Publication of the amendment of the notice of employment conditions for officials of the staff of the institutions for vocational training and boarding services

§ 1

Notice no. 101 of 1. In February 2007, the employment conditions of official staff of the institutions for vocational training and cost departments shall be amended as follows :

1. I Section 22 (2). 5, are deleted : "70 years old or".

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 23rd. June 2008.

Paragraph 2. The amendment in section 1 shall be without prejudice to applied or unclaimed redundancies carried out before the date of entry into force of the notice.
