Appearance of and of seafarers on the reporting of shipping information to the Maritime and Maritime Books and Sea Farts

In accordance with section 64 (a), 1, section 64 (b) (b). 2, and section 70 of the seaman's slop, cf. Law Order no. 742 of 18. In July 2005, and after the authorisation of the Economic and Business Minister :

§ 1. The notice shall apply to all Danish ships, except for the following ships :

1) Fishing ships with a length of less than 45 metres.

2) Other ships other than fishing vessels of less than 20 gross tonnage.

3) Passenger ships that are not seagoing.

4) Frame, laymen, exquisites, air-depressants.

5) Vessels that have been declared conservation worthy.

6) Tradecraft of primitive construct.

7) Time fishing vessels.

§ 2. The master of the vessel shall ensure that within 12 hours of any of the following information, the following information shall be submitted to the Maritime Maritime Service :

1) The name of the seafarers, social security number and position on board.

2) Name and signature of the ship.

3) I don't care if the sailor is a company employee.

4) The date on which the data is on or off.

5) At the end of the coin, the reason for the service is terminated.

6) The range for which the seafarers shall do or serve in service.

Paragraph 2. The obligation to report the information referred to in paragraph 1 shall be borne by a vessel or a ship-holding. 1 shipping company.

Paragraph 3. The Maritime Service shall store and treat the information notified in accordance with paragraph 1. One and two.

Paragraph 4. Notification pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 and 2 shall be done by applying the Maritime Management System to the digital reporting of the information available on the Internet on the website, www.virk.dk, or by the use of a form by the Maritime Maritime Service. The form and guidance in the completion is found on the Maritime Home page on the Internet, www.sofartsstyrelsen.dk.

Paragraph 5. Paragraph 1-4 shall not apply to passenger ships operating on a fixed speed, or for ships intended for special purposes only between Danish ports.

§ 3. A Danish seafarers encomping in a position covered by the ship ' s crew setting shall be in possession of a shipping ledger.

Paragraph 2. Is a Danish seafarers referred to in paragraph 1. 1 not in possession of the exercise book by design shall be provided as soon as possible to obtain a shipping book and the necessary plans for the service provider to be entered in the shipping book by the shipowner or the master.

Paragraph 3. Seafarers ' issued by the Farmers ' Country of Land may be used in Danish ships.

§ 5. Seafarers shall be issued by the Sea Fartboard.

§ 6. Seafarers must only be issued to persons who :

1) has the Danish birthright, and

2) is full 16 years.

Paragraph 2. Seafarers ' books may only be issued to persons under the age of 18 which have not entered into force when he or she has written permission from the sole holder of the custody of the parent authority to take employment at sea.

§ 7. The application for the issue of the exercise of seafarers shall be made on a special form, the form and content of which is laid down by the Sea Fartboard.

Paragraph 3. The applicant shall demonstrate his identity at the time of presentation or submission of both

1) Social Security Number or Social Security card, and

2) Passport.

§ 8. The price for the acquisition of a seafarers is 155,00 kr. If the seafarers ' book is to be sent to the ship, the Maritime Agency shall be sent to the board, in addition to the price of $55. to cover the costs of shipment.

§ 9. The withdrawal of section 2 (2). One-four, and section 4, paragraph 4. One-four, penalty penalty.

§ 10. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. May 2008.
