Completion of the provision of mileage to training in youth education and in the case of youth education.

In accordance with section 2 (2), 2 and 3, section 4 (4). 3, section 7, paragraph. 2, section 8 (4). 2, section 9 (4). 5, section 9 (a) (a), 3, section 11, paragraph 1. 5 and 6, section 13 (3). 1 and 4, and section 14 of the Act 578 of 9. June 2006 on the transport rebate to educational seekers in youth education and so on, as amended by Section 1 of Act 1. 208 by 31. In March 2008, as well as negotiations with the services responsible, cf. Act 11, paragraph 1. 7, shall be determined :

Chapter 1

Educational and contestants entitled to discount

§ 1. In addition to the provisions of Article 2 (2) of the law, In the case of training and training courses, training seekers and participants shall be entitled to transport discounts if they review training, which, by means of the State's Educational Support (FDA), has been approved as justifiable to the State ; education support (SU) outside the list of clippings, however, not training at the level of public school.

Chapter 2

Application for and the right to discount entitlement

§ 2. Training seekers and participants shall submit an application for the right to the carriage of goods by the purchase of bus, train and metro in public service, cf. Paragraph 2. The right to a discount shall not apply at the earliest date from the date on which the application for this is committed in the common self-service system.

Paragraph 3. Training seekers and participants who are cut off from the application of an electronic application may request the training site to assist in the digital application procedure. The place of education determines whether the training seeker or the participant has been cut off from the application of the digital application procedure.

Paragraph 4. In the case of an application for the transport rate, cf. paragraph 1, the training seeker or the participant shall provide the necessary information for the handling of the matter, including :

1) provide name, social security number and permanent residence ;

2) put in a well-like photo of itself, and

3) specify the training site where the training seeker or the participant wishes to see the transport discounts.

§ 3. Training seekers and participants shall submit an application for entitlement to the purchase of the subscription card purchases for ferries, cf. Section 6, at the educational site.

Paragraph 2. The right to discount shall not apply at the earliest date from the date on which the application has been received at the training site.

Paragraph 3. For the application for the right to the carriage of goods, cf. paragraph 1, the training seeker or the participant shall state the name, residence and social security number.

§ 4. In order to meet the conditions of study activity, cf. Section 4 (4) of the law. 1, no. In the case of 5, the training or participation of the training or participating participant shall be subject to the rules applicable to training, in accordance with the rules applicable to the training.

Chapter 3

§ 6. The carriage of passengers, cf. Act 11, paragraph 1. 1, may provide a discount on a subscription card to travel by ferry services, in the same way as for the carriage of trains, trains and metro in public service traffic.

Paragraph 2. The Management Board shall provide a discount on carriage of ferry services by ferry services if the transport operator does not give a discount. The discount shall be paid in cash for the subscription card, which the training seeker or the participant has purchased at full price, after the Management Board has taken a decision on the right to discount, cf. Act 5.

Paragraph 3. The training seeker or the participant shall within two months after the quarter in which the subscription card expires, supporting documentation of the purchased subscription card from the training site, which sends the documentation to the Board. On the basis of the documents submitted, the Board shall pay a quarterly rebate quarterly to the training of the training seaman or the participant ' s Nemkonto.

Paragraph 4. The right to rebate after paragraph 1. 2 lapses if the training seeker or participant fails to comply with the provisions of paragraph 1. THREE, ONE. pkt., mentioned time-out.

§ 7. The carriage of passengers, cf. Act 11, paragraph 1. 1, providing a discount on a subscription card to the Danish border and from the EU and the EEA countries in the same way that they provide a discount on the transport of the country.

Paragraph 2. The creditors in the EU and the EEA countries can provide a discount on a subscription map to transport by bus and train across the Danish border and from the EU and the EEA countries in the same way as paragraph 1. 1 and by documentation of :

1) permit for international regular services pursuant to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2, 684/92 of 16. March 1992 on common rules for the international carriage of passengers by bus, as amended by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2, 11/98 of 11. December 1997 or

2) a licence to railway undertaking in accordance with Council Directive (EEC) No 2, 18/95 of 19. June 1995 on the granting of licences to railway undertakings as amended by Directive 13 /2001/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26. February 2001.

Chapter 5

Additional subscription cards and cash payment of the rebate

§ 8. The training seeker or the participant shall pay only it in the section 7 (5) of the law. The first payment amount shall be fixed once when the person concerned buys several subscriptions of subscription with the same period of validity.

Paragraph 2. The transport operator may refer the training seeker or the participant who has paid the own payment amount several times in order to obtain the additional rebate that the person concerned is entitled to in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, paid in cash in places indicated by the responsible for the transport operator. The payment must be able to take place at least one location within each transport area and in Bornholm Regionmune.

Paragraph 3. The transport operator may refer training seekers or participants who wish to purchase additional subscription cards to purchase a common card or purchase all cards at the same carriage manager. The rail freight conduits indicate where the common card can be purchased.

§ 9. In exceptional cases, the control may determine that the discount amount must be paid in cash for the subscription card for carriage by bus, train or metro, which has previously been purchased without a discount.

Chapter 6

Account for the discounts and reimbursement of the amounts

Paragraph 2. The decision must contain a total statement for the quarter of the

1) revenue from the sale of subscription card, with a discount,

Paragraph 3. Amount paid in cash in accordance with Article 8 (3). 2, included in the inventory, cf. paragraph 2, for the quarter in which the amount is paid.

Paragraph 4. The control must have the decisions in the event within one month after the end of the 1., 2. and 3. Quarter. After the end of four. quarterly, the board shall have the statement by the board at the latest by 15. January the following year. The inventory may not be finalised before the deadline is set in 2. PC, the Management Board shall recract a provisional amount for 4. Quarter.

Paragraph 5. The steering shall pay the amount of the reimbursement amount to the Nemkonto (s) of the carriage of passengers on the basis of the quarterly statements. The board has decounted a provisional amount for 4. quarterly, the Management Board shall not pay the reimbursement amount for subsequent quarters before the Management Board has received the notice for 4. Quarter.

Paragraph 6. After the end of the year, the transport operator shall draw up a final statement of the reimbursement amount, to be tested by an external auditor for the responsible for the carriage of passengers, but not the RigsAudit Office. On the basis of the inventory, the Management Board shall carry out the final settlement of the annual reimbursement amount of the year.

Paragraph 7. In the case of the certificate, the auditor shall state that the carrier has established reassuring procedures that ensure that the rebate is provided in accordance with section 5 and section 7 of the law and that the discount amount has been properly performed and in accordance with the registrations of the carriage of passengers.

Paragraph 8. The Management Board may, in exceptional cases, require that the quarterly statements, cf. paragraph 1, to be tested by the auditor.

Niner. 9. The Management Board shall determine the manner in which the transport operator submits the inventory and may decide that the decisions are transmitted only in electronic form to the Management Board.

Paragraph 10. Each year in January, the Board shall have a notification of who is under-entitled to the individual responsible for the carriage of passengers.

§ 11. The management shall collect from the services responsible for the purchase of the subscription-wide purchase order, which are necessary to carry out certain checks, including details of the person number of the training, or participant, the price of the subscription card, the duration of the card, the date on which the sale of the card was sold and the discount rate was purchased. The control can determine that the information should be provided in electronic form and in a specific format. The information shall be the Management Board at the latest at the time of the decisions after Article 10.

Chapter 7

Challenge compensation after a mile rate

§ 12. Training seekers and participants shall submit an application for mileage allowance under the section 9 of the law of the training facility.

Paragraph 2. On application, the training seeker or the participant shall give the name, address and personal number of the person.

Paragraph 3. The compensation allowance may not be given at the earliest date from the date on which the application for this is received at the training site.

Paragraph 4. The training seeker or the participant shall, within two months of every quarter, deliver a form for the payment of reimbursement for the quarter in the training facility in question.

Paragraph 5. The right of mileage allowance shall be suspended if the training seeker or participant fails to comply with the provisions of paragraph 1. 4 mentioned timeout.

§ 13. The place of education can be under the section 9 (4) of the law. 3, approve the use of other means of transport other than public transport by the training or the participant, provided that the training or participant is used by the applicant ;

1) there is no possibility of public transport on a part of or the whole journey between the place of residence and education of the person or the participant in the training facility ;

4) the training seeker or the participant has received aid for the purchase of the car after Section 114 of the Social Services Act.

Paragraph 2. In the case of training seekers and participants meeting the conditions laid down in paragraph 1, 1, no. § 15. Paragraph 2. The decision of the Management Board on the amount of the compensation shall be taken in the light of the quarterly reports of the number of days in which the report shall be reported.

Chapter 8

Specific transport system for short flows

§ 16. The place of education shall be provided for the carriage of residence and training, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the law, of training seekers or participants who participate in the short or alternating process ;

1) in production schools,

2) in particular on the basis of vocational training and training ;

3) in the field of business education.

Paragraph 2. For training and attendees subject to the section 9 a, cf. paragraph Paragraph 1 shall apply the conditions laid down in section 3 of the law. One-three, and section 4 corresponding usage.

§ 17. Each quarter, the training facility shall draw up a statement to form the basis for the reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by the training site for the carriage of goods, cf. section 9 a, with deduction of the own payment amount, cf. Section 7 of the law.

Paragraph 2. The decision must contain a total statement for the quarter of the

1) expenditure on the carriage of passengers by the section 9 of the law ;

2) the proportion of the own payment amount,

3) amounts to be refunded and

4) the number of training seekers who have received support under the section 9 of the law.

Paragraph 3. The control must have the decisions in the event within one month after the end of the 1., 2. and 3. Quarter. After the end of four. quarterly, the board shall have the statement by the board at the latest by 15. January the following year. The inventory may not be finalised before the deadline is set in 2. PC, the Management Board shall recract a provisional amount for 4. Quarter.

Paragraph 5. After the end of the year, the training place shall draw up a final statement of the reimbursement amount, which is to be certified by an external auditor for the training site. On the basis of the inventory, the Management Board shall carry out the final settlement of the annual reimbursement amount of the year.

Paragraph 6. In the case of the certificate, the auditor must declare that the training site has established reassuring procedures to ensure that the costs of transport are held in accordance with section 5 and section 9 of the law and that the amount of the refund is set up correctly.

Paragraph 7. The Management Board may, in exceptional cases, require that the quarterly statements, cf. paragraph 1, to be tested by the auditor.

Paragraph 8. The Management Board determines how the educational establishments shall submit the inventory and the final settlement, and may provide that the information can be transmitted only in electronic form to the Management Board.

Chapter 9

Administration and so on

§ 18. The management shall draw up the application material, including application material in electronic form.

Paragraph 2. In order to obtain access to applications in the form of the management and of the carriage of persons, the training seeker or the participant must possess the form of digital signature or other positive identification of persons, which, after the provision of the type, shall allow access to applications in the self-service system.

§ 19. The Management Board may authorize the individual training facility for the management system, including the management of the steering system and the co-operating system of the steering unit.

20. Within 7 days after the training or participant has admitted the application for the transport rebate in the common self-service system, cf. Section 2 (2). 1, the training site shall, by electronic means, be subject to the application of the information necessary for the further examination of the application.

Paragraph 2. Within 7 days after the training site has received an application for a discount for ferry services, cf. § 3, or a milearepayment allowance, cf. in Chapter 7, the training place shall send the application electronically to the Management Board with the necessary information for the further processing of the board.

§ 21. The Board of Education shall notify the Administrative Board without delay if the training seeker or participant no longer meets the conditions for the right to a universal service discount or reimbursement, including the conditions of the study activity, cf. § 4.

Paragraph 2. Where the educational point becomes aware of other issues which may affect the right of a certificate of mileage or transport allowance, the training facility must immediately report this to the Management Board.

§ 22. The Management Board shall obtain the information necessary for the supervision of the supervision of the training authorities in relation to the application for the right to a migrant rate or compensation. The Management Board may also provide for the registration of such information and, as appropriate, to the Administrative Board, in electronic form, to record such information.

Chapter 10

The entry into force, etc.

-23. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2008.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 1025 of the 13th. In October 2006, on the provision of transport rebate to educational seekers in youth education and so on are hereby repealed.
