In accordance with section 86 (2), Paragraph 1 and 4, section 87 (2). Paragraph 1 and paragraph 112 (1). 2 and 3 in the law on competition and consumer relations in the telecommunications market, cf. Law Order no. 780 of 28. June 2007, as amended by law no. 325 of 30. April 2008 :

Scope and scope

§ 1. The purpose of the announcement is to ensure the planning and implementation of the telecommunication area of telecommunications. Definitions

§ 2. § 3. Paragraph 2.
