Publication of the distribution grants to certain periodic magazines and journals and daily newspaper similar publications

In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), 2, section 1 (a), 2, sections 2 and section 3 (3). 1, in Law No 1. 1214 of 27. In December 2003 on the distribution grants to certain periodic magazines and journals as amended by Law No 1. 271 by 31. March 2006 amending the Law on the distribution grants to certain periodic leaves and journals shall be determined :

Periodical magazines and journals

Criteria for grants

§ 1. Supplements shall be granted for distribution in Denmark and from Denmark to the Faeroe Islands and Greenland to the publishers of periodic magazines and journals, provided that the publication is published with at least two numbers per. calendar year and predominantly the information on :

1) Almenhelpful or non-profit-making issues, mainly general information about society and the world, social conditions, health and disease.

2) Humanitarian the activities of the organizations.

3) Education and school relations, including a few subjects.

4) Ikilt, predominantly information on sports and association life in association with this.

5) Art & Culture , predominantly information on imagery, literature, music, movies and plays, and cultural and cultural dissemination and preservation.

6) Environment , preferably information on nature conservation and improvement, alternative energy, environmental protection and the heading of environmental protection.

7) Religious topics , that is. leaf published by religious communities, an association of faith communities or an organisation established by one or more religious members or groups of members of the community. Paragraph 2. By way of derogation from paragraph 1 1 shall not grant a grant to the publisher of a publication which falls within one of the following categories :

1) State / regional / communal information that is, publications published by governmental, regional or municipal authorities, bodies and institutions, or in the course of the work carried out in or by such institutions. These institutions are defined in this context in such a way as to ensure that it is institutions that are part of the public administration, such as state, regional or municipal institutions, or institutions which are equating to it. such as private institutions, associations and so on, whose ongoing operations are funded exclusively from public funds.

2) Magaines and magazines, that is, publications of any kind given by professional publishers / publishers with a commercial purpose. 7) Political publications, that is, publications published by political parties, associations and associations, including their local associations.

Distribution

§ 2. Paragraph 4. A distribution committee shall decide on the basis of the information provided, whether a publication of a publication is entitled to grants in accordance with the provisions of section 1. The Committee shall have the final administrative decision.

Paragraph 5. The distribution committee shall be appointed for four years at the time of the Minister for Culture and have three members :

1) A President who has to have legal insights and insight into information activities,

3) a member that must have insight into publishing company.

Calculation and payment

§ 3. The administration of the grant scheme shall be provided by the Library and Media Management.

§ 4. The subsidy shall be granted for a calendar year.

§ 5. The amount of the subsidy is calculated according to a point system based on the application schema's information about a page number of the publication and the number of distributed copies per. Years.

Paragraph 4. Paragraph 7. In total expenditure on distribution, documents can be included directly and indirectly for the distribution of copies covered by the subsidy scheme.

§ 6. The payment of grants is made together when the distribution committee has completed the review of the year applications and the point calculation has been made. .

Paragraph 2. If changes to the circumstances of the individual publications are attributored to it or the publisher does not carry out the prefixed activity, the grant must already be paid out in full or in part if the amount of the subsidy is more than 500 kr. in relation to the subsidy to which the documented activity justifies.

Paragraph 3. The annual grant may, cf. Section 5 (5). 6, do not exceed the actual costs incurred for distribution. Provided by the submitted documentation, cf. Section 7 indicates that in the previous year the proceeds exceed the amount of expenditure incurred by more than 500 kr; paid shall be repaid or offset by the following year's grant.

Daily-bladsmiting publications

Criteria for grants

§ 8. Grants to distribution in Denmark, as well as from Denmark to the Faeroe Islands and Greenland, to publishers of certain commercially published publications, which correspond to actual daily journals, but have a lower release frequency than that of the content.

Paragraph 2. To obtain grants in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 shall :

1) Publication shall be made between one and four times weekly for at least 36 weeks per year or at least 2 times a month for at least 10 months per year.

2) The publication of the public is addressed to a broad range of readers and must not be targeted at certain professors or professional groups, members of individual political parties or associations.

Paragraph 4. A subscription shall be subject to the grant system, provided that an agreement exists between a publichas and an end user, that the end user shall be given the copy to its home address. In the case of gratisalists covered by the grant scheme, the confirmation must be made in writing.

Paragraph 5. If a subscriber is drawn by a subscriber on behalf of another person as an end user, one of the subscription shall be included in the grant scheme when the following conditions are met :

§ 9. Paragraph 3. The annual grant for a publication may not exceed 50% of the actual costs actually incurred for distribution. Provided by the submitted documentation, cf. Section 14, paragraph 14. Paragraph 1 indicates that the grant for the preceding year exceeds the limit laid down by more than 500 kr., the amount paid shall be repaid or offset by the following year's grant.

Paragraph 4. In total expenditure on distribution, documents can be included directly and indirectly for the distribution of copies covered by the subsidy scheme.

§ 14. The provider must before 31. May the following year after the grant year, the number of subscribers and copies distributed in Denmark, including the number of copies distributed in Denmark to the Faeroe Islands and Greenland, and the evidence of the total cost of that distribution. The documentation must be signed by the publisher's accountant.

Paragraph 2. In cases where the publisher cannot document the number of copies of distributed copies, or the expenditure associated with distribution, the subsidy will be required in whole or in part, in part, of the subsidy.

Paragraph 3. Detailed rules for the documentation are provided by the Library and Media Management.

Chapter 3

Entry into force

§ 15. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July 2008.
