Publication of the scorecarding system's points system

In accordance with Article 9 (a) (a) of the foreigners, 15, cf. Law Order no. 1044 of 6. On August 2007, as amended by law no. 486 of 17. June 2008 shall be :

§ 1. Crew Permission granted in accordance with Article 9 (a) (a) of the foreigners. 2, no. 1, shall be reported on the basis of the points set out in Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. A foreigner must obtain at least 100 points in order to obtain a residence permit in accordance with Article 9 (a) (a) of the foreigner. 2, no. 1.

§ 2. Points for the education level of the foreigners are given. Points may be given for one level of training.

Paragraph 2. A bonus point may be granted if the foreign education direction of the foreigners is within an area subject to the positive list, cf. A foreigner's section 9 a, paragraph. 2, no. 2. Bonus points for training in an area covered by the positive list will be given when specific training requirements are associated with a job which is subject to the positive list.

Paragraph 3. Faruspots are being given to a foreigner who has completed its training at a recognised university after the last THES-QS World Ranking.

§ 3. Language skills are given in either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian. Score for language skills is also provided in either English or German.

Paragraph 2. Language skills shall be provided on the basis of either the language tests submitted in Danish, English, Norwegian, Swedish and German, which are located at the A2-level or more, cf. The Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and which figures on the list published by the Association of Language Testers in Europe (ALTE), or in accordance with the language tests given in Annex 2. A guide list of relevant samples shall be published on the website www.nyidanmark.dk.

Paragraph 3. Language skills may also be documented by the foreigner presenting an employer declaration, stating that the foreigner has had Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, English or German as a working language for at least 1 years, or in proof of the fact that the foreigner is on the line ; either Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, English or German have carried out at least 1 years of study at a higher education completed with exams. The extension will in these cases be considered as having a language test at the level of the study.

Paragraph 4. A maximum of 30 points for language skills is provided.

§ 4. Points for work experience shall be given in the past five years prior to the submission of the application as a researcher or in areas covered by the positive list or other work experience.

§ 5. In an EU/EEA country or in Switzerland or in the territory of an EU/EEA country or Switzerland, points for higher education shall be finalised in an EU/EEA country or Switzerland or on points for legal residence and employment.

Paragraph 2. Farupoints is granted for Danish language skills, based on one of the sections referred to in section 3 (3). 2, mentioned samples.

§ 6. The age of foreigners shall be given in accordance with the age of the foreigners at the time of the application.

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force 1. July 2008.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 1135 of 1. October 2007 will be repealed.

The allocation of points for the granting of residence permits in accordance with Article 9 (a) (a) of the foregoing shall be granted. 2, no. 1, cf. § 9 (a) (a) 15.
