Notice of connection to and use of the nationwide radiokommunikationsnet

Pursuant to section 29, paragraph 3, and section 70, paragraphs 4 and 5, of the emergency law, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 137 of 1. March 2004, as amended by Act No. 508 of 6. June 2007 shall be determined:

§ 1. The nationwide radiokommunikationsnet to be used by the governmental, municipal and regional emergency authorities to the solution of own and common beredskabsmæssige tasks. § 2. (2).

§ 3. The nationwide radiokommunikationsnet must be used in accordance with the procedures and guidelines for communications architecture that will be allocated by the national police.

§ 4. The authority responsible for agreements with suppliers, without prejudice. section 2, paragraph 2, shall draw up and update a manual about the nationwide radiokommunikationsnet with detailed guidelines for connection to and use of the radio communications network.

§ 5. Connection to the nationwide radiokommunikationsnet must be carried out in accordance with a plan drawn up by the authority responsible for agreements with suppliers, without prejudice. section 2, paragraph 2.

(2).
