§ 1

Notice no. 41. of 21. 1 January 1998 on personnel in the emergency services, as amended by section 7 (2). 2, in Notice no. 49 of 27. January 2006 shall be amended as follows :

1. The following section 28 is inserted :

" § 28 a. A municipal board may provide personnel at a manual level which, in Denmark, has acquired professional qualifications, which may be equivalent to the training referred to in section 21 to 22, to be authorised to operate within the said area ; function.

Paragraph 2. The Emergency Management Board may provide personnel on a manual level or manager level, which in Denmark has acquired professional qualifications, which may be equated with the training provided for under this notice ; permission to operate within that function.

Paragraph 3. The Emergency Management Board may provide personnel on a manual level or manager level which, outside Denmark, has acquired professional qualifications which may be equated with the training provided for under this notice ; permission to operate within that function.

Paragraph 4. Commercial qualifications in accordance with paragraph 1. 1-3 includes training, training, relevant professional experience and other professional qualifications to which the applicant is in possession.

Paragraph 5. Directive 2005 /36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the recognition of professional qualifications shall apply in the case of the processing of the Committee on Emergency Management of Applications under paragraph 1. 3.

Paragraph 6. The arrangements for temporary and occasional services of services shall be dealt with in accordance with the rules laid down in Title II of this Directive. The service provider shall file notification in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 7 (3) of this Directive. 1 and Article 7, paragraph 2. The Management Board shall be able to verify the professional qualifications of the service in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 7 (1) of this Directive. 4.

Paragraph 7. The establishment of the establishment shall be subject to the rules laid down in Chapter 1 of this Directive. Provided that no authorisation may be granted under paragraph 1. 3, the applicant shall examine a test period or comprise an aptitude test prior to the operation of the person concerned in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 14 (1) of the Directive ; 1. The applicant shall be free to choose between test time and aptitude tests in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 14 (1) of the Directive ; The Emergency Management Board shall lay down the detailed rules on its implementation.

Paragraph 8. For the purposes of the examination of applications under paragraph 1. 1-3 and in accordance with paragraph 1. 6 shall provide the applicant with the following documentation :

1) Proof of name, date of birth and nationality.

2) Relevant examination papers.

3) Documentation of the content of the training.

4) Documentation of any applicable practical experience.

5) Any other relevant documentation. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force 1. April 2008.
