Appendix 1

Annunciation of delegation of the Environment Minister's powers in environmental protection laws and environmental centres under the Ministry of the Environment

Purline of section 43 (2). One and two, in the law. 466 of 17. June 2008 on the investigation, prevention and remedying of environmental damage (environmental protection laws) shall be determined as follows :

Delegated powers to the Environmental Management Board

§ 1. The following powers are delegated from the Environment Minister to the Environmental Management Board :

1) Receiving a request for notification by national associations and organisations concerning the decisions and notification of the environmental centre to this effect, cf. Section 42 (2) of the law. 2.

Delegated powers to environmental ministry centres

§ 2. The following powers are delegated from the Environment Minister to all Environmental Ministry's environmental centres :

1) The receipt of collateral to cover the environmental cost of the case for processing and enforcement, cf. Section 19 (1) of the law. 1.

2) Establishment of the size of the security-store, cf. Section 19 (1) of the law. 2.

3) Communication of information and inquiries, etc., cf. Act 20.

4) Forwarding of new information to the authority that has made the decision, cf. Article 21 (1) of the law. 1.

5) Notification of preemptive measures or practicable measures, cf. Article 22 (3) of the law. 1.

6) Notification of relief for remedial measures, cf. Act 23, paragraph 1. One or two.

7) Decision on the environmental damage to be remedied first, cf. Act 24.

8) Message of tolerable relief, cf. Section 25 (5) of the law. 2.

9) Receipt of claims and entry into damaged claims claims, cf. Section 25 (5) of the law. 3.

10) Conduct of the tasks which have been assigned to the road board under the law of public roads, cf. § 25, paragraph. 4.

§ 3. Environmental Center Ringkøbing, Environmental Centre Aalborg, Environment Center Aarhus, Environmental Centre Ribe, Environmental Centre Odense, Environmental Center Roskilde and Environmental Center Nykøbing Falster are responsible for the publication of the publication of the local authorities listed in Appendix 1.

Call in in specific cases

§ 4. The Minister for the Environment may decide to take over a power which shall be exercised by the EPA's environmental centres.

§ 7. Entry into force
