Publication of grants to certified consignments of seed seed and arable seeds

In accordance with text-labelling no. 116 ad § 24.31.11 on Finance Bill for the 2009 financial year and the following authorization shall be :

§ 1. The Directorate-General may provide subsidies for agricultural enterprises (holdings) which concern themselves with primary agricultural products, for the purposes of partial coverage of the costs of the certification of consignments of seed seed and arable seeds.

Paragraph 2. Deposits shall be paid to certified parties, which have at least the weight set out in Annex 1 for the species and category in question. The amount of the subsidy is 430 kr. per certified batch of seed and 590 kr. per certified batch marker seeds.

§ 2. Undertakings registered after the notice on seed or seed seed shall be provided on behalf of the Plant Directorate for the grant of the eligible agricultural undertakings.

Paragraph 2. The paying agency shall be able to demonstrate at all times to the plant directorate that the grant has been fully paid out to the whole or partial coverage of the primary producers ' certification costs in the production of arable seeds and seed grain.

Paragraph 3. It shall be kept in paragraph 1. 2 the conditions for the grant of the grant shall not be provided by the Directorate-General for the grant of the subsidy with a supplement of interest rates. The interest shall be calculated in accordance with the rules of the EU State aid rules at all times, at any time.

§ 3 The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 289 of 28. April 2008 on subsidies for certified seed grain and arable seeds are hereby repealed.
