Publication of the amendment of the notice on the provision of higher education for students in higher education

(Establishment of the time limit for the repayment and maximum rebate rate)

§ 1

Notice no. 348 of 20. In April 2006, on the transport rebate to higher education students, the following changes shall be made :

" In accordance with section 1, paragraph, Paragraph 2, section 2. Paragraph 3, section 3. 3 and 4, section 4 (4). 5, and section 5 of the law on the transport rebate to students at higher education, cf. Law Order no. 353 of 14. March 2007, as amended by law no. 208 by 31. The following March 2008, and after negotiating with the transport operator, shall be :

"Discharge of the amounts granted in discounts, reimbursement of amounts and rate adjustment"

3. After Section 8 is inserted in Chapter 6 :

" § 8 a. The property payment and the maximum discount according to section 3 (3) of the law. 1, regulated once a year, the 2. Sunday in January following the rule in section 3 (3) of the law. 3. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.
