Publication of the amendment of the notification for the approval of shipbuilding projects under the State ' s scheme for the burden of ships for market-reference rates (CIRR) ;

§ 1

Notice no. 1027 of 8. December 2003 on the approval of shipbuilding projects under the State ' s scheme for the stowing of ships to market-reference rates (CIRR), the following changes shall be made :

1. Section 2 (2). 3, and paragraph 1. 4, revoked.

2. I § 3 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. In lease transactions, repayment can occur as an annuity with ranges of 6 months. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 10. May 2008.
