Publication of guarantee contributions and tarif in 2008 in the occupational retirement pension
In accordance with Article 8 (c) (c), 2 and 3 and Article 9a (3). 1 in the Labor Market Assignment Act, cf. Law Order no. 848 of 21. July 2006, as last amended by law no. 109 of 26. In February 2008, setting out the recommendation by the Management Board for the occupational pension scheme shall be :
Guarantee contributions
§ 1. After deduction of an amount for the financing of death-drop services, cf. The Act on the Labor Market ' s Supplementary Pension Section 16 shall be split contributions in a guarantee contribution and a bonus contribution, cf. law on the Labor Market ' s Supplementary Pension Section 8 c (3) (c) 3. In 2008, the guarantee contribution is 80%.
Paragraph 2. In 2008, DKK will be deducted. 280, for the financing of death-drop services, cf. paragraph 1.
Tarif
§ 2. Determination of the tariff for contributions relating to 2008 shall be carried out in accordance with the notice setting the maximum guaranteed contributions and tarif in the occupational pension scheme.
Paragraph 2. In setting the tariff rate for 2008, a market value-based cleanup interest is used. The market value-based cleanup interest rate shall be determined as a market rate curve per year. 30. September 2007. The market rate for the market is determined as a zero rate interest rate, which is estimated on the basis of Danish swapping classes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years. The Estimation method is notified to the Financial supervision.
Paragraph 3. The actuarial formula for the setting of the tariff rates for 2008 is apparent from the occupational pension and retrieves of the labour market, which is available on the Interneth Home Page of the occupational pension.
Paragraph 4. For every 100 kroner. in the guarantee contribution for 2008, the members of the Member States at the attained of a retirement age, cf. § 3 in Law # 109 of 26. February 2008 the following annual life-response retirement :

Tarif by disbursement of the payment of a pension
§ 4. Members who are disbursing the pension payment to other than the pension age, cf. § 3 in Law # 109 of 26. Feb 2008 will increase the annual pension. Exponement could not be achieved beyond the 70. Years. For every month the payment of the pension is postponed in 2008, the annual pension shall be increased to the following amounts per 100 kr. in an annual pension :
