Law on the amendment of the act of law

(Acceptance of collective bargaining for certain theatres)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the act of the theatre, cf. Law Order no. 1003 of 29. of November 2003, as amended by Section 3 of Act 3. 1156 of 19. December 2003, Law No. No. 519 of 21. June 2005, Law No 459 of 23. May 2007 and Law No 460 of 23. In May 2007, the following changes are made :

1. I § 31 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new slice :

" Stop. 2. Collective agreements on wages and employment conditions for employees at the provinces of Aarhus, Odense and Aalborg, as well as the Jyske Opera, the People's Theatre and Copenhagen Theatre must be approved by the Finance Minister. '

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. March 2008.
