Under section 9 of the Act on radio and telecommunications terminal equipment and electromagnetic conditions, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 823 of 3. July 2007 shall be determined:
§ 1. For radio system for intelligent transport systems (ITS) applies the following Danish radio interface, see. Annex 1: Danish radio interface no. 00-061 for radio system for intelligent transport systems (ITS) in the frequency band 5855-5925 MHz.
§ 2. The notice shall enter into force on 23 March. September 2008.

The 5875-5905 MHz may only be used for security-related ITS-services
