Publication on the amendment of notification of notification of notification by the competent authority of the Member State in accordance with the tax audit law.

§ 1

Notice no. 421 of 2. May 2007 on alert obligations, etc., after the tax audit law, as amended by Notice No 1456 of 11. December 2007, the following changes are made :

1. I ~ 10 (1)) 1 and 2, the 'source tax notice' section 19-21 is replaced by 'the source tax notice § § 21-23'.

2. I § 10 pasted as paragraph 5 :

" Stop. 5. In the case of an A-income report in which non-wage retention is not carried out, the alert shall contain an indication of it. '

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2008.
