We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.
The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :
§ 1
In the road of road, cf. Law Order no. 1276 of 24. In October 2007, the following changes are made :
1. Section 9 (1). 1 and 2 , ITREAS :
A traffic accident which, with or without its own guilt, will be involved in a road accident must stop immediately.
Paragraph 2. The trafiedge must also :
1) to the extent possible provide assistance to persons who may have been injured ;
2) participate in the measures to ensure the conduct of the conduct which the accident gives rise to,
3) give name and place of residence to another who is involved in the accident, if so requested,
4) give name and place of residence to it, on whose property or anything that has been damaged, if so requested by this request,
5) inform the police as soon as possible, if the road accident has not caused insignificant harm to another person, and
6) as soon as possible, notify the injured or police if the road accident has caused property damage or property and no one is present to receive information about the name and place of the traffic. ' ;

6. I § 117, paragraph 1. 2, no. 8, change ' § 125 (1) 1, no. 1-4, "to :" § 125, paragraph. 1, no. 1 and 3-5, ".
7. § 117 d ITREAS :
" § 117 d. The withdrawal of paragraph 9 (2). 2, no. Paragraph 1 shall be punishable by imprisonment until a year, in mitigating circumstances, however, with fine.
Paragraph 2. The withdrawal of section 56 (3). Paragraph 62, paragraph 2. 1, and § 63 a penalty shall be punished by fine or under a cut-off circumstances with a maximum sentence of 1 year. For the measurement of fine for violation of section 56 (3). Paragraph 63 shall take particular account of the size of a achieved or intended economic advantage. Is the violation of section 56, paragraph 1. 1, carried out in the case of a vehicle covered by Article 43 (3). 1 or 2, the mesh shall be meted with a tightened fine. `

" 2) the driver has made a guilty plea in violation of Section 9 (3). 2, no. 1, and there are no mitigating circumstances, "
Number 2-9 becomes the second paragraph. 3-10.
12. I § 126, paragraph 1. 1, is inserted after no 5 as new number :
" 6) has been guilty of a breach of the penal code section 253, paragraph 1. 1, cf. paragraph 2, "
Number 6-9 becomes the second paragraph. 7-10.
13. I § 126, paragraph 1. 1, no. 6, No, no. 7, change " § 125, paragraph. 1, no. 1-8, "to :" § 125, paragraph. 1, no. 1 9, ", and" § 125, paragraph. 1, no. 5, ' shall be replaced by '. 125 (1). 1, no. SIX, "
14. I § 127, 1. pkt., change ' § 125 (1) 1, no. One-three, seven, eight or nine, "to." 1, no. 1-4, 8, 9, or 10, "
§ 2
In the penal code, cf. Law Order no. 1260 of 23. October 2007, as amended by law no. 316 of 30. April 2008, the following changes are made :
1. I § 253 pasted as paragraph 2 :
" Stop. 2. That sentence will be penalised for two years. 1 in the case of escape from a road accident which has been added to significant personal injury. ` ;
§ 3
The law shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law.
§ 4
The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. However, in the case of the case of the Faroe Islands, the section 2 of the law may be applied to the Faroe Islands, with the deviations which the particular ferotable conditions are attributed.
