Compensation for the physical therapy of physical therapy in the practice and remuneration-free physical therapy at the physiotherapist in the practice and the municipality

In accordance with section 67, 72 and 140 a health bill, cf. Law Order no. 95 of 7. In February 2008, as amended by law no. 539 of 17. June 2008 shall be determined :

General provisions

§ 1. Group 1 secure and group 2-proof persons are entitled to a grant for physical therapy and remuneration-free physical therapy at physiotherapist, after medical reference.

§ 2. Siknees do not have the right to grants to physical therapy in public hospitals or in private hospitals or clinics who receive physical therapy for physical therapy by agreement with public health care facilities.

§ 3. The Committee of the Regions shall not grant a grant to the physiotherapist's services to themselves, to spouse or to domestic intrinsic children.

Paragraph 5. To group 2-proof that has been given physical therapy by a physiotherapist who has not signed up to the agreement, the residence municipality shall pay the grant on behalf of the regional council. In order to obtain the deposit, the patient shall forward a quitted and specified bill to the municipality. The amount of the subsidy cannot exceed the amount of the account.

Paragraph 6. Both group 1 and Group 2-secured people pay their own share of the fee directly to the physiotherapist.

§ 5. Persons entitled to benefits under Community law or international agreements shall be entitled to a grant for physical therapy and free physical therapy at physical therapy by medical reference under the same conditions as Group 1-proof.

Paragraph 2. § 8. Paragraph 2. The grant of the Reg for preventive and inventive physiotherapeutic maintenance training, cf. paragraph 1, represents 2/5 of the fee laid down in the framework agreement concluded between the Salary and Takstn of the Regions and Danske Physiotherapists on the implementation of preventive and inventive physiotherapeutic team teaching.

Deferable ridephysiotherapy

§ 10. The Committee of the Regions grants a grant to physical therapy in the physical therapy of the ridephysiotherapist after medical reference.

§ 11. The detailed conditions for grants, including benefits descriptions, for physical therapy at the physical therapy of the ridephysiotherapist, according to medical reference, appear in the agreement between the Salary and Takstn and Dances of the Regions and Danske Physitherapists.

Paragraph 2. The regional Council grants for the ridephysical therapy, cf. paragraph 1, shall be 4/5 of the honorars provided for in the Agreement between the Salary and Taksten and Dances of the Regions and Danske Physitherapists.

§ 12. The local authorities offer free-charge physical therapy at the physical therapist and at the ridephysiotherapist in the practice sector after medical reference.

Paragraph 2. The detailed conditions for remuneration-free physical therapy after medical reference in physical therapy and in the practice of ridephysiotherapist in the practice, including performance descriptions, are laid down by agreements between the Salary and Takstn and Dances of the Regions and Danske Physiotherapists.

§ 13. The Municipality Board may offer free of charge of physical therapy at physical therapy and in the physical therapy of the ridephysical therapist by establishing an offer for free physical therapy on its own institutions or by the conclusion of agreements to this effect with others ; municipal directors or private institutions.

Paragraph 2. The procedures for non-remunfree physical therapy after medical referral to physical therapist and to the ridephysiotherapist, including performance descriptions, must be identical to the terms set out in the agreements between the Salary and Takstn of the Regions and Danske Physical therapists.

§ 14. Persons with a permanent, difficult physical disability resulting from an innate or hereditary condition, acquired neurological disorders, physical disability caused by accident or a reduction in the mean or muscle function resulting from the inflammatory rheumatical conditions of the disease ; have the right to an unpaid offer of physiotherapy, after medical reference, of the right to an unpaid offer. at the ridephysiotherapist, from the municipal council.

Paragraph 2. § 15.
