Annuntation of the prohibition of imports of certain live animals and animal non-food products from Croatia and Switzerland 1)

§ 1. Paragraph 2. The prohibition in paragraph 1. 1 shall apply to :
1) Animals and products originating in Croatia from all areas subject to restrictions as a result of the high pathogen avian influenza of subtype H5N1 in accordance with Decision 2006 /563/EC.
2) Animals and products originating in Switzerland from all areas subject to restrictions as a result of the high pathogen avian influenza of subtype H5N1 in accordance with Decision 2006/415 / EC and 2006 /563/EC.
