Annunciation of the Secretary-General of the Secretary of Science, Technology and Development's powers in the Act on the Accreditation Foundation for higher education.
In accordance with section 14 (4), Three, in the law. 294 of 27. March 2007 on the Accreditation Institute for higher education shall be fixed as follows :
§ 1. The following powers in the Act on the Accreditation Institute for higher education are delegated from the Minister for Science, Technology and Development to the University and Construction Authority, such as the University and City of Construction for the State of the University :
1) Requesting the accreditation council to examine whether the criteria laid down in accordance with the Act 11 continue to be met, cf. Section 9 (4) of the law. FOUR, ONE. Act.
2) Receiving report from the Accreditation Council that accreditation has been withdrawn, cf. Section 9 (4) of the law. FOUR, FOUR. Act.
3) Recipient the accreditation of the Accreditation Council on the status of training, title, specific access requirements for undergraduate studies and the standard course of study time, as well as the possible setting of a maximum rate of access to training ; cf. Article 10 (1) of the law. 2.
4) Receives the accreditation of the Accreditation Council of undergrad and candidate education and master training and second subgeneration which is offered in Denmark, according to the university law, cf. Article 10 (1) of the law. 5.
5) Receiving notification from the accreditation council if the university does not follow the accreditation plan, cf. Section 17 (3) of the law. 2.
§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. March 2008.
