Law on the amendment of the State Education Aid Act (SU-Act)
(Amendment of the rules on repayment of too much received SU)
We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.
The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :
§ 1
In the case of the State training aid (SU-Act), cf. Law Order no. 983 of 27. July 2007, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 208 by 31. March 2008, the following changes are made :
1. I § 8 (3) 1, no. 1, is replaced by ' 2.177 kr. ` ; to : "2.489 kr."
2. I § 8 (3) 1, no. 2, "4.379 kr." to : "5.007 kr."
3. I § 8 (3) 2, no. 1, and § 25, paragraph. ONE, ONE. pkt., change "969 kr." to : "1.108 kr."
4. I § 8 (3) 2, no. 2, and § 25, paragraph. ONE, TWO. pkt., change "2.807 kr." To : "3.211 kr."
5. I § 9 change "2.241 kr." to : "2.562 kr."
6. I § 10 ' 5.778 kr. ` to : "6.607 kr."
7. I § 10 (a) (a) 1, and section 24 (2). 1, "5.571 kr." to : "6.370 kr."
8. I ~ 10 (b) (b) 1, "4.379 kr." to : "5.007 kr."
9. I ~ 10 (b) (b) 2, is "626 kr." to : "715 kr."
10. I ~ 10 (b) (b) 3, change "1,121 kr." to : "1,282 kr."
11. I Section 11 (1). 1, change "1.708 kr." to : "1,954 kr."
12. The following section 22 is inserted :
" § 22 a. Training aid for training purposes for training which begins or ends training in the course of a year of aid and subject to rules laid down in accordance with paragraph 1. 3, no. 2, shall be reduced only by the final allocation for this year, if :
1) the self-income of the training seaman in the months of the aid year in which the training is undergoing training (training period) exceeds the sum of the monthly free sum in the same period (training exemption) ; and
2) The reduction in training aid after this provision is to the benefit of the training exercise.
Paragraph 2. The training aid shall be reduced in accordance with section 22 (3). 2, and rules laid down pursuant thereto.
Paragraph 3. The Education Minister may lay down detailed rules on :
1) the training period,
2) in which case a training exercise starting or ending training in the course of a year of aid shall be subject to paragraph 1. 1,
3) on the basis of the information on income from the income register, as provided for in the period of the training period, how to calculate its own income. the law on an income register ; and
4) the calculation and reference to the training period of the income which is not provided for in the income register. `
13. I Section 23, paragraph 1. 1, the following shall be inserted after ' the length of the aid period ' : `, cf. however, section 22 a `.
14. I section 24 (2). 2, change "13.12 kr." to : "15.908 kr."
15. I section 24 (2). 2, 3 and 9, the following shall be inserted after the term "aid year" or "training period".
16. I section 24 (2). 3, is changed "26.775 kr." to : "30.619 kr."
17. section 24 (2). 4, ITREAS :
" Stop. 4. The amount of the annual price or the training exemption shall be increased by 1.917 kr. per the month of each of the children of the training seaman under the age of 18. ` ;
18. I section 24 (2). 6, two places in paragraph 7, and in paragraph 8 and 9 the following shall be inserted after the ' Annual ' shall mean the ' or the training of education `.
19. I section 24 (2). 9, is "4,571 kr." to : "5.227 kr."
20. I § 25, paragraph. TWO, ONE. pkt., "239,293 kr." to : "273,644 kr."
21. I § 25, paragraph. TWO, THREE. pkt., "510.659 kr." to : "583.966 kr."
22. I § 25, paragraph. TWO, FOUR. pkt., is "418.145 kr." to : "478.171 kr."
23. I § 25, paragraph. 4, is "25.399 kr." to : "29.046 kr."
24. I § 25, paragraph. 6, no. 2 and 3, and ~ 30 (5)) TWO, TWO. pkt., the following shall be inserted after the ' annual release ' means the term ' or the training '.
25. I § 39, paragraph. ONE, TWO. pkt., the following shall be inserted after ' the ' Act on an income register ' means : ' and may obtain information on income and income periods in electronic form in the income register in the context of the final allocation, cf. § 22 a. "
26. § 63 ITREAS :
" § 63. The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. "
§ 2
Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. July 2008, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.
Paragraph 2. The Education Minister shall determine the date of entry into force of § 1. 12, 13, 15, 18, 24, 25.
Paragraph 3. The regulation after paragraph 12 (1). 3, in the Act of Education of the State (SU-Act) of the aid rates and the thresholds referred to in Article 8 (8) of the same Act. One and two, section 9, section 10, section 10 (a) (1). 1, section 10 (b) (b) 1-3, section 11, paragraph 11. Paragraph 1, section 24, paragraph 4. 1-4 and 9, and section 25 (3). TWO, ONE, THREE. and 4. pkt., and paragraph. 4, as drawn up by the paragraph 1 of this law. 1-11, 14, 16, 17 and 1923 happens the first time with effect from 1. January, 2009.
