Act on the amendment of the law on deposits to establishment account

(Improved depreciation and deduction)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Act of Incoming Recovery Account, cf. Law Order no. 1012 of 5. In October 2006, as amended by Section 5 of Act 5. 1580 of 20. In December 2006 and section 12 of the Act of Law No 1587 of 20. December 2006, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 7 (2). FIVE, FOUR. pkt., replaced '80' to : '68'.

2. I Section 7 (2). FIVE, FIVE. pkt., in the words ' 70 ' shall be replaced by ' 58 `.

3. I Section 7 (2). 10, 2. pkt., in the words ' 65 ' shall be replaced by : ' 55 ' and ' 35 ` shall be replaced by ' 45 `.

4. I Section 7 (2). 10, 3. pkt., replaced "35" to : "45".

5. I Section 7 (2). 10, 4. pkt., in the words ' 77 ' to : ' 65 ' and ' 23 ` to : ' 35 ` ;

6. I Section 7 (2). 10, 5. pkt., in the words ' 23 ` to : ' 35 `.

7. I Section 7 (2). 11, 4. pkt., in the words ' 65 ' shall be replaced by ' 55 ` and ' 6.5 ` to : ' 5,5 `.

8. I Section 7 (2). 11, 5. pkt., in the words ' 60 ' to : ' 50 ` and ' 6 ` shall be replaced by ' 5 `.

§ 2

The Act shall enter into force on the day following the notice in Statdiment and has effect from and with the 2007 income year.
