Publication of the calculation of consumer prices and so on medicinal products

In accordance with section 44 and section 72 (2), 2, in the case of apothecary, cf. Law Order no. 855 of 4. August 2008 shall be determined :

Chapter 1

Pharmaceuticals reserved for medicinal products, etc.

§ 1. The consumer price for medicinal products, but not medicinal products covered by section 4 or Chapters 2, 3, 4 or 5, shall consist of the register price in section 2, as well as any fees, cf. § 20 and 21.

§ 2. In the case of medicinal products, other than those referred to in paragraph 1, In the case of 3 or 6 cases, the register price shall be calculated by reference to the award of the medicinal product in accordance with the section 77 of the medicinal product in respect of the pharmacist. wrapping (excl. Paragraph 2. Paragraph 3. Paragraph 7. In the negotiation of a medicinal product that forms part of a multipacking, exclusively marketed to veterinary use, the register price is proportionate from the register of the multipaca price, cf. paragraph One, three, five and six.

Paragraph 8. In the negotiation of a medicinal product which represents an inner gasket produced by the fragmentation of a veterinary pharmacovigilance, the register price is proportionate from the register price of the storage unit, cf. paragraph One, three, five and six.

Niner. 9. For the first paragraph, 1-8 obtained amounts are added tax.

Chapter 2

Non-apothecary reserved hand-the-counter medicinal products

§ 5. Medicinal products for production animals

§ 7. Chapter 4

Magistrelt manufactured medicinal products

§ 11. The manufacturing fee for mixtures of solid or semi-solid substances, with or without the addition of liquids, at the preparation of mortar or similar, that is, mixtures not covered by sections 9 and § 10 are 10.00 kr. per commenced 100 g per packaging, however, at least 50,00 crane, plus the additions for the ingredients, cf. § 13.

§ 12. The manufacturing fee for divided powders, including any mixture of ingredients, is 10,00 kr. per commenced 100 g, but at least 50,00 kr. plus the additions for the ingredients, cf. § 13. For weighing in paper, bags, glass or similar attributable to 1.50 kr. per weighing.

§ 13. For the calculation of the manufacturing fee, in sections 10, 11 and 12 an amount shall be conferred on each of the following : the substance, the pharmaceutical substances and the ancillor, at 6.00 kr. This does not apply, however, to medicinal products used as intermediate products in the production process, cf. paragraph 2.

Paragraph 2. If a medicinal product is used in the manufacturing process, it shall be attributed to the dispensary purchase price at the time of purchase for the entire packaging or all the packs used. The chemist shall use the wrapping size or the pacing sizes resulting in the lowest possible supplement.

Paragraph 3. If the purchase of the apothecary of the content substances included in a medicinal product exceeds 50%, of the consumer price calculated according to section 10-13 (3). 2, excl. profit and value added value shall be attributed to the content substances instead of the content of those referred to in paragraph 1. § 15. The manufacturing fee for the weighing of a single substance is 25,00 kr. per wrapping, plus the purchase time, applicable apothecary price for the substance.

§ 16. The following addendum for the aseptical preparation is calculated :

1) Aseptical preparation, including sterilisation of the utensilier (not dispositive equipment) and packaging, dispensation and possible heat treatment : 25,00 kr. regardless of quantity.

2) Influences in single dose containers and liabilities : 6.00 kr. per paragraph

3) Use of sterile disposable equipment : 15,00 kr.

Chapter 5

Dosisdispensed medicinal products

§ 17. In the case of an apothecary reserved medicinal product, the consumer price is calculated from the number of pharmaceutical units delivered to a price corresponding to the cheapest registerprice, cf. § 2, pr. the medicinal product of the medicinal product on the market of the medicinal product on the market. § 18. On dose dispensation, prescribed by a doctor, the consumer price includes a fee for the prescription dispensary (dose expedition fee) on DKK 9,50, excl. VAT, for the packaging of medicinal products for a week's consumption.

Paragraph 2. The fee shall not be paid after section 20-22.

Paragraph 3. The receptionist dispensary calls for dose expedition charges and dosispee charges from the patient with deduction of any pharmaceutical supplements, cf. Medical suppretion of medical supplements for dosisdispensed medicinal products. The receptionist dispensers shall charge the dose fee fee without any deduction of any medical supplements to the pharmacy which has carried out the dose dose, cf. § 19.

§ 19. In the case of trade in dose-dispensed medicinal products, cf. Chapter 6

Fees for the pharmacy

§ 21. In the case of the processing of medicinal products in which a pharmaceutical pre-med pharmacist is to be finalised before the medicinal products are ready for extradition, a fee shall be calculated for each wrapping (pre-processing fee).

Paragraph 2. The completion fee amounts to 17.50 kr. excl. VAT.

Paragraph 3. Medicinal products covered by paragraph 1. 1 and 2 are listed in Annex 1.

§ 22. On an expedition of a prescription prescribed by phone conferred on a fee for the overall coordination (telephone receptionist).

§ 24. In the case of delivery and the second shipment of medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated in accordance with section 2 (2). 1 and where unpaid application is not prescribed in accordance with the notice of the opening hours and watchkeeping of the apothecary, shall be accorded a fee (application fee).

Paragraph 2. The application fee shall cover the actual costs incurred by the application and shall constitute a minimum of 12.00 kr. excl. VAT, cf. however, paragraph 1 3 and 4.

Paragraph 3. In the case of a supply of medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated according to section 2 (2) 1, to the residents of institutions, each person shall be given a fee of EUR 10,00 kr. excl. VAT.

Paragraph 4. In the case of a supply of medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated according to section 2 (2) 1 and where the medicinal products are put through home care for persons in their own homes, each person shall be charged a fee of DKK 10.00 kr. excl. VAT.

Paragraph 5. In the case of the shipment of medicinal products purchased at e-commerce, the fee shall constitute DKK 24,00. excl. VAT provided that payment takes place in cash, cf. Section 26 (1). 4, and that delivery cannot be required on the same day (transit charge at e-commerce).

§ 25. In the case of unloading of the handling of hand-purchase products from a pharmacy, a fee of 2,40 kr is attributed to a fee. excl. VAT per Transit.

SECTION 26. For the collection of payment for medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated according to section 2 (2). 1 and where not paid in cash on delivery, the total amount of the account shall be a fee (administrative fee).

Paragraph 2. The administration fee amounts to 10.00 kr. excl. VAT.

Paragraph 3. Administration fee as referred to in paragraph 1. 1 and 2 may not be required to be subject to a maximum of a monthly basis at the time of each customer.

Paragraph 4. As a cash payment, payment cards are considered to be paid over the Internet.

§ 27. In the case of an expedition of medicinal products covered by Chapters 1, 4 and 5, no other charges may be levior other than those referred to in section 20-26, unless separate rules have been laid down for this.

Paragraph 2. section 20-26 shall not apply to the expedition of :

1) medicinal products covered by Article 60 (2) of the medicinal product. 2, unless these express their post-prescription or requisition

2) medicinal products for the treatment of production animals covered by Article 60 of the medicinal product. 3, and

3) Natural medicinal products and other medicinal products covered by Article 34 of the medicinal product.

§ 28. In performing service tasks and the execution of health promotion and disease prevention, a fee, for minor reasons of particular reasons, shall be subject to a charge (service charge).

Paragraph 2. The service fee must at least cover the costs of running the task.

Paragraph 3. In the case of dose dispensation that is not prescribed by a doctor to consumers, other than persons, institutions and establishments, who, as part of patient care, rescue services or similar use of medicinal products for the treatment of patients, charges of service charges corresponding to the amount of the fees provided for in section 18.

§ 29. For the fees referred to in section 18, section 20-26 and § 28 the applicable charges are added tax.

Chapter 7

Discount benefits etc. for the delivery of medicinal products from the pharmacy

-$30. At the expense of a hand-buying sale or a medical supply site for the delivery of consignments from a pharmacy, a fee shall be granted for a fee of 4.80 kr. excl. VAT per dispatch, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. The apothecary shall be paid at the expense of a hand-buying sale to the supply of small-time purchasers to the dispensary of a payment of 2.40 kr. excl. VAT. The fee referred to in § 25 will fall to the manager.

Paragraph 3. For the first paragraph, 1 and 2 the amount referred to shall be added tax.

§ 31. Payment for medicinal products supplied from the pharmacies shall take place no later than one month after the end of the month in which the shipment has taken place. However, the pharmacist may, in exceptional cases, decide that the payment should be made in cash. In the case of late payment, the rules applicable in the interest of interest on late payment, etc.

Paragraph 2. This is a condition for the payment of the rebate according to the provisions of this Chapter, that payment shall take place within the time limit set out in paragraph 1. 1.

Chapter 8

Penalty provisions

Chapter 9

Entry into force
