Annex 7 The full text of the Executive order on education in the vocational common input power, control and INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Under section 4 (1) and (2) of the Act on vocational training, in accordance with article 3. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1244 of 23. October 2007, fixed:

§ 1. The vocational common input power, management and it includes degree programs with function-and the competence of the communities within the following overall employment area: Installation, troubleshooting, testing, repair and maintenance of IT systems and technical installations in connection with construction, housing and business.

§ 2. The following vocational training is assigned to this input:





1) Automation and process training, see. Annex 1.

2) Data and communication training, see. Annex 2.

3) Electrician, see. Annex 3.

4) electronic and low voltage training, see. Annex 4.

5) frontline pc-supporter, see. Annex 5.

6) frontline radio-tv-supporter, see. Annex 6.

7) Theatre, exhibition and event technician, see. Annex 7.





(2). For in paragraph 1, no. 7, said education is that restricted to school education for students without training agreement.

(3). Because the course can not be replaced by basic practical training in a company (new apprenticeship) in paragraph 1, no. 3 and 7, mentioned education.

§ 3. The indicative duration of school education in the compulsory part of the curriculum is 20 weeks in the section 2, nr. 1 – 7, mentioned education.

§ 4. The common competences, students must meet in order to begin on school education in a main course within the entrance, is that students can:





1) select and use appropriate materials, components, tools, measuring instruments, equipment and machines to perform simple tasks in the field of professional education, entry

2) apply the technical documentation relevant to the entry training in connection with the execution of jobområdernes tasks

3) perform his duties of safety and environmentally sound in accordance with existing rules,

4) demonstrate knowledge of the service term, customer psychology and the determining factors in relation to perform a good customer service, both internal and external,

5) demonstrate knowledge of own role in business organizations, which are relevant to the entry's education programs, including cooperation with various professional groups, and to the importance of being flexible and perform quality assurance by own work in relation to entry courses

6) perform structured troubleshooting on the relevant circuit under the guidance and solve individual tasks in the field of maintenance and operation and

7) demonstrate knowledge of work organisation and planning.





(2). To begin on school education in a main course within the entrance, students also meet the objectives of the following basic subjects:





1) first aid and basic fire-fighting, 0.5 week.

2) information technology, level F.





(3). Additional requirements on competences which are specific for the transition to school education in each main course, set out in the annexes to the Decree.

§ 5. For training and teaching applies the rules laid down for vocational education and training in General.

Date of entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 6. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. July 2008.

(2). The following regulations are hereby repealed:





1) bekendtgørelse nr. 720 by 1. July 2004 about electronic and low voltage training

2) bekendtgørelse nr. 799 of 13. July 2004 on training for the theatre and exhibition technician

3) bekendtgørelse nr. 1053 of the 2. November 2004 on training for frontline pc-supporter,

4) bekendtgørelse nr. 1054 of 2. November 2004 on training to frontline radio-tv-supporter,

5) bekendtgørelse nr. 1103 of 16. November 2004 on education for industrial repairman

6) bekendtgørelse nr. 272 of 15. April 2005 on the programme to the electrician,

7) bekendtgørelse nr. 738 of 28. June 2006 about automation and process training, and

8) bekendtgørelse nr. 224 of 14. March 2007 on data and communications training.





(3). The following guides are hereby repealed:





1) Guide No. 11765 of 20. December 2000 to bekendtgoerelse nr. 1231 by 18. December 2000 on electronic and low voltage training

2) Guide No. 11766 of 20. December 2000 to bekendtgoerelse nr. 224 of 14. March 2007 on data and communication training, and

3) Guide No. 9474 of 29. July 2004 to bekendtgoerelse nr. 799 of 13. July 2004 on training for the theatre and exhibition technician.





(4). Students who have started on a training basic course or main course, can complete the basic course or main course in accordance with the existing rules referred to in article 6. However, paragraph 5.

(5). The school in the local education plan establishes any transitional arrangements for students who have begun training in accordance with the existing rules.

Automation and process training

1. the purpose of education and breakdown

1.1. Automation and process training have as overarching purpose to students through school education and internship training achieves knowledge and skills within the following overall responsibilities:




1. Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance tasks, including the operation and service performed on automated machines and plants, which use pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, electronic and mechanical single components, including elevators, robot equipment, vision systems, and communication systems.




2. Installation, debugging, error correction, adjustment and maintenance tasks on the electromechanical installations, including windings for electric motors, generators, transformers and other electromechanical equipment and operation and service.






3. Operation and service of process plants, as well as adjustments and optimizations of the plant.






4. Repair and maintenance of machinery and production plants including mechanical repairs and opretninger.





1.2. The learner must achieve the training objectives provided for in one or more of training steps and specialties.

1.3. Training includes the following steps:




1. Automatic Installer.




2. Automation and process training.





1.4. The training can be completed with the following specialties:




1. the electrician.




2. Automation Technician in the elevator industry.






3. Electro-technician.





2. Duration and structure, etc.

2.1. Training step 1, automatic installer, lasts 2 years including the basic cycle. School education in the main course lasts 20 weeks. The specialities electrician, electrician in elevator industry and electro-technician lasts 4 years, including the basic cycle. School education in the main course lasts 40 weeks for thesis electrician, 45 weeks for thesis electrician in elevator industry and 30 weeks for thesis electro-technician.

2.2. Education in the main course can be divided into at least 2 periods with intermediate school apprenticeships for students in step 1, for at least 4 school periods with interim periods for thesis Automation Technician for at least 5 school periods with interim periods for thesis electrician in elevator industry and for at least 3 school periods with interim periods for thesis electro-technician.

3. specific competences prior to school education in main course

3.1. The specific competences that students must meet in order to commence the main courses is that students can:




1. participate in the construction and commissioning of a tunnel under the guidance as well as assisting in troubleshooting minor automatic installations which use controllers, based on PLC, relays or pneumatic components,




2. assist by operating and monitoring of an automated production facilities under the guidance and make changes on pneumatic controls,






3. propose simple mechanical topics under the guidance as well as mount and disassemble electro-mechanical components,






4. produce simple electro-windings under the guidance and mount and test a winding as well as troubleshoot and debug on development using measurement equipment,






5. to apply existing laws and rules, including power distribution notice when working with automatic machines and windings, including manufacture/customize the related documentation,






6. apply and maintain hand tools, measuring instruments, mechanical measurement tools and including perform mechanical and electrical measurements as well as assess measurement quality through calculations,






7. Select components, mounting and starting up a pneumatic control. In this context, the student can read the pneumatics documentation and comply with applicable safety requirements for work on compressed air installations and







8. work with language English, similar to the basic subject English, level F.





3.2. in order to commence the main course to eleven, in addition to those in section 3.1. mentioned competencies, also have implemented it by the Labour Inspectorate approved course "Personal safety when working with epoxy and isocyanates".

3.3. Basic gradient test must be passed.

4. Competences for main course

4.1. main objectives of the course, without prejudice to the competence. However, section 4.2. – 4.5., is that students can:




1. build, implement, maintain, troubleshoot and debug on controls,




2. implement, maintain, troubleshoot and calculate on the engines,






3. build, implement, maintain, troubleshoot and debug on automatic machines and installations containing PLC controls,






4. build, implement, maintain, troubleshoot and debug on automatic machines and installations containing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits,






5. work environmentally aware with all tasks within the job areas and including education act in accordance with the principles of sustainable development,






6. build, implement, calibrate and optimize process plant,






7. build, implement, troubleshoot and debug complex PLC-controllers in the network, as well as process monitoring,






8. Debug and debug on electronic modules included in automatic machinery and plant






9. Mount, build, and implement complex automated machines and plants including perform maintenance and troubleshooting and debugging,






10. make design changes and including maintenance of documentation as well as provide instruction for users






11. manufacture and customize topics by working (with machinery and hand tools),






12. perform winding on motors, generators and transformers,






13. participate in the inspection and maintenance of lifts, escalators and moving walkways,






14. engage in change processes by optimizing and streamlining services and productions






15. read and use technical documentation on Danish and foreign languages and






16. demonstrate knowledge of the construction and operation of your own business.





4.2. Competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 1-5, and no. 14 – 16, applies to all stages and specializations in undergraduate education.

4.3. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 6 – 10, applies to education specialty electrician.

4.4. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 6 – 10, and 13, apply for training specialized electrician in the elevator industry.

4.5. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 6, 8, 11 and 12, shall apply for training specialized electro-technician.

5. organisation of school education and internship training

5.1. The interaction between school and work placement activities are described in the education system within the overall framework, as laid down in the Ordinance on vocational education and training.

6. evaluation and evidence, etc.

6.1. each step of training ends with a trial. The sample after a stage which is not only the final stage of training, must be sat by pupils who quit with that step.

6.2. As part of the last school period in training step 1, automatic installer, is organizing the school a final test, which consists of a practically-oriented project.

6.3. As part of the last school period in training for electrician, electrician in elevator industries and electro-technician holds the school a final try. The sample represents a journeyman's test. The rules of the ordonnance on tests and exams in vocational education are applicable.

6.3.1. The final sample consists of all specialties of a debug test and a practical problem with oral examination. Assignments are made by the school after consultation with the Technical Committee.

6.3.1.1. Debug test includes systematic troubleshooting on industry-typical equipment with emphasis on system understanding and Systematics in the error-checking procedure. The devices, which are used in teaching, must be used. The task allocated by drawing lots. The censors are present throughout the test. The task must be solved within a duration of 20 minutes.

6.3.1.2. specialized courses in electrician and electrician in the elevator industry in addition to the included in section 6.3.1.1. mentioned troubleshooting try an oral examination of 20 minutes duration, which takes as its starting point an internship assignment, which includes construction, commissioning and project documentation of a machine plant. The work is carried out in collaboration between a maximum of 4 pupils. The task allocated by drawing lots. The task must be solved within a duration of 10 educational days. 6.5. For students who complete the training with step 1, automatic installer, the test be passed.

6.6. For students who complete the training with the thesis electrician and electrician in the elevator industry, each of those in section 6.3.1.1. and 6.3.1.2. tests referred to be passed. For students who complete the training with the thesis electro-technician must each in section 6.3.1.1. and 6.3.1.3. tests referred to be passed.

6.7. For students who complete the training with the thesis electrician, electrician in elevator industry or electrical engineer, each subsample in the journeyman's test be passed. The final svendeprøve character is obtained as an average of all delkaraktererne.

6.8. At the end of the training, including completion of step 1, draw up the Technical Committee, a training certificate to the student as proof that the student has achieved competence in the field of education.

6.9. For AMU-courses, which are implemented as optional specialefag or vocational high school, used the "pass/fail".
Annex 2

Data and communication training

1. the purpose of education and breakdown

1. Design, planning, construction/installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of advanced server and network solutions, including implementation of security solutions as well as on the system-and module-level troubleshooting and debugging.




2. Programming technique, as well as the design, building and deploying database solutions.






3. building, installing, configuring, testing, maintenance, upgrading, troubleshooting, and debugging of PCs, servers, network and office machinery and associated peripheral devices on the system-and module-level, and user customization and upgrade operating systems and applications.






4. Installation, installation, configuration, modification and debugging within the telecommunications technical area.





1.2. The learner must achieve the training objectives provided for in one or more of training steps and specialties.

1.3. Training includes the following steps:




1. IT-supporter (step 1 of the thesis Office service technician).




2. Telecommunications installation technician (step 1 of the thesis tele system technician).






3. Data and communication training.





1.4. The training can be completed with the following specialties:




1. Office service technician.




2. Telecommunication system technician.






3. Data technician.





2. Duration and structure, etc.


2.1. Training step 1 lasts for 2 years and 6 months for IT-supporter and 3 years for telecommunications installation technician, including basic course. School education in the main gradient step 1 lasts 25 weeks for both specializations. Step 2 in the thesis Office service technician lasts 1 year and 6 months and for thesis tele system technician 1 year. School education in the main gradient's step 2 lasts 15 weeks for both specializations. Thesis data technician lasts 5 years, including the basic cycle. School education in the main course items 55 weeks for this specialty.

2.2. Education in the main course can be divided into at least 3 periods with intermediate school apprenticeships for students in step 1, and in at least 3 periods school for specialized courses Office service technician and telecommunications system technician. For thesis data technician split school education in the main course of at least 6 school periods with intermediate periods.

3. specific competences prior to school education in main course

3.1. The specific competences that students must meet in order to start on the main course is that students can:




1. build and configure computers on the module level pursuant to relevant product documentation and upgrade computers at installation, replacement and configuration of devices and perform the work, taking into account the ESD (Electro Static Discharge), that is to say, the correct handling of devices and printed circuit boards,




2. troubleshooting and debugging of computers to the module level using measuring instruments and diagnostic applications, and perform functional testing of computers by means of test programs

4. perform the installation and configuration of drivers for internal and external devices as well as by user/clientoperativsystemer on computers, including individual adaptation and management of local user groups and rights, as well as configuration in relation to the application in a workgroup or Domain network and in relation to remote access and Virtual Private Network (VPN) in connection with user-/clientoperativsystemer,






5. perform the installation of cables, connectors, switch, router, etc. in a Local Area Network (LAN) network, and make troubleshooting and debugging on a local area network based on knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and with the use of tools, including multi meter and cable tester, as well as locate and replace defective plugs for data communication,






6. work with the troubleshooting and maintenance of a Local Area Network (LAN) network under the guidance and with the help of relevant tools,






7. work with implementation of security typically used in network environments containing shares and file security and loginsikkerhed on the local computer/network under the guidance, as well as make installing antivirus software on computers,






8. apply professional and technical terms on both Danish and relevant foreign languages, corresponding to the basic subject English, level F, in connection with the execution of tasks in the field of data and communication and






9. manufacture small simple programs using a programming software based on knowledge of the programming language and basic program structure and development.





3.2. Basic gradient test must be passed.

4. Competences for main course

4.1. main objectives of the course, without prejudice to the competence. However, section 4.2. – 4.7., is that students can:




1. carry out installation and basic configuration of network devices and troubleshoot the network in connection with the construction and maintenance of local area networks,




2. participate in the design and building of small local area networks, including make installation and configuration of devices in a network,






3. provide instruction, guidance and service to users,






4. work taking into account proper ESD (Electro Static Discharge) and EMC (Electro Magnetic Compability) handling and in accordance with the applicable safety and environmental rules,






5. engage in change processes by optimizing and streamlining of productions






6. carry out installation and configuration of connections and devices in the network, as well as troubleshooting on the network in connection with the construction and maintenance of local area networks with external connection,






7. install, upgrade, configure and deploy a server operating system, including any user and resource management, as well as installing and configuring tools






8. install and configure a server relative to the server services, including install and configure security,






9. Design, install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software on a computer/server, including make debugging to module level,






10. install, configure, manage and maintain network servers, including work with debugging,






11. plan, install, configure, maintain and manage mixed and advanced server solutions






12. Design, build, maintain and manage advanced and scalable networking solutions, including make installation and configuration of devices, as well as apply advanced analysis and debugging tools






13. install and set up different kinds of backup,






14. participate in the planning and setup of network-based backup solutions, including troubleshooting and debugging,






15. implement and manage security solutions in a network,






16. analyze security problems in a network, and to design, plan, install and set up security solutions,

30. participate in the design and building of local area networks with standard network components, including configuration and documentation thereof,






31. make customer installation of typical telecommunications products and additional installation parts, including troubleshoot installations,






32. implement service on products that contain analog and digital technology, including the use of measuring instruments,






33. describe the different communications networks overall structures and contexts, including various topologies and structures used in the telephone network, computer network, internet, etc.,






34. perform customer installation of different access types, including carrying out connection and testing of associated equipment,






35. assist on installation, configuration, commissioning, indmåling and debugging on transmission networks and associated equipment,







36. describe different current wireless technologies, including the devices and techniques used in this context with related security issues,






37. apply concepts around phone centralers basic functions, operation and facilities, including hardware-and softwarekonfigurering, and assist in setting up, testing and debugging on current products,






38. explain the digital central technique and hierarchy of the telephone network as well as subscription facilities and associated subscription data and also obtain knowledge of other current technologies and can assist in setting up and linking thereof,






39. explain the various technologies, access principles, protocols, and network devices are typically used in conjunction with connectivity to external networks, and can make setup and configuration thereof, as well as conducting structured troubleshooting using analyzers,






40. carry out installation, setting up and linking relevant industry products, including troubleshooting and debugging on installations in accordance with the applicable rules, as well as a customer would come forward with suggestions,






41. spell out for leased lines and can make the establishment and indmåling thereof, as well as provide information on alternative networks,






42. give an account of different dissemination technologies, including the basic principles around data building, bit contexts, multiplexing and optical signals,






43. to plan and build wireless networks, taking into account the full coverage and security, as well as outline the most appropriate mobile and wireless bærenet in relation to the given application, including the tools and techniques offered in this regard and

4.2. Competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 1 – 5, applies to all stages and specializations in undergraduate education.

4.3. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 6 – 9, and 23 – 24, applies to the training for IT-supporter.

4.4. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 7, 9, 24, and 29 – 38, applies to the programme to the telecommunications installation technician.

4.5. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 6 – 9, and 23 – 28, applies to education specialty Office service technician.

4.6. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 6 – 9, 24, and 29-44, applies to training specialized telecommunications system technician.

4.7. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 6 – 7, and 10-22 apply to education specialty data technician.

5. organisation of school education and internship training

The devices, which are used in teaching, must be used. The task will be assigned after the drawing of lots. The student performs the task within 20 minutes. In the thesis data technician has eleven 20 minutes to prepare the troubleshooting.

6.2.2.1. the test in step 1, IT-supporter, consists in addition the in section 6.2.2. the said the test of an individual oral examination on the basis of a practical task. The work includes building, commissioning and project documentation of a corporate network. The task will be performed in collaboration between a maximum of 4 pupils. The task will be assigned after the drawing of lots. Task shall be drawn up within a duration of 2 teaching weeks, while the oral test lasts 20 minutes including assessment. At the end of the each student delivers a product information.

6.2.2.2. the test in step 1 as the telecommunications installation technician consists in addition the in section 6.2.2. the said the test of an individual oral examination on the basis of a practical task, which includes building and project documentation of tele technical equipment for a facility. The task will be performed in collaboration between a maximum of 4 pupils. The task will be assigned after the drawing of lots. Task shall be drawn up within a duration of 3 days of instruction, while the oral test lasts 20 minutes including assessment. At the end of the each student delivers a project documentation.

6.2.2.3. The sample within the thesis Office service technician consists in addition the in section 6.2.2. the said the test of an individual oral examination on the basis of a project report. The report includes analysis and design documentation including planning, construction and commissioning of a business solution with different types of Web-based office machinery. The work is carried out in collaboration between a maximum of 4 pupils. The task will be assigned after the drawing of lots. The project drawn up within a duration of 2 teaching weeks, while the oral test lasts 20 minutes including assessment. At the end of the each student delivers a project documentation.

6.2.2.4. Sample within the thesis tele system technician consists in addition the in section 6.2.2. the said the test of an individual oral examination on the basis of a practical task, which includes building and project documentation of tele technical equipment or a plant. The task will be performed in collaboration between a maximum of 2 students. The task will be assigned after the drawing of lots. Task shall be drawn up within a duration of 3 days of instruction, while the oral test lasts 20 minutes including assessment. At the end of the each student delivers a project documentation.

6.2.2.5. The sample within the thesis data technician consists in addition the in section 6.2.2. sample of a project report referred to extensive analysis, design, planning, construction and commissioning of a sophisticated system. The work is carried out in collaboration between a maximum of 4 pupils. The task will be assigned after the drawing of lots. The project drawn up within a duration of 4 weeks of instruction. Also included an individual oral examination, which takes as its starting point in the presentation of the project report. The oral test lasts 20 minutes including assessment. At the end of the each student delivers a project documentation.

6.3. For the issue of the school certificate, the student must have achieved an average of beståkarakter characters for all basic subjects in the main course. 6.3.1. For students who complete the training, the test as set out in section 6.2. be passed.

5. organisation of school education and internship training

5.1. The interaction between school and work placement activities are described in the education system within the overall framework, as laid down in the Ordinance on vocational education and training.

6. evaluation and evidence, etc.

6.1. As part of the last school period of training shall be borne by the school in consultation with the Technical Committee, a final test. The sample represents a journeyman's test. The rules of the ordonnance on tests and exams in vocational education are applicable.

6.1.1. The final test shall consist of a written test, a practical test and an oral test. In special cases, the test may be replaced by a project task, see. section 6.1.3. The contents of the test sample shall be organised by the school in consultation with the Technical Committee. During the solution of the tasks may be used in writing the lookup material, including learner's own notes, calculators and pc with own notes.

6.1.2. The written test are solved within a period of 120 minutes. The teacher and the two censors gives total a rating. The practical test shall consist of a training task carried out in the context of school education. In addition, there is an oral examination on the basis of the education's electronic content. The practical task's duration shall be a maximum of 80 clock hours, and the oral examination lasts more than 20 minutes.

6.1.3. The project may, in accordance with the agreement between the school and the Technical Committee will be held as a project last school period and shall reflect the training content. The sample has a duration of no more than 80 clock hours, and includes an oral test with a duration of 20 minutes.

6.1.4. 6.1.2. The practical test includes systematic troubleshooting on industry-typical equipment with emphasis on system understanding and Systematics in the error-checking procedure. The devices, which are used in teaching, must be used. The task allocated by drawing lots. The censors are present throughout the test. The task must be solved within a duration of 20 minutes.

6.1.3. The oral test includes circuit diagram analysis, understanding and system understanding. The devices, which are used in teaching, must be used. The task allocated by drawing lots. The oral test lasts 20 minutes with a preparation time of 20 minutes. The test may, by agreement between the school and the Technical Committee held over a topic that has been worked as a project-oriented education in the last school period. The school must inform the censors before the exam (journeymen sample) if the sample is held over a particular subject.

6.2. For the issue of the school certificate, should the student have achieved at least beståkarakter as the average of the grades for all basic subjects in the main course. 3. specific competences prior to school education in main course

3.1. The specific competences that students must meet in order to commence the main courses is that students can:




1. Mount, solder and check the components according to standards used in the industry,




2. understand the importance of real handling of components, circuit boards and appliances on the basis of knowledge of ESD,






3. explain the digital technical fundamentals, number systems and circuits as well as check data on digital circuits, using measuring instruments,






4. demonstrate a basic knowledge of the components and measuring methods and on this basis decide whether uncomplicated compound circuit has a satisfactory function,






5. operate and use of measuring instruments, including tone generator, Multimeter, voltage supply and oscilloscope, and use PC-based test systems,






6. explain and perform simple calculations on basic electronic and electrical circuits within the industry,






7. perform troubleshooting on the module level using block-and detail diagrams, measuring instruments and relevant technical documentation in Danish and English, similar to the basic subject English, level F,






8. demonstrate a basic knowledge of networking including knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls and IT security, as well as – Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) and






9. work with language English, similar to the basic subject English, level F.





3.2. in order to commence the main course to students, in addition to those referred to in section 4 of the said joint competences also have implemented it by the Labour Inspectorate approved course "Personal safety when working with epoxy and isocyanates".

3.3. Basic gradient test must be passed.

4. Competences for main course

5. organisation of school education and internship training

5.1. The interaction between school and work placement activities are described in the education system within the overall framework, as laid down in the Ordinance on vocational education and training.

6. evaluation and evidence, etc.


6.1. As part of the last school period in the education frontline radio-tv-supporter holds the school a final try. The sample represents a journeyman's test. The rules of the ordonnance on tests and exams in the vocational training shall apply.

6.1.3. Caseopgaven consists of an oral test and a written task. The task will be performed in collaboration between a maximum of 4 pupils. The individual pupil's contribution to the written material must be able to be identified. The task will be assigned by random draw and drawn up within a duration of 37 clock hours. The oral test will be based on the written work and has a duration of 20 minutes. Censor is present throughout the test.

6.2. Each in section 6.1. said tests must be passed. The final exam character obtained as an average of all the samples.

6.3. For the issue of the school certificate, the student must have achieved an average of beståkarakter characters for all basic subjects in the main course. The student must also have obtained at least beståkarakter in each områdefag and specialefag. Any subjects which is not given in nature, must be conducted in accordance with the rules of the profession.

6.4. By the end of training, the Technical Committee shall issue a certificate to the student as proof that the student has achieved competence in the field of education.

6.5. in the case of AMU-courses, which are implemented as optional specialefag or vocational high school used the "pass/fail".
Annex 7

Theatre, exhibition and event technician

1. the purpose of education and breakdown

1.1. Training for theatre, exhibition and event technicians have as overarching purpose to students through school education and internship training achieves knowledge and skills within the following overall responsibilities:




1. preparation, Setup, execution, operation and dismantling of technical equipment in the field of sound, lighting, stage and auspices in connection with events, both independent, interdisciplinary and in collaboration with others, taking into account safety, working environment and basic production-economic conditions.




2. Handling, Porter service, assessment and the making or the instigation of maintenance/repair of technical equipment, as it appears within the selected speciality.





1.2. Students must achieve the training objectives provided for in one or more of training steps and specialties.

1.3. Training includes the following steps:




1. Theater, exhibition and event technical production assistant.




2. Theatre, exhibition and event technician.





1.4. The training can be completed with the following specialties:




1. Theatre technician.




2. Exhibition technician.






3. Event technician specialising in illuminations technique.






4. Event technician specializing in audio engineering.





2. Duration and structure, etc.

2.1. Training step 1 lasts for 2 years, including the basic cycle. School education in the main gradient step 1 lasts 20 weeks. Step 2 lasts 2 years. School education in the main gradient's step 2 lasts 20 weeks.

2.2. Education in the main course can be divided into at least 2 school periods with intermediate training period for students in step 1, and in at least two school periods with intermediate apprenticeships for pupils at step 2.

4.2. Competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 1 – 13, applies to all stages and specializations in undergraduate education.

4.3. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 14-15 and nr. 33, applies to training step 2.

4.4. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 16 – 21, and nr. 22 – 23, applies to the thesis Theater technician.

4.5. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 22 – 27, applies to the thesis exhibition technician.

4.6. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 28, and nr. 30-32, applies to the thesis event technician specialising in illuminations technique.

4.7. The competence of the objectives set out in section 4.1., nr. 29 – 32, applies to the thesis event technician specializing in audio engineering.

5. organisation of school education and internship training

6.1. each step of training ends with a trial. The sample after a stage which is not only the final stage of training, must be sat by pupils who quit with that step.

6.2. As part of the last school period in training step 1, theatre, exhibition and event technical production assistant, is organizing the school a final test, which consists of a practically-oriented project and an oral examination. The rules of the ordonnance on tests and exams in vocational education are applicable.

6.2.1. The project, which aims to show the learner's acquisition of vocational and personal skills in the training, be resolved within a duration of 2 weeks with normal working hours. The oral test has a duration of 30 minutes including assessment. Involved a censor. The student's performance is judged with one character, which is indicative of an overall assessment of the project and the oral performance.

6.2.2. For students who complete the training with step 1, theatre, exhibition and event technical production assistant, should the test be passed. The school shall inform the Technical Committee of the results of the tests carried out.

6.3. As part of the last school period in training step 2, theatre, exhibition and event technician, is organizing the school a final try. The sample represents a journeyman's test. The rules of the ordonnance on tests and exams in vocational education are applicable.

6.3.1. At the request of the pupils to the last school term the school will send a list of those students with an indication of students ' practical training business to the Technical Committee. The Technical Committee will then designate 2 censors (stage champions) to journeyman test. The Technical Committee shall draw up an external examiner guidance for use by film masters.

6.3.2. Journeyman's examination consists of a written test in områdefag and specialefag, a project task and an oral examination that takes as its starting point the project task. The project has a duration of 2 weeks and resolved as a technical production. The oral test has a duration of 30 minutes, including assessment. Censors must be present at the final settlement of the technical production in the project and by the subsequent oral test. Task content is organised by the school in consultation with the Technical Committee.

6.3.3. The pupil's performance is judged with one character, which is indicative of an overall assessment of the written, practical and oral test.

6.4. For the issue of the school certificate, the student must have achieved an average of beståkarakter characters for all subjects in the main course. Any subjects which is not given in nature, must be conducted in accordance with the rules of the profession.

6.5. For students who complete the training with step 1, theatre, exhibition and event technical production assistant, must test as set out in section 6.2. be passed.

6.6. For students who complete the training with step 2, theatre, exhibition and event technician must test as defined in 6.3. be passed.

6.7. At the end of the training, including completion of step 1, draw up the Technical Committee, a training certificate to the student as proof that the student has achieved competence in the field of education.
