Publication of the amendment of the notification of the eup-for-use substances

§ 1

Notice no. 698 of 31. In August 1993 on the substances which have been modified by the Commission no later than by the date of publication No 2 ; 55 of 5. In February 2008, the following changes are made :

1. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 3 as new item :

" 3.1. 4-AcO-DIPT (4-acetoxy-N, N-diisopropyltrypmine). `

2. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 59 a new number.

" 59 b. 4-HO-DIPT (4-hydroxy-N, N-diisopropyltrypmine). `

3. I Annex 1, List C, is inserted after no 2 as new No :

" 2 a. Dextromethorphan. "

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 25th. May 2008.
