Law on the regulation of the state subsidy for the municipalities in 2009

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1. The welfare minister is putting government grants to the municipalities, cf. Section 14 of the Act of Compensation and general grants to municipalities if the 2008 Communes auditors accounted for a higher level of service expenditure in 2008 or for the gross cost of expenditure in 2008 than that which, was provided in the municipal budgets for 2008.

§ 3.
