Law on the amendment of the source tax law, the levying law, the panting law and various other laws

(Impact changes as a consequence of the recovery of debt to the public sector)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

Ministry of Employment

§ 1

In the Act of Active Social Policy, cf. Law Order no. 1460 of 12. In December 2007, as amended by Section 4 of Law No 346 of 18. April 2007, the following changes are made :

1. I § 27 a the words ' or the highest, intermediate, increased or general early retirement, and so on shall be increased, '.

2. Section 95, paragraph. 2, 3 and 5, revoked and in paragraph 4, there will be paragraph 1. Paragraph 2 shall be deleted ' by the rules laid down in paragraph ONE-THREE.

3. In the heading to Chapter 12 the following shall be inserted after the ' Repayment ` means : ' etc. `

4. I § 96 the following day or club offer shall be inserted after ' day ' s tender law or `.

5. § 116 revoked.

§ 2

In accordance with the law on unemployment insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 975 of 26. September 2008, as amended by Section 1 of law no. 1540 of 20. December 2006, the following changes are made :

1. § 84, paragraph. 9, 2. pkt., and § 85 b revoked.

2. I § 86, paragraph. 4, the ' paragraph shall be amended Paragraph 1 and 14 shall be replaced by the following : 1 and 12. "

§ 3

Law no. 1540 of 20. In December 2006, on the amendment of the law on unemployment insurance and so on, legislation on active employment, integration law and the law on the imposition of income tax to the state. (The increase in the pay-grade, more flexible post-wage system, withdrawal arrangements, enhanced job opportunities for people over 55 years, etc.), the following change is made :

§ 6

Law no. 566 of 9. June 2006 on the right to leave and daily allowances at maternity (maternity leave) is hereby amended as follows :

Law no. 563 of 9. June 2006 on sickness benefits, as last amended by law no. 389 of 27. In May 2008, the following changes are made :

Ministry of Finance

§ 9

In the law on public payments, etc., cf. Law Order no. 798 of 28. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. The following section 4 is inserted :

" § 4 a. For the purposes of set-off in debt to the public, information in the register referred to in section 4 (2) shall be available. 1 on the release from public authorities to an administration system administered by customs and tax administration.

Paragraph 2. Payment to the payeholder ' s Nemkonto (Easy account) payment or another account shall not take place where the customs and tax authorities have requested the transfer of payment for the purposes of total or partial set-off in the payment amount.

Paragraph 3. For the transfer of a payment to customs and tax administration in accordance with paragraph 1. 2 shall be deemed to have been made with a free-charge effect on the paying authority.

Paragraph 4. The payment of the duties and tax administration shall be deemed to be paid by customs and tax management as the paying authority. `

Ministry of Justice

§ 10

In the law of funds and certain associations, cf. Law Order no. 698 of 11. In August 1992, as last amended by Section 10 of Law No 552 of 24. June 2005 shall be amended as follows :

§ 11

Law no. 522 of 6. June 2007 on the limitation period of the claims (statute of limitations) is hereby amended as follows :

1. Section 18 (2). 4, ITREAS :

" Stop. 4. The limitation shall be suspended at the notification by the Restancein Authority to the debtor for a decision on the retention in pay, etc. ` ;

2. Section 19 (1). SIX, TWO. pkt., ITREAS :

' Is the limitation aborted by notification of a wage-retention decision, cf. Section 18 (2). 4, shall be taken into account when a decision is taken on the termination of wage retention, or no later than the date on which the wage hold has been lodged for 1 year. `

§ 12

In the road of road, cf. Law Order no. 1058 of 4. of November 2008, as amended by Section 21 of Law No 1. 309 of 19. April 2006, the following changes are made :

1. § 121, paragraph 1. FOUR, THREE. pkt., revoked.

2. The title of paragraph 122 is replaced by the following :

"Consiglior m.v."

3. § 122 b ITREAS :

" § 122 b. An unpaid parking charge may be offset by excess tax in excess of costs in claims of the repayment of the weighting of the duty as provided for in the heading. Section 6 (2). 5, in the case of the weighting of motor vehicles and so on, and in the payment of a refund on the tax on fuel consumption of the vehicle, cf. Section 4 (4). § 13

In the law on the recovery of sub-alimony, cf. Law Order no. 946 of 10. In October 2005, the following changes are made :

2. In the general rule, the 'Minister for Family and Consumer Affairs' is replaced by the 'Justice Minister' and the Minister for Family and Consumer Affairs 'to :' the Minister for Justice '.

§ 59

§ 63
