Publication of the amendment of the notification of the collection of repayment amounts and the deletion of membership due to debt

§ 1

Notice no. 996 of 20. In October 2005, on the collection of the amounts of repayment, as amended by the notice No 1472 of 21. December 2005 and Notice no. 690 of 21. In June 2007, after consultation with the tax minister, and after negotiating the Employment Council the following changes :

2. Section 1 (1). 1, ITREAS :

The rules shall be used when daily allowances or other benefits shall be paid back in accordance with section 86 (s). 1, 2, 14 or Article 86 (a) (a), 1 and 2, in the law on unemployment insurance, etc. ` ;

3. After § 1 pasted in Chapter 1 :

" § 1 a. Daily money pursuant to Article 69 of Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No In this announcement, 1408/71 is referred to as EEA daily allowances.

Paragraph 2. The EEA daily allowances are made up after deduction for tax.

Paragraph 3. The provisions of section 9 (4). 1, no. 2, and § 10 (a) applies to the EEA benefits. `

4. I Section 9 (1). 1, no. 2, the following shall be inserted after ' State requirements ` means : ' and the EEA day money to be paid back in accordance with section 86 (a) (1). One and two, and ".

5. After § 10 inserted :

" § 10 a. The recovery authority shall be withholding non-compliance claims on the repayment of the EEA day allowance in addition to the costs incurred.

Paragraph 2. A-box makes like 1. body decision on repayment of the EEA daily allowances.

Paragraph 3. Where a debtor does not pay within the time limit set out in the Decision, a voluntary settlement with a case or does not comply with the payments following a voluntary settlement, the Directorate-General on the basis of the decision of a cashier may seek the claim ; recovered by the recovery authority. ` ;

The announcement will enter into force on the 23rd. June 2008.
