Law on Social Services Act

(Approval of private treatment quotation for drug addicts)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Act of Social Services, cf. Law Order no. 1117 of 26. September 2007, as amended by Section 10 of Law No 434 of 8. May 2006, section 15 of the law. 1587 of 20. December 2006, section 9 of Law No 346 of 18. April 2007 and section 36 of the law no. 523 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. I § 144 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. Private processing offers in accordance with section 101 (3). 1, must be approved as a general suitable for the local authority of the local authority in the local authority. However, this does not apply to quotes where a municipal management board or a regional council has concluded a general agreement on the use of a private processing offer, including supervision. '

paragraphs 2 and 3 shall then be set out in paragraph 1. 3 and 4.

2. I section 144, paragraph 1. 2, there will be paragraph 1. the following paragraph shall be added after the following paragraph : 1 ": and 2".

3. I § 144 pasted as paragraph 5 :

" Stop. 5. The welfare minister shall lay down detailed rules for the approval and supervision of the treatment tacit in accordance with section 101. ` ;

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. July 2008.
