Law on the amendment of the municipality of countervailing and general grants to municipalities

(Introduction of the possibility of making part of the state subsidy to the municipalities conditionally)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 499 of the seventh. June 2006 on municipal compensation and general subsidies to municipalities as amended by Section 12 of Act 12. 534 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. I Section 14, paragraph 14. 3, pasted as Act 2. :

' If the subsidy is increased, the Finance Minister can decide that a proportion of the subsidy is up to EUR 1 billion. DKK shall be paid only to the municipalities if the financial year ' s budgeted expenditure on the subsidy year is equivalent to the assumptions that have been caused for the increase. `

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. July 2008, and has taken effect from the year 2009.
