Law on the amendment of the Code of Road and Penal Code

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the road of road, cf. Law Order no. 1276 of 24. In October 2007, the following changes are made :

1. Section 9 (1). 1 and 2 , ITREAS :

A traffic accident which, with or without its own guilt, will be involved in a road accident must stop immediately.

Paragraph 2. The trafiedge must also :

1) to the extent possible provide assistance to persons who may have been injured ;

2) participate in the measures to ensure the conduct of the conduct which the accident gives rise to,

3) give name and place of residence to another who is involved in the accident, if so requested,

7. § 117 d ITREAS :

12. I § 126, paragraph 1. 1, is inserted after no 5 as new number :

Number 6-9 becomes the second paragraph. 7-10.

13. I § 126, paragraph 1. 1, no. 6, No, no. 7, change " § 125, paragraph. 1, no. 1-8, "to :" § 125, paragraph. 1, no. 1 9, ", and" § 125, paragraph. 1, no. 5, ' shall be replaced by '. 125 (1). 1, no. SIX, "

§ 2

In the penal code, cf. Law Order no. 1260 of 23. October 2007, as amended by law no. 316 of 30. April 2008, the following changes are made :

1. I § 253 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. That sentence will be penalised for two years. 1 in the case of escape from a road accident which has been added to significant personal injury. ` ;

§ 3

The law shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law.

§ 4

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. However, in the case of the case of the Faroe Islands, the section 2 of the law may be applied to the Faroe Islands, with the deviations which the particular ferotable conditions are attributed.
