Law on the availability of electricity supply

(The increase in the use of bio-mass and free fuel selection at central plants)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the field of electricity supply, cf. Law Order no. 286 of 20. April 2005, as amended, inter alia, in section 1 of Law No 1. 520 of the seventh. June 2006 and section 3 of the Law No 548 of 6. June 2007 and at the latest at Section 1 of Act 1. 549 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. I Article 87 (2). 1, no. 9, be replaced by ' giving information or ' to : 'provide information,', and in no. 10 is replaced "§ 84 a." to : "§ 84 a or".

2. I Article 87 (2). 1, pasted as no. 11 :

" 11) is in violation of an approval after Article 98 (2) ; TWO. "

3. I § 98 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. The climate and energy minister may, on application, amend the conditions in approvals referred to in paragraph 1. 1. Approval may be limited in time. In the case of changes to the conditions of use of fuel, the minister may make conditions that the fuel change is conditional on the applicant within a time limit of a quantity of biomass determined by the Minister on the same work or other work, and the terms and conditions of, their compliance with the documents shall be documented. ` ;

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. July 2008.
