Publication of Danish radio interface no. 00 061 for intelligent transport systems (ITS) in frequency band 5855-5925 MHz 1)

Under section 9 of the law on radio and telecommunications terminal equipment and electromagnetic conditions, cf. Law Order no. 823 of 3. July 2007 :

§ 1. For intelligent transport systems (ITS) radio installations, the following Danish radio interfaces are subject to the following Danish radio interfaces. Annex 1 : Danish radio interface no. 00 061 for intelligent transport systems (ITS) in frequency band 5855-5925 MHz.

§ 2. The announcement will enter into force on the 23rd. September 2008.
