Sales of characters for "specific access requirements"

The educational establishments shall in future specify such requirements with regard to the 7-step scale.

Is the specific access requirement jfr. sections 5 and 6, expressed at an average (e.g. the average of mathematics A, Physics B and Kemi C must be at least 8.0 after the 13-scale or just a single subject, e.g. mathematics A (consisting of both a written and oral character) must be at least 8.0, The 13-scale must be translated into the 7 step scale via the following table 3 :

When calculating the character requirements, the following method can be used-illustrated by an example in which an average of technical mathematics A, Physics B and Kemi C should be calculated where there may be the following characters :

1)
First, an average is calculated for each subject by adding the individual's characters together, and then parts with the number of characters
2)
Then the three GPA will be put together and there are three.
a)
If each applicant has a combination of characters only from the 13 scale, which is to be added to the calculation of whether or not he meets the specific access requirement, it must / the characters from the 13th scale must first be translated into : The 7-step scale after the average turnover of individual characters in which 8 and 9 of the 13 scale becomes 7 in the 7-step scale, and then a simple average must be calculated.
b)
If each applicant has a combination of characters from the 13th scale and the 7-step scale, which is to be added to the calculation of whether he meets the specific access requirement, it must / the characters from the 13th scale must first be translated. for the 7-step scale after the average turnover of a single character, where 8 and 9 of the 13 scale becomes 7 in the 7-step scale, and then a simple average must be calculated. (The situation may occur if a degree after the 13th scale after the 13th scale is complemented by the subject matter or levels, where the assessment has been given after the 7-step scale).
