Notice on the electives according to secondary school § 9 (5)
Pursuant to section 9, paragraph 5, of the Act on the Folkeskole, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1049 of 28. August 2007, fixed: § 1. In addition to the primary school Act § 9 (1) and (2) the said subjects can offer pupils in 8 municipalities. and 9. grade teaching in the following non-test preparatory elective courses: Spanish, French, German, everyday everyday common immigrant languages and computer. Teaching can be offered at one or both of the mentioned grade levels.
(2). The teaching must not commence until the Municipal Council has approved a curriculum for each of the optional subjects, see. primary school section 40 (3) and 44 (8).
(3). Students must be informed that the teaching of French and of everyday German everyday electives not try preparatory and not qualifying for the secondary education.
§ 2. In electives, which after public school section 14 cannot be final try, do students ' position not be expressed using progress assessment grades.
§ 3. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. August 2008.
(2). Executive Order No. 591 of 27. June 1994 on elective under the primary school section 9 (6), is repealed.
