Law on the amendment of the law on the transport rebate to educational seekers in youth education and so on and different laws

(Conversion of responsibility for transport to bridge building, new transport arrangements for short progress, electronic application, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 578 of 9. In June 2006, on the transport rebate to educational seekers in youth education and so on, as amended by law no. 1224 of 6. December 2006, section 32 of Law No 551 of 6. June 2007, section 3 of law no. 559 of 6. June 2007, and section 15 of the law. 561 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. Section 2 (2). 1, no. 7, revoked.

No 8-10 becomes the second paragraph. 7-9.

2. I Section 3, paragraph 3. 3, in section 2 (2), 1, no. 8 ' to : section 2 (2) ; 1, no. 7 ', and' the active social policy or the law of an active labour market policy 'are being changed to :' Act on active employment '.

3. Section 3, paragraph 3. 5, revoked.

4. I § 6 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. The Education Minister may lay down rules for an upper and lower limit for discounts. `

5. Section 7 (2). 2, is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

" Stop. 2. $9.50. $9.50. shall be regulated once a year at a time by the Minister for Education. However, the payment allowance shall be adjusted once a year on 1 year, when mileato and 9 (a) are adjusted. January.

Paragraph 3. Paragraph 3. The Education Minister may lay down detailed rules concerning the training of training to be covered by paragraph 1. The Minister for Education may also lay down rules concerning the attestation of the training institution ' s training of expenditure on the transport of goods. `

12. I § 14, no. 1, changes "search," and "to :" search, ".

13. I § 14 is inserted after no 1 as new number :

" 2) the application for entitlement to rebate or credit can only be carried out in electronic form, including the use of digital signature or other positive identification of persons, and '

The second paragraph becomes number two. 3.

14. I section 16 (4). 1, change ' and section 9 (1). 3 and 4 "to :", section 9, paragraph. 3 and 4, and section 9 a ".

15. I § 17, paragraph 1. 4, in section 7, paragraph 1 shall be amended. Two shall be : section 7 (4) ; Two and three.

§ 2

In the case of the State training aid (SU-Act), cf. Law Order no. 983 of 27. July 2007, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 23, paragraph 1. 3, is inserted after no 1 as new number :

" 2) allowance for section 9 of the law on the transport rebate to educational seekers in youth education and so on, '

paragraphs 2 and 3 will be no. 3 and 4.

2. I section 24 (2). 8, in section 23, paragraph 1 shall be amended. 3, no. 2 ' shall be : section 23 (4) ; 3, no. 3 ".

3. I § 39 inserted after paragraph 1. 7 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 8. The management of railway undertakings operating public service traffic under contract with the State shall provide the information on the granting of State training aid necessary to ensure that the railway undertakings can provide a discount ; educational-seeking. "

Paragraph 8 becomes paragraph 8. 9.

4. I § 42, paragraph. ONE, TWO. pkt., is changed " cf. paragraph 8, no. 1 " to : " cf. paragraph 9, no. 1 '.

5. I § 43 a, paragraph. ONE, TWO. pkt., in the words ' section 39 (4), 8, no. 2, 3 and 6 "to :" § 39, paragraph. 9, no. 2, 3 and 6. "

6. I § 62 (2) ONE, ONE. pkt., in section 23, paragraph 1 shall be amended. 3, no. Three to : ". 23, paragraph. 3, no. 4 ".

§ 3

In the case of a transport discount to students at higher education, cf. Law Order no. 353 of 14. In March 2007, as amended by Section 33 of Law No 551 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. I Section 3, paragraph 3. 3, is replaced by ' 3. Sunday in January ` shall be 'at a time set by the Minister for Education'.

§ 4

In the Law of the People's School, cf. Law Order no. 1049 of 28. August 2007, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 26 (1). 1, inserted after ' school ` shall be inserted : ' or the embrostruction institution, cf. Chapter 2 a and Chapter 2 (a) in the field of choice of choice of training and professions, '.

§ 5

In the law on the choice of training and occupation, cf. Law Order no. 770 of 27. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. I section 10 f, paragraph 2, the following shall be inserted after ' aid ` : ', including transport, `.

2. I section 10 f, paragraph 2, pasted as 2. and Three. Point. :

' In the case of bridge construction in accordance with section 10, the municipalities of the municipality of residence of the residence of the student residence and the institution of the brokering institution shall be furnished by a distance between more than nine kilometres. The obligation may be fulfilled by referring the student to public services and reimbursius the expenditure. ` ;

§ 6

In law on high schools, schools, household schools and workschools (free boarding schools), cf. Law Order no. 1149 of 21. In November 2006, as amended by Section 5 of Act 5. 559 of 6. June 2007 and section 3 of law no. 560 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. Insert after section 23 b :

' Offer to transport in connection with bridge building

§ 23 c. The State shall provide subsidies for the reduction of the transport costs associated with a bridge within a appropriation determined by the annual financial laws. The subsidy will be allocated to the individual schools, household schools and the workschools of the Afterschool Association, which lay down criteria for the distribution, including their own cover. Decisions taken by the Afterschool Association for the allocation of subsidies after this provision cannot be made for the Minister for Education.

Paragraph 2. The school board can collect from the schools the information necessary for the task of the task provided for in paragraph 1. First of all, the law and the disclosure law apply to the activities of the Afterschool Association. 1.

Paragraph 3. The state grants are paid in advance to the Afterschool Association. The association of the school board must keep a separate account of the scheme. The Minister for Education lays down rules on the admission and auditing of accounts. `

§ 7

In the Law of Schools and Private Basic Schools, etc., cf. Law Order no. 891 of 8. July 2007, as amended by Section 4 of Law No 559 of 6. June 2007 and section 2 of the Law No 560 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. I Section 5 (5). 2, in section 17 (4), 3 and 4 "to :" § 17, paragraph. 4 and 5. "

2. I Section 11 (1). THREE, ONE. pkt., in section 17 (4), 1 and 2 ` shall be : ' 17 (1). ONE-THREE.

3. I § 17 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. The State shall provide subsidies for the reduction of the transport costs associated with a bridge within a appropriation determined by the annual financial laws. The subsidy shall be allocated to the individual schools of the distribution secretariat, cf. Section 11 (1). 3 which lay down criteria for the distribution, including on own cover. The amount of the subsidy shall be paid prior to the distribution secretariat. The distribution secretariat shall keep a separate account of the scheme. `

paragraphs 3 and 4 are then referred to in paragraph 1. 4 and 5.

4. I section 24 (2). FOUR, ONE. pkt., in section 17 (4), 1 ' shall be : section 17 (4) ; ONE-THREE.

§ 8

In the Law of Youth Schools, cf. Law Order no. 997 of 8. In October 2004, as amended by Section 3 of Act 3. 577 of 9. June 2006, the following change is made :

1. In section 3 a the following :

" § 3 b. In the case of a bridge building, etc. in accordance with Chapter 2 (a) on the guidelines on the choice of training and professions, the transport rules of the public shall apply, cf. Section 26 of the law of grade school, equivalent for students in full-time teaching of 8 to 10. class steps. "

§ 9

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. August 2008, cf. however, paragraph 1 2-4.

Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 5, 6, 12, 13 and 15, and § 2, nr. 3-5, enter into force on 1. April 2008.

Paragraph 3. § 2, nr. 1, 2 and 6, shall enter into force on 1. April 2008, and shall apply to the final allocation of aid, cf. Section 22 of the State Education Support Act (SU-Act), for the year 2007.

Paragraph 4. The one in § 1, no. 5, proposed modification of paragraph 7 (4). 2, in the case of the provision of training in youth training in youth training, etc. shall have effect on the regulation of the own-payment allowance in the case of mileage allowance under Clause 9 in the same law, and with 2009. For 2008, the regulation of the own payment shall be made in accordance with section 7 (2). 2, in the case of mileage and training for training in youth education, etc. in the case of mileage allowance after section 9 of the same Act on 1. April 2008 with effect from this point of time.

§ 10

sections 1 and 4-8 shall not apply to the Faeroe Islands and Greenland.
