Publication of special fishing rules for Nissum Fground

In accordance with section 30, section 31, section 32 (3). 1, Article 109 (1). Paragraph 1 and Article 130 (1). 2 and 4, in the law of fishing and fish farming, cf. Law Order no. 372 of 26. April 2006, as last amended by law no. 489 of 17. June 2008, and after authorisation, the following shall be determined :

Scope and allowable catch creator

§ 1. The announcement shall apply to fishing in the Water System's water system.

§ 2. In the area referred to in section 1, fisheries are not permitted during the period from 1. October to and with the 31. March. However, the fishing of the Water-Power Islands is allowed.

§ 3. In section 1, it is not permitted to fish with longliners with a number of agnhooks.

Salmon loading

§ 4. It is not permitted to fish for, land, store, sell, offer to sell, or otherwise turn on or without remuneration, salmon ( salmo salar () from the territory referred to in section 1.

Paragraph 2. Imprisoned salmon shall be immediately released into free water as far as possible in living conditions. The statement must be carried out in such a way as to not be recaptured by the tool.

Paragraph 3. The Directorate-General may, after consulting the Danish Technical University, Aqua establish special conditions for a limited fishing post ( salmo salar () at the end of the period from 1. April to and with the 30. September.

Pensation

§ 5. The Directorate-General may dispense from sections 2 to 4 where the consideration for the supply of hatches and the incaping of fish for outlets shall be used for the purpose of the hatching bin.

Punishment and entry into force

§ 6. The person who violates or attempts to breach § 2 to 4 is punished by fine.

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July 2008, and it's valid until the 31. December, 2013.
