Annuntation of the prohibition of imports of certain live animals and animal non-food products from Croatia and Switzerland 1)

In accordance with section 37, section 67 and section 70 (4), Three, in the law. 432 of 9. In June 2004 on the range of animals shall be determined :

§ 1. 1) Animals and products originating in Croatia from all areas subject to restrictions as a result of the high pathogen avian influenza of subtype H5N1 in accordance with Decision 2006 /563/EC.

2) Animals and products originating in Switzerland from all areas subject to restrictions as a result of the high pathogen avian influenza of subtype H5N1 in accordance with Decision 2006/415 / EC and 2006 /563/EC.

§ 2. The penalty will be penalised by the penalty that violates paragraph 1 (1). 1.

1) The announcement shall implement parts of the Commission Decision of 26. June 2008 on certain protective measures with regard to the high pathogenic avian influenza of subtype H5N1 in Croatia and Switzerland.
