Annominations concerning the training of the professional community in which animals, plants and nature are to be treated ;

In accordance with Article 4 (4), 1 and 2, in the law on vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 1244 of 23. October 2007 :

§ 1. The trade union of animals, plants and nature includes training with functional and competence counters in the following general employment areas :

1) Manufacturing and selling of plant-and-and growth-thug-carvings.

2) Production forestry, recreational forest and landscape management, and nature and feral care.

3) Product production with the production of agricultural crops, vegetables, fruit and berries and other vegetable products.

4) Housekeeping with the production of milk, meat, eggs and other products of animal origin.

Paragraph 2. For the one in paragraph 1. 1, no. 8, mentioned training, there are restricted areas to school education for students without a training agreement.

§ 3. The indicative duration of school education in the compulsory part of the ground is 20 weeks in the sections in section 2. One-two, and section 2, no. 4, 6-7 and 9, mentioned training.

Paragraph 2. The indicative duration of school education in the compulsory part of the basic process is 10 weeks in the section in section 2. 3 and 8 training courses.

§ 4. The common competence targets to be met by students in order to begin at school education in a main course of the common entry point is that the pupil can :

1) the choice and use of methods and remedies under guidance in relation to simple and practical work tasks in a safety and occupational environment ;

2) to receive and use guide and necessary information in relation to the particular tasks of the work on animals, plants and nature ;

3) take appropriate action in relation to work tasks in the fields of animals, plants and nature on the basis of a general biological, environmental and ecological insight, and

4) show co-responsibility for its own learning process, as well as part of different cooperation and communication situations concerning the solution of practical tasks relating to work in animals, plants and nature.

Paragraph 2. In order to begin the school education in a general area of the common entry, the pupils must also meet the objectives of the following basic class :

1) first aid and fire, 0,5 week, and

2) working environment, 1 week.

Paragraph 3. Additional requirements for the level of competence for the transition to school education in the individual main course are set out in the annexes to the notice.

§ 5. In the case of education and training, moreover, the rules laid down for vocational training in general are also applicable.

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 6. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July 2008.

Appendix 1

Plant gardener

1. The purpose and division of the training

1.1. The training for plant gardener has the general purpose, for students through school education and training to acquire knowledge and skills in the following general areas of competence :

1. the establishment of parks, green and gardening facilities, land, wood construction, fences, walls and stairways in green plants ;

2. Care and recovery of the park, green and garden facilities, and

3. independent, creative, innovative and routined planning, description and execution of tasks in the field of civil engineering in the field of quality, productivity and aesthetic conditions.

1.2. The student must reach the set of training objectives within one or more of the training courses and specialties of the training.

1.3. The training includes the following steps :

1.4 . The training can be completed by the following specialties :

1. Facitic engineering.

2. The duration and structure of the education and so on.

2.1. The stage 1 of the training shall be 1 year and at least 1 and 6 months and not more than 1 years and 11 months, including the initial construction of 20 weeks. 4.2. The Competences in section 4.1., nr. 1-9, apply to step 1.

4.3. The Competences in section 4.1., nr. 10-13, applies to the specialized techniques and nursing techniques in step 2 of the training field.

4.4. The Competences in section 4.1., nr. 14-20, applies to the field of training in the field of training.

4.5. The Competences in section 4.1., nr. Twenty-one, 30, is the field of training specializing in the field of training.

5. Subsidies and training of education and training

4.6. The Competences in section 4.1., nr. Twenty-nine-34, apply to training specialises, horses.
