Publication of the amendment of the notification of the control of heat-distributors used as the basis for the distribution of heat

(Amendment of rules on supervision and redress)

§ 1

Notice no. 70 of 28. 1 January 1997 on the control of heat-distributors used as a basis for the distribution of heat and the distribution of heat, as amended by the notice of publication No 2 ; 1137 of 15. December 2003 shall be amended as follows :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" Purline of section 15, paragraph. Paragraph 1, section 16, paragraph 1. Paragraph 1, and section 22 (2). Amendment No 4. 602 of 24. June 2005 on business promotion shall be adopted according to the authorisation : ' ;

2. I Section 4 (4). 4, section 9 (4). 1, 2 and 4, and ~ 10 (1)) 5, "The Danish Accreditation and Transit Fund" shall be replaced by the following : 'Security Agency'.

3. After section 4 is inserted in Chapter 2 :

" § 4a. The Danish Accreditation and Transit Fund shall be understood to mean the Danish Accreditation and Transit Fund (DANAK, metrology), which is the part of the Fund that has metrology as an area.

Paragraph 2. The Danish Accreditation and Transit Technology Fund (DANAK) is understood to be the Danish Accreditation and Transit Fund (DANAK, accreditation), which is the part of the Fund which has accreditation as an area. `

4. ~ 10 (1)) 6, ITREAS :

' The Danish Accreditation and Transit Fund shall calculate the payment of its services in connection with this notice, cf. the notice of fees, etc. in the metrology area. ` ;

5. I § 12, paragraph 1. 1 and paragraph 2, be inserted before ' the Danish Accreditation and Transit Fund ' shall be inserted : 'Security Agency and'.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 11th. August 2008.
