Purses of § 43 a and § 104 (3). 1, no. 1, in Law No 1. 1180 of 12. In December 2005 on medicinal products, as amended by law no. 1557 of 20. December 2006 and Law No 534 of 17. June 2008 shall be determined :
§ 1. The holder of a licence under Article 7 (marketing authorization) or section 39 (3) of the medicinal product. 1. (company permit) shall notify the medical board of doctors, dentists and pharmacists associated with the undertaking, cf. Article 43 (a) of the medicinal product. 1.
Paragraph 2. Notification of notification in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 shall include doctors and dentists who are prescribing or supplying medicinal products and pharmacists who negotiate medicinal products in the course of patient treatment in Denmark.
Paragraph 3. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 1 must not be reported if :
1) the doctor, the dentist or the apothecary have only delivered a single payment of an insignificant amount of an insignificant amount within a calendar year, and the fee is in a reasonable proportion to the supplied benefit, or
2) the doctor, the dentist or the apothecary has not received payment for the benefit, and there is no question of a long-term attachment, such as a company line item in the company.
§ 2. The information referred to in section 1 shall contain this information :
1) The name and CVR no.
2) The name, address, and CPR number of the dentist,
3) Period of the mapping.
Paragraph 2. The governing board may require further information from the notification of each association relationship, including the nature and scale of the association, and the amount of the fee, the doctor, the dentist or the apothecary.
§ 3. Reporting shall be digitally once a year at the latest by 31. January by means of a reporting scheme, which the LeageBoard makes available via the Internet. The report shall include all doctors, dentists and pharmacists who have been associated with the company within the preceding calendar year, cf. however, section 1 (1). Two and three.
Paragraph 2. At the same time, the Undertaking shall inform the medical, dentist or apothecary of the report on the content of the reporting to the Medicinal Board.
§ 4. The penalty will be punished by the penalty that violates § 2 or § 3.
