Confusing protection zone as a result of bluetongue

Pursuit of section 30 (3). 1 and 3, and section 34 of the Act 432 of 9. For the purposes of this publication :

Definitions

section 1. For the purposes of this Order :

1) Bluetongue : Vectortransmitted disease caused by orbivirus.

2) Protection zone : Zone as covered by section 10 in notice no. 97 of 20. February 2002, the fight against bluetongue.

Protective Zone

§ 2. The protection zone includes all of the country.

Reflections in the protection zone and the surveillance zone

§ 3. In the protection zone, section 10 shall be found in the notice. 97 of 20. In February 2002, the fight against bluetongue is used to implement the leviations resulting from Commission Regulation (EC) No 1266/2007 of 26. October 2007 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Directive 2000 /75/EC as regards the control, monitoring and restriction of movements of certain animals of susceptible species in the context of bluetongue.

Entry into force provisions

§ 4. The announcement will enter into force on 11. September 2008.

Stk. 2. At the same time, notification no. 733 of 4. July 2008 on protection and surveillance zones as a result of outbreaks of bluetongue.
