Publication of the amendment of the Executive Order for the Emotional Operations of Wet Areas
§ 1
Notice no. 893 of 22. September 2005, on subsidies for the environment-friendly operation of wetlands, as amended by publication No 2 ; 1411 of 13. December 2006 and Notice no. 703 of 21. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :
1. I § 2 pasted as paragraph 3 :
" Stop. 3. The withdrawal of a new owner or tenant in a commitment to grant shall mean the appearance of an owner for the withdrawal of a tenant in this notice. '
2. All in this notice, the Executive Board of the Board shall be replaced by : 'Food business', 'The Board of Directors' : 'Food business', the 'Directorate' for Food Business ',' the Directorate for Food Safety 'to :' Food Erenvs 'and' directorate ' to : ' Food Erenuuuuv `.

9. After section 36 is inserted in Chapter 5 :
" Reduction and loss of grants
§ 36 a. Failure to comply with the conditions under which grants may be granted may result in a reduction in the subsidy, including in cases where the non-compliance is due to a new saver's relationship and where the grant of the corresponding year must be : shall be paid to an ex-sea shaver, cf. § 39, paragraph. 3. Food business decisions shall be taken in accordance with the Community ' s provisions on the amount of the reduction.
Paragraph 2. Inserts a new owner or tenant in a commitment to grant, cf. Article 43, on the basis of a manufacturer ' s replacement declaration received in the Food Authority later than eight weeks after the date of the transfer of the economic responsibility for the operation of the area, the grant of the area of the year shall be suspended for the area of which the area is awarded. the manufacturer ' s declaration has been received. 16. § 43 ITREAS :
" § 43. Where the saver shaver is transferred to a new owner or a tenant, with effect before the end of the period, it is a condition that the case may be maintained that the new owner or tenant enters into the ensued with effect from : the time of the transfer of the economic responsibility for the operation of the area and that the manufacturer ' s replacement declaration to the Authority shall be submitted in due time, subject to the subject, subject to rights, in accordance with the provisions of the Committee on Economic and Financial. however, section 39 (4). 3 and Responsibilities for the case.

17. § 44 ITREAS :
" § 44. In order to ensure that the conditions for pledges are still to be fulfilled, the Tilsagnshaver shall make a statement on the condition that the conditions for grant consent are fulfilled. `
18. § 49 ITREAS :
" § 49. Inserts a new owner or tenant in a commitment to grant, cf. in Article 43, the Food Authority may decide that grants paid to a previous amount of saver shall be repaid by the new enshref in case of Food Erstice ;
1) decide whether the withdrawal of a pledge of grants as a result of the new saver's relationship,
2) decide whether the withdrawal of a grant of grants as a consequence of the fact that the areas declared in the manufacturer ' s declaration are greater than those which can be determined and the fact of the manufacturer ' s declaration shows that the new tilt-holder shall show : in the case of the defendant, the size of the areas specified in the manufacturer of the manufacturer must be responsible ; or
3) in the case of a lot of subsidies paid to an ex-sea shaver as a result of the relationship of the new tilt-holder. ` ;
19. § 52 ITREAS :
" § 52. Decisions made by the Food Industry pursuant to this notice may be subject to the minister of food, agriculture and fisheries.
Paragraph 2. The complaint shall be submitted by the Food Industry, which shall be a food industry within four weeks of the receipt of the decision to which the complaint relates.
Paragraph 3. Food business may resume a case after a complaint has been lodged. ` ;

The announcement shall enter into force on 10. September 2008.
