per lot (5 sampling).

Appendix 9

Fees for notification and approval etc. of substances, equipment, methods and products in the food sector

1. Fees for the notification of nutrients for food, including food supplements, cf. § 40, paragraph. 1 :

(a) In the case of individual authorisation, a fee of 6 000 DKK shall be paid.

(b) Notification of electrolytes for sports drinks (electrolytes), i.e. However, carbon-containing added electrolytes is only paid a fee of 1,600 kr.

c) In accordance with general authorisation, cf. The positive list shall be subject to a fee of 1 600 kr.

(d) In the case of the notification of flavourings and identical products under different names, 1 600 shall be paid, the fee shall be DKK 6 000. for the first product.

2. for the approval of an aroma etc., in accordance with. § 40, paragraph. 2 :

a) Order for approval of an aroma : 4,800 kr.

b) For the extension of authorization to use an aroma : 1,600 kr.

(c) In the case of the notification and approval of flavourings, with the same flavouring substances, but with different formulants, and the extended use of a smoke flavourings shall be paid 2,400 cranes, but the fee is 4,800 kr. for the first product.

3. for the approval of an additive, including a nutrient and source, cf. § 40, paragraph. 3 :

a) Geoff for approval of an additive : 19.,600 kr.

b) For the approval of an additive evaluated by JECFA or SCF/EFSA : 8.800 kr.

c) Extend of the authorization to use an additive : 1,600 kr.

4. Fees for the approval of control and surveillance equipment, cf. § 40, paragraph. Four : $2,400.

5. Fees for the notification of a bacterial culture, etc., cf. § 40, paragraph. 5 :

7. When applying for the approval of novel foods or food ingredients, cf. Regulation (EC) No, Regulation (EC) No, 258/97 of 27. In January 1997 on novel foods and novel food ingredients, cf. § 40, paragraph. 7 shall be paid a fee to cover the actual costs incurred in the processing of the case, calculated on the basis of the time spent processing time. However, the fee may not exceed 150,000 DKK. Before the case procedure can be started, a deposit of 10 000 DKK shall be deposited.

8. for the assessment of analytical methods and so on after the North-Choice system, cf. § 40, paragraph. 8 :

a) For the assessment of an analytical method used for two or more matrices, 75,900 kr is paid.

(b) For the assessment of an analytical method used for one matrix, and for the assessment of new matrices, DKK 38.800 kr.

c) For the evaluation of an analytical method covering a single analysis stage (e.g., verification), DKK 28,000 DKK

(d) For the assessment of an analytical method for the extension of the method &apos; s approval, 16.600 DKK is paid.

e) For the review of an analytical method as a result of changes in the method, the method shall be paid under (a-c) depending on the scope of the method. However, for minor changes, the fee may be reduced to the amount referred to in (d).

9. for the approval of disinfectant, mammals, mammals, or medium, which is used for the use of the yverhygiene, cf. § 40, paragraph. 9, represents 3.100 kr. However, if the approval relates only to the name change, of parallel approval or similar non-toxicological assessment, the fee shall, however, constitute 1 100 kr.


Appendix 10

Fees for the issuance of certificates and certificates (Fees pursuant to section 41)

1. for the issue of a certificate intended for export to third countries of food other than meat and meat products, a fee of 50 kr is payable.
