Ordinance amending the Ordinance on personnel in emergency preparedness 1)

§ 1

In executive order No. 41. by 21. January 1998 on personnel in emergency preparedness, as amended by section 7, paragraph 2, of Decree No. 49 from 27. January 2006 is amended as follows:

1. Pursuant to section 28 is added:

» section 28 (a). A Municipal Council may provide personnel on manually level in Denmark have acquired professional qualifications, which are found to be equivalent to the training referred to in §§ 21-22, permission to be able to operate within that function.

(2). The Danish Emergency Management Agency can provide personnel on manually level or Executive and Director level in Denmark have acquired professional qualifications, which are found to be equated with the education provided for pursuant to this notice, permission to be able to operate within that function.

(3). The Danish Emergency Management Agency can provide personnel on manually level or Executive and management level that outside Denmark have acquired professional qualifications, which are found to be equated with the education provided for pursuant to this notice, permission to be able to operate within that function.

(4). Professional qualifications in accordance with paragraph 1 – 3 includes education, training, professional experience and other relevant professional qualifications, the applicant is in possession of.

(5). European Parliament and Council Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications shall apply in connection with the Emergency Agency's processing of applications in accordance with paragraph 3.

(6). Matters relating to the temporary and occasional performances of services be treated according to the rules laid down in title II. The provider must submit a notification in accordance with the rules laid down in article 7, paragraph 1 and article 7, paragraph 2. The Danish Emergency Management Agency may check the professional qualifications of the service provider in accordance with the rules laid down in article 7, paragraph 4.

(7). Cases on the establishment is treated according to the rules laid down in title III, Chapter 1. If no one can be authorized in accordance with paragraph 3, the applicant shall undergo an adaptation period or take an aptitude test prior to the performance of that function according to the rules laid down in article 14, paragraph 1. Applicants are free to choose between an adaptation period and an aptitude test in accordance with the provisions of article 14, paragraph 2. The Danish Emergency Management Agency shall determine the modalities of its implementation.

(8). The purpose of the processing of applications in accordance with paragraph 1 – 3 and for the notification in accordance with paragraph 6, the applicant must provide the following documentation:





1) proof of name, date of birth and nationality.

2) Relevant exam papers.

3) Documentation for training content.

4) Documentation of any relevant practical experience.

5) any other relevant documentation. '





§ 2

The notice shall enter into force on the 1. April 2008.
