Annandance on the connection and application of the national radio communications network

In accordance with paragraph 29, paragraph 1. Article 70 (3) and section 70 (3). 4 and 5, in the preparedness Act, cf. Law Order no. 137 of 1. in March 2004, as amended by law no. 508 of 6. June 2007 shall be determined :

§ 1. The national radio communications network must be used by the state, municipal and regional authorities for the solution of their own and joint emergency tasks. In addition, the communication net must be used by private operators who will be able to solve preparedness tasks for the one in 1. Act. the said authorities.

§ 2. The obligation to use the national radio communications network shall mean that the network infrastructure must use the network infrastructure and the types of terminals the basic control room software and the applications specifically designated by the network ; the authority responsible for the agreements with the suppliers, cf. paragraph 2.

Paragraph 2. The Danish Agency, on behalf of the State, regions and municipalities, has signed agreements with the suppliers. From the date on which the communications network is approved in the pilot area, responsibility for the agreements with the suppliers of the Danish National Police shall be responsible for the goods.

Paragraph 3. Access to the national radio communications network may, in exceptional cases, and in agreement with the authority responsible for the agreements with the suppliers, cf. paragraph 2, established through gateway systems, which are specifically designated by the authority.

Paragraph 4. However, they may apply additional communications systems where the national radio communications network of technical or other reasons is not in a position to resolve the relevant task. Such supplementary systems must serve as an independent need and must not prevent, complicate or otherwise reduce the radiocommunications communications in the sector and between several sectors through the national network ; radiocommunications network.

§ 3. The national radio communications network shall be used in accordance with the procedures and guidelines for communication architecture, which are shown by the Danish National Police.

§ 4. The authority responsible for the agreements with the vendors, cf. Section 2 (2). 2, prepare and update a guidance on the national radio communications network, with detailed guidelines for the connection and use of the communications network.

§ 5. Connecting to the national radio communications network shall be made in accordance with a connection plan drawn up by the authority responsible for the agreements with the suppliers, cf. Section 2 (2). 2.

Paragraph 2. The parties responsible for the party and the private operators who are responsible for the preparation of contingency tasks, cf. Article 1 is responsible for having taken all necessary preparations to take the national radio communications network in use in accordance with the connection plan, including the conclusion of the standard connection agreements, the suppliers, the implementation of training, and the supply of terminals and necessary software, etc. ;

§ 6. Private operators who are in breach of Article 1 shall be penalised unless they are punished in accordance with other legislation, with fine, maximum imprisonment, or under a cut-off circumstances with prison for two years.

Paragraph 2. Companies can be imposed on companies, etc. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of the penal code 5. Chapter.

§ 7. The announcement will enter into force on the 25th. April 2008.
