Chapter 1

Pharmaceuticals reserved for medicinal products, etc.

section 1. Consumer Price for Medicinal Products, however : the medicinal products covered by Section 4 or Chapters 2, 3, 4 or 5, shall consist of the register price in section 2, as well as any fees, cf. sections 20 and 21.

§ 2. When the medicinal product is negotiated, except for the products referred to in paragraph 1.  In the case of 3 or 6 cases, the register price shall be calculated by reference to the award of the medicinal product in accordance with the section 77 of the medicinal product in respect of the pharmacist. wrapping (excl. VAT) to add the following amounts, cf. however, paragraph 1  2 : 7.7%. of the apothecary Purchase Price + 6.71 kr.

Stk.  2. The minister of health and prevention may, in specific cases, reduce the register price of medicinal products delivered by the State Serum Institute or Veterinary Institute, Denmark's Technical University, and for blood products from private Producers of similar species such as the State Serum Institute's blood products.

Stk.  3. In the case of medicinal products for pharmaceutical repositories and joint medical supplies in hospital departments, hospices, prisons and arreshases, drug and non-alcoholic users with an attached physician, and sickbay, the register is calculated, except from the provisions of paragraph 1,  6 cases referred to in paragraph 77 of the medicinal product referred to in Article 77 of the medicinal product referred to in the case of the medicinal product. wrapping (excl. Stk.  7. The negotiation of a medicinal product that forms part of a multipacking exclusively marketed to veterinary use shall be calculated proportionately from the multi-rate register price, cf. paragraph  1, 3, 5, and 6.

Stk.  8. The negotiation of a medicinal product that represents an inner gasket produced by the fragmentation of a veterinary pharmacovigilance shall be proportionate to the register price of the storage unit in accordance with the storage unit. paragraph  1, 3, 5, and 6.

Stk.  9. For the in paragraph 1.  1-8 resulting amounts are added tax.

Stk.  The amount referred to in paragraph 1 shall be the amount of 10.  9, will be rounded to the nearest earsum that can be shared with 5.

section 3. The pharmaceutical company will publish the register price for medicinal products calculated in accordance with section 2 (2).  1, as well as the registerprice per dose pharmaceutical unit in accordance with the dose derogation, cf. § 17 in Pharmaceutical Awards.

Section 4. Consumer Price for Medicinal Products that are not included in Pharmaceuticals and which are issued under special authorisation from the Medicinal Board of Medicinal Products shall be laid down in accordance with the rules in section 1 and 2. Instead of the apothecary purchase price referred to in section 2, by reference to the section 77 of the medicinal product, it shall be used by a manufacturing or wholesale price per unit. wrapping incl. any charges determined by the manufacturing or wholesaler.

Stk.  2. The consumer price for medicinal products, which are subject to section 56 (3).  4, in the case of apothecary establishments, must be subject to pharmacies to pharmacies, to be laid down according to the rules laid down in § § 1 and 2. Instead of the apothecary purchase price referred to in section 2, according to the section 77 of the medicinal product, it shall be used by the HMHC for the price per unit. wrapping incl. any charges set by the HMHC.

Chapter 2

Not apothecary reserved for small-time medicinal products

§ 5. The consumer price for the pharmaceutical products referred to in Article 60 (60) of the medicinal product (s) of the medicinal product.  2, may be negotiated outside a pharmacy, consisting of a sale price determined by the pharmacy or a sales point approved for the negotiation of such medicinal products, see it in accordance with the procedure for the sale of such medicinal products. the section 39 of the medicinal product, and, where appropriate, a prescription of the receptionist paragraph 2.

§ 6. Chapter

Medicinal Products for production of production

section 7. The sale price for medicinal products intended for the processing of production animals pursuant to section 60 (60) of the medicinal product.  3, may be negotiated outside the pharmacy, to be determined by the pharmacy or a sales point approved for the negotiation of such medicinal products, cf. Title 39.

Chapter 4

Magistrelt manufactured medicinal products

§ 8. Consumer Price for the Magistrelt manufactured medicinal products shall consist of the production fee, cf. § 9. 13, if applicable, the addendum for the aseptic preparation, cf. Section 16, Margin and, if applicable, a prescription fee, cf. 20. The aqueec is calculated in accordance with section 2 (2).  1, 3, 5, 9 and 10, where the production fee and, where appropriate, addendum for the aseptic preparation, are used as a basis for calculation basis instead of the apothecary price.

Section 9. The manufacturing fee for mixtures of fixed substances is 10,00 kr. per commenced 100 g per Packing, but at least 50,00 kr. plus the apothecal purchase price of the substances consumed.

section 10. The manufacturing fee for mixtures of fluids with or without the addition of solid substances (including including filtration), as well as emulsions and suspensions, which are prepared by general transverting, is 6.00 kr. per commenced 100 g per wrapping, however, at least EUR 40,00 kr; plus the addition of the ingredients, cf. section 13.

Section 11. The manufacturing fee for mixtures of solid or semi-solid substances, with or without the addition of liquids, at the preparation of mortar or the like, that is to say. mixtures not covered by sections 9 and § 10 are 10.00 kr. per commenced 100 g per packaging, however, at least 50,00 crane, plus the additions for the ingredients, cf. section 13.

§ 12. The manufacturing fee for divided powders, including any mixture of ingredients, is 10,00 kr. per commenced 100 g, but at least 50,00 kr. plus the additions for the ingredients, cf. § 13. For weighing in paper, bags, glass or similar attributable to 1.50 kr. per weighing.

§ 13. Recalculating the rate of manufacture after sections 10, 11 and 12 are conferred on an amount per. the substance, the pharmaceutical substances and the ancillor, at 6.00 kr. This does not apply, however, to medicinal products used as intermediate products in the production process, cf. paragraph 2.

Stk.  2. If a medicinal product is used in the preparation, it is attributed to the applicable apothecary purchase price for the entire wrapper or all the packages used. The pharmacy should use the wrapper size or the wrapping sizes that result in the lowest possible appendix.

Stk.  3. If the purchase of the apothecary at the time of the substance included in a medicinal product, the apothecary at the time of a medicinal product exceeds 50%. of the consumer price calculated according to section 10-13 (3).  2, excl. profit and value added value shall be attributed to the content substances instead of the content of those referred to in paragraph 1.  1 and 2 above.

section 14. The manufacturing fee for dosed medicinal products is for tablets and pods 0,75 kr. per The minimum, at least 75,00 crane, and for suppositories, vagitories and uteritories 5.00 kr. by paragraph

Stk.  2. If the pharmacist price at the time of the content items that are part of a tablet is greater than 0,25 kr. per Tablet, the manufacturing fee is .50 kr. per tablet, however, at least 75,00 kr. plus the price for the pharmaceuticals.

Stk.  3. If the pharmacist price at the time of the content of a supposition, a quaitorie and an uteritorie, the apothecary is more than 5.00 kris, the manufacturing fee is $4.00. plus the price of the pharmaceuticals.

section 15. The manufacturing fee for the weighing of the single substances is 25,00 kr. per Packing plus the item at the purchase time, the apothecary purchase price for the item.

§ 16. The following addendum for aseptic preparation is calculated :

1) Aseptical preparation, including sterilisation of the utensilier (not dispositive equipment) and packaging, dispensation and possible heat treatment : 25,00 kr. regardless of quantity.

2) Padding in single dose containers and bookings : 6,00 kr. per paragraph

3) Use of sterile disposable devices : 15,00 kr.

Chapter 5

Dosisdispensed medicinal products

§ 17. In the negotiation of an apothecary reserved medicinal product, the consumer price is calculated from the number of pharmaceutical units delivered to an award corresponding to the cheapest registerprice, cf. § 2, pr. the medicinal product of the medicinal product on the market of the medicinal product on the market. The calculation of the consumer price is done by the receptionist pharmacy.

Stk.  2. In the case of the negotiation of an unapothecary pharmaceutical pharmaceutical product, the consumer price is calculated from the number of pharmaceutical units delivered to a price corresponding to the cheapest sale price per unit. the medicinal product unit determined by the receptionist dispensary in a marketed packaging of the medicinal product concerned. If the medicinal product is exempted from apothecary reservations in certain parting sizes, the cheapest registerprice is applied to each one. the pharmaceutical unit in a market-sized packaging, which is not exempt from apothecary, if this unit price is lower than the cheapest sale price per unit. the medicinal product unit determined by the pharmacist pharmacy.

§ 18. On dose dispensation by a doctor, the consumer award includes a fee for the receptionist pharmacy (dose spedition fee) on DKK 9,50, excl. VAT on the expedition of medicinal products for a week's consumption and a fee for the pharmacy carrying out the dosispak (dosispasc fee) on DKK 35,00, excl. VAT on the packaging of medicinal products for a week's consumption.

Stk.  2. No fee is paid after section 20-22.

Stk.  3. The receptionist dispensary calls for dose expedition charges and dosispee charges from the patient with deduction of any pharmaceutical supplements, cf. Medical suppretion of medical supplements for dosisdispensed medicinal products. The receptionist dispensers shall charge the dose fee fee without any deduction of any medical supplements to the pharmacy which has carried out the dose dose, cf. section 19.

Section 19. For drug-dispensed medicinal products, cf. Article 12 (2) of the apothecary.  1, no. 2, the receptionist will pay the pharmacy to the pharmacy of the section 77 of the medicinal product, the apothecary purchase price for the dosed number of units of a medicinal product to the pharmacy carrying out the dose-control operation. The purchase price shall be calculated by the packing store at the packing time at a price corresponding to the cheapest apothecary price per unit. the pharmaceutical unit in a marketed packaging of the relevant medicinal product.

Stk.  2. For the trade in dose-dispensed medicinal products covered by Section 5, the pharmacist dispensers shall pay the apothecary of the apothecary paid by the pharmacy carrying out the dose rate for the dosed number of units of a medicinal product. The apothecary price shall be calculated by the packing store at the packing time at a price corresponding to the cheapest apothecary price per unit. the medicinal product of the medicinal product on the market of the medicinal product on the market. Chapter 6

Fees for the pharmacy

section 20. On expedition of a prescription or a requisition is calculated a fee for each wrapping (Reception fee). However, there will be no prescriptions for the expedition of the items in section 2 (2).  6, mentioned supplies.

Stk.  2. The Reception fee is $8.00. excluding VAT.

section 21. When discussing medicinal products for which a pharmaceutical pre-med pharmacist is to be finalised before the medicinal products are ready for extradition, a fee shall be calculated for each packing ; (pre-treatment fee).

Stk.  2. The completion fee of the completion fee is 17.50 kr. excluding VAT.

Stk.  3. Medicinal products covered by paragraph 1.  1 and 2 of Annex 1.

section 22. On the expedition of a prescription prescribed by telephone will be placed on a charge for the overall ordination (phone reception fee)

Stk.  2. Phone Reception fee amounts to 4.80 kr. excluding VAT.

section 23. On the expedition of the watchdog or to-call duty between 8 p.m. 8:00 p.m. and at 3 p.m. 8:30 on Saturday, however, from 9 p.m. 5 p.m., and on a son and public holidays, have a fee for the overall expedition (on-call charge)

Stk.  2. The oversight fee does not, however, be attached to the dispatch of prescriptions dated one of the days covered by the guard.

Stk.  3. The security fee amounts to 12.00 kr. excluding VAT.

section 24. For the delivery and the second shipment of medicinal products, where the consumer price is calculated in accordance with section 2 (2).  1 and where unpaid application is not prescribed in accordance with the notice of the hours of notice and watch-only, a fee (application fee).

Stk.  2. The application fee shall cover the actual costs incurred by the application and shall be at least 12.00 kr. excl. VAT, cf. however, paragraph 1  3 and 4.

Stk.  3. For the application of medicinal products in which the consumer price is calculated according to section 2 (2).  1, to the residents of institutions, each person shall be given a fee of EUR 10,00 kr. excluding VAT.

Stk.  4. For the application of medicinal products in which the consumer price is calculated according to section 2 (2).  1 and where the medicinal products are put through home care for persons in their own homes, each person shall be charged a fee of DKK 10.00 kr. excluding VAT.

Stk.  5. For the carriage of medicinal products purchased at e-commerce, the fee shall constitute DKK 24,00. excl. VAT provided that payment takes place in cash, cf. Section 26 (1).  4, and that application may not be required on the same day (shipment fee at e-commerce).

§ 25. On the delivery of small-time buyers of hand tracer products from a pharmacy, a fee shall be attributed to the sale of small-time purchasers from a single pharmacy. $2.40. excl. VAT on shipment.

Section 26 Charges for the payment of medicinal products where the price of the consumer is calculated in accordance with section 2 (2).  1 and where not paid in cash on delivery, the total amount of the account shall be a fee (administration fee).

Stk.  2. The administration fee amounts to 10.00 kr. excluding VAT.

Stk.  3. Administration Fee by paragraph  1 and 2 may be charged to a maximum of a monthly with each customer.

Stk.  4. As a cash payment payment card is deemed to be paid over the Internet.

section 27. When the medicinal products are subject to Chapters 1, 4 and 5, no other charges are levior other than those in : section 20-26 that mentioned, unless separate rules have been set.

Stk.  Section 20-26 shall not apply to the expedition of

1) medicinal products covered by the Title 60 (2) of the medicinal product.  2, unless they post a prescription or a requisition

2) medicinal products for the treatment of production animals covered by the medicinal products section 60 (2).  3, as well as

3) natural medicinal products and other medicinal products covered by Article 34 of the medicinal product Act 34.

§ 28. When performing service tasks and the introduction of a fee, with less special reasons, will be attributed to the promotion of health promotion and disease prevention, for minor reasons of charge.

Stk.  2. The service fee must at least cover the costs of completing the task.

Stk.  3. On dose dispensation that is not prescribed by a doctor for consumers, other than persons, institutions and establishments, who, as part of patient care, rescue services or similar use of medicinal products for treatment of patients, recharge service charges corresponding to the size of the fees provided in § 18.

§ 29 For the fees referred to in section 18, section 20-26 and § 28 charges are added tax.

Stk.  The amount referred to in paragraph 2 shall be the amount referred to in paragraph 1.  1, rounded to the nearest earsum that can be shared with 5.

Chapter 7

Discount benefits etc. when delivery of pharmaceutical products from pharmacy

section 30. On account of a manager of a craft sale or a medical supply site for the delivery of consignments from a pharmacy, a fee shall be provided for a fee of 4.80 kr. excl. VAT per dispatch, cf. however, paragraph 2.

Stk.  2. On account of a manager of a hand-buying sale for the supply of the hand-over medicinal products, the apothecary shall provide a fee of 2,40 kr. excl. VAT. The fee referred to in § 25 will fall to the manager.

Stk.  3. For the in the first paragraph,  1 and 2 mentioned amounts are added tax.

§ 31. Payment for pharmaceutical supplies from the apothecary shall take place no later than one month after the end of the month in which the shipment has taken place. However, the pharmacist may, in exceptional cases, decide that the payment should be made in cash. For late payment, the rules applicable on interest on late payment, etc.

Stk.  2. This is a condition for the payment of the rebate according to the provisions of this chapter that payment takes place within the time limit set out in paragraph 1.

Chapter 8

Penalty

§ 32. Penalty penalty is punished on the penalty that violates section 2, section 4-6, section 8-26, section 27, paragraph 8.  1 and § § 28-31.

Chapter 9

Entry into force

section 33. The announcement will enter into force on the 6. October 2008.
