Publication of the amendment of the notification of labour market contributions

§ 1

Notice no. 1524 of 14. In December 2006, on labour market contributions, as amended by Notice No 827 of 4. July 2007, section 4 of notice no. 1243 of 23. October 2007 and Notice no. 1482 of 12. December 2007, the following changes are made :

1. In the announcement, the 'Act on Employment Fund' is replaced by 'Law on labour market contributions'.

2. I § 13, nr. 3, is replaced by the term ' labour law ' to the ' labour market contribution law `.

3. § 14, 2. pkt., ITREAS :

' Customs and Tax Management shall consult the Board of SikringsManagement before a decision is made, provided that there is doubt where a person is socially assured. `

4. I § 17 in paragraph 11, paragraph 1 shall be amended. Paragraph 1 and paragraph. 6 ` shall be : section 11 (4) ; One, six and seven.

5. I § 20 in paragraph 11, paragraph 1 shall be amended. Paragraph 1-2 and paragraph 1. 6 ` shall be : section 11 (4) ; 1-2 and 6 7 ` and ' section 11 (1). TWO, TWO. ' shall ` be replaced by '. 11, paragraph 1. ` TWO, TWO. pkt., and paragraph. SIX. "

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2008.

Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 4 and 5 shall have effect from 1. June 2008.
