Publication of the percentage of personal income regularisation for the calculation of individual housing aid for 2009

In accordance with Article 8 (2), 2, in the case of individual housing aid, cf. Law Order no. 199 of 2. March 2007, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 2, in Notice no. 722 of 15. September 1999 on the calculation of income for the calculation of individual housing aid, as amended by the notice No 1182 of 17. In December 2002 :

§ 1. The rate of creation of the estimated income of the year 2009 provides the percentage of revenue to be used for the purposes of the estimated income of the year 2009

1) 3,1%. for pensioners, cf. Section 2 (2). 3, in the case of individual housing support,

2) 3,1%. in the case of receivers of early retirement and persons covered by Section 2 b, in the case of individual housing aid and

3) 4,0%. For others.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on the 31. December 2008.
