Publication of the amendment of the notification of vehicles and equipment and other equipment. 1)

Notice no. 154 of 20. April 1977, the information and equipment of vehicles, as last amended by notice No 2 ; 668 of 20. June 2006, the following change is made :

§ 1

§ 28, paragraph 1. 1 ITREAS IS TO BE

" § 28. A moped must be designed in such a way that the maximum speed limit of 30 kilometres per hour for a small moped and 45km in the hour of a large moped cannot be exceeded by more than 20%. '

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July 2008.
