Law on the amendment of the law of the municipality and the laws of the regions and on the abandonment of the County Communes, Master General Development Council and Main Static Hospital

(Calculation and submission of control bids and a municipal steering committee with the Committee on Economic and Social Affairs and the Standing Committee without part in the immediate administration)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the law of the local authority, cf. Law Order no. 1060 of 24. In October 2006, as amended by Section 1 of law no. 510 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. After § 62 c is inserted :

" § 62 d. The Rules of Conduct may lay down rules on the calculation of the costs of the municipality ' s own execution of a task which the municipality decides to submit in tender, and the submission of a control messenger.

Paragraph 2. The Rules of Conduct may lay down rules that the Commandment Board shall be entitled to tender under the rules of the Compement Board for the Commandment and Safety Board (s) issued in accordance with this may deal with complaints concerning the municipality's infringement of rules laid down in accordance with paragraph 1. 1. "

2. After section 64 a is inserted :

" § 64 b. The Board of Governors of the Board of Directors may decide that the Standing Committee and the Committee on Economic Affairs and Economic Affairs do not, or only in certain of their areas, carry out the immediate administration of the municipality ' s affairs, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. The Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs and Industrial Policy must fulfil the tasks set out in the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs in accordance with Article 18 ( 2-4, section 37 and section 45, paragraph 1. One and two.

Paragraph 3. Paragucs 1 and 2 shall also apply where the municipality is governed by the rules in section 64 a, section 65 or both. ` ;

3. I § 65 (b) (b) ONE, ONE. pkt., and paragraph 2 , and § 65 c, paragraph TWO, ONE. Act. , inserted after "64 a," : "64 b,".

§ 2

Law no. 537 of 24. June 2005 on regions and on the abandonings of the County Communes, the Headmaster's Development Council and the Headmaster's Health Community, as amended by Section 11 of Act 11. 382 of 3. May 2006, section 40 of the law. 499 of the seventh. June 2006 and section 2 of the Law No 510 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. In the law title the following shall be inserted after the ' Main Stackhouse ' s Hospital Community : ' (region slop) `.

2. The following section 35 is inserted :

" § 35 a. The Rules of Conduct may lay down rules on the calculation of the costs of the region's own execution of a task which the region decides to submit in tender, and the submission of a control messenger.

Paragraph 2. The Rules of Conduct may lay down rules that the Commandment Board shall be entitled to tender under the rules of the Compement Board for the Commandment and Safety Board (s) issued in accordance with this may deal with complaints concerning the region's infringement of rules laid down in accordance with paragraph 1. 1. "

§ 3

The law shall enter into force on 1. July 2008.

§ 4

Exemptions granted in accordance with section 65 c (2) Amendment No 2, on the authority of the local authorities, to the form reform covered by Section 64 b in the law of the municipality of the municipalities as drawn up by this Act's § 1, nr. 2, applies to the remaining part of the selection period.

§ 5

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
