Law on the amendment of law on free-school and private primary schools and so on and law on high school schools, schools, household schools and crav-schools (free boarding schools)

(Child-party kindergarten class, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Law of Schools and Private Basic Schools, etc., cf. Law Order no. 891 of 8. July 2007, as amended by Section 4 of Law No 559 of 6. June 2007, section 2 of law no. 560 of 6. June 2007 and section 7 of the law. 208 by 31. March 2008, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 1 (1). 2, pasted in Act one. after "in" : "kindergarten and", and in Five. the words ' and 1-year nursery school ` are deleted.

2. I Section 2 (2). 1, the following shall be inserted after ' include ` : ' kindergarten class and `.

3. Section 19 (1). ONE, ONE, FOUR. pkt., ITREAS :

" The grant of grants under this law may only be granted to schools which are interned in kindergarten and on 1. -7. Class steps have at least 32 students calculated either as the lifts per. 5. September the year before the financial year or as an average of the student figures per year. 5. September the year before the financial year and the previous two years. However, grants may be granted to schools from the beginning of the school year corresponding to the tariffs set out in the Finance Bill, cf. Section 11 (1). 6 if the number of pupils in kindergarten class and on 1-7. class steps per 5. September is at least 32. For schools with the food department, cf. Section 2 (2). 4, the conditions shall apply in 1. and 2. Act. However, for preschool class and with 9. class steps. A newly created school must be in the first year of school per year. 5. September of at least 14 pupils and in the other year of school per year. 5. September at least 24 pupils, cf. however, section 13 (3). Two, about boarding. "

4. I § 36 b, paragraph. ONE, ONE. and 2. pkt., the words ' or 1. Class ".

§ 2

In law on high schools, schools, household schools and workschools (free boarding schools), cf. Law Order no. 1149 of 21. In November 2006, as amended by Section 5 of Act 5. 559 of 6. June 2007, section 3 of law no. 560 of 6. June 2007 and section 6 of law no. 208 by 31. March 2008, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 13 (1). 1, no. 3, replaced "7" to : "8".

2. I Section 13 (1). 1, no. 4, replaced "9" to : "10".

§ 3

The law shall enter into force on 1. August 2009.
