Publication of the amendment of the notification on the eligibility requirements for certain drivers of road transport vehicles

§ 1

Notice no. 337 of 28. April 2008 on the eligibility requirements for certain drivers of road transport vehicles is hereby amended as follows :

1. § 57, no. 2, ITREAS :

" 2) drivers, like before 1. July 1988 was full 21 years, which, before this date, met it in section 55 (5). 1, indicated experience requirements, and which have blue qualifications of qualification after the 10th. September 2008, the provisions in force on this matter

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. October 2008.
